Review: I ordered one of these things on 7/**/13. It was an order one, get one free offer for $19.99. However, I mistakenly ordered $111.78 worth of these things, after clicking the submit button too many times. When I realized the mistake, which was the same night, I called the customer service # and was told that because the order had already gone through, it could not be cancelled. Instead, I was told to refuse the package when it came, and that way, the package would be sent back to the company and I would get a refund on my credit card. During the first week of August, 2013 the package was delivered to the package room in my building. As instructed, I refused the package. The next day, the employees in my building confirmed that the package was picked up from the package room. However, since that time, I have not heard a thing from the company and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. There is no way to send this message on their website. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter. The resolution I would like is to receive a credit to my account for $111.78 for the returned merchandise. Thanks very much.

Review: I ordered a table mate from this website according to their ad on tv. and was scammed. when the invoice came up on screen and read you are not allowed to retract the order once it is placed. so I call them and tried to have it cancelled and was told is was shipped out already. which in their ad says allowed 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. so how come it was shipped out within a half hour on the first day back from the weekend which they do not work. (okay now heres the scam in their ad it says buy one and get one free just pay the additional s&h which adds up to $ 29.95 plus shipping & handeling $ 12.95 times 2 should equal $60.32 with tax. and they are billing me over a hundred and twenty dollars for these tables. and I have the proof of what I ordered because I printed it out after the order was placed that I ordered only one table with the one free one not two as they say I did and I have witness's that were standing behind me when I placed the order.so if you can help I would appreciate it. Review: On 07/**/13 I pur[redacted]d an item from Cat's Meow. The special consisted of BOGO free. The final price and amount that I approved of and received an email of confirmation was for $35.89.

However when I received my items, there was a duplicate order in the box. Per my credit card statement I was charged an additional $71.78. I did not approve this amount and didn't receive a confirmation email. I called Cat's Meow in which they instructed me to send back the second items for a full refund. I received an email on 08/**/13 that they did receive my returned items on 08/**/13 and will be crediting my credit card. Address that it was shipped to [redacted]. I explained that I already placed a dispute on my credit card for the charge. They instructed that I remove the dispute in order to process the credit. I removed the dispute. Several weeks later I contacted Cat's Meow because I have yet to receive my credit. They stated that the dispute was not removed even though I did as instructed. I again placed another dispute through [redacted]. My bank contacted me and did a 3-Way call with Cat's Meow to fix the problem. [redacted] has never heard of such procedures for a credit however, Cat's Meow gave instructions to my bank on what's needed and my bank did just that while I was on the phone. A month later I followed up on it. Cat's Meow claimed they never received the paperwork to show that the dispute was dropped. I filed another dispute. [redacted] contacted Cat's Meow numerous times but Cat's Meow refused to cooperate. I contacted Cat's Meow and asked for their fax and that I will send proof that the charge was dropped for the 3rd time. Fax# ###-###-#### on 02/**/14. Fax confirmation#[redacted]. Review: I ordered some hair extensions on 2/**/14 through the internet. I did get confirmation that the order was received, but I have yet to get the hair extensions. I was promised the fulfillment within 6-8 weeks, but I have called on about 6 occasions only to be told that due to the overwhelming response it would be mailed out on 4/**then I called again on 4/**as I had received the product to be told that it was being sent out that same day. I have yet to receive them so I called again to be told that it would mail out 4/**and still haven't received them and so I called again 4/**to be told again that it will be mailed out 4/**. At that point I informed CS that I didn't believe it and to just cancel my order. She advised me that CS would get back with me via email. No email, no communication what so ever. Review: I purchased a product rom Secret Extensions and would like to return the item for refund. MY ORDER NUMBER [redacted]. However, I'm unable to reach the number provided, despite many attempts at all hours over the past 4 days. Their website and invoice says to contact ###-###-#### to get RA# return good number and return instructions. HOWEVER, THE PHONE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY. I wasnt sure where else to turn, so I'm filing this complaint. I want to be able to return my item for a full Refund for the product of $39.99. I only have 30 days to get it returned for the refund, based on their policy. I would be happy to follow their requirements, but I am unable to reach anyone. Sadly I would expect there are many other customers who are as frustrated as I am, but dont realize they can file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. Review: This company operates online only selling one product which is a hair accessory. When you go tot he website and attempt to purchase the product a series of screens pops up adding more items to your shopping cart than you requested. No where on the site does it advise you that the shipping and handling for a product that weighs the equivalent of one pen will be an exorbitant $15.90. You also do not have the option of removing items you did not place in your shopping cart from your cart. The site is also set up in a manner that you are not told when your order is about to be confirmed. Therefore, without being aware of it you are suddenly charged for 2 items when you only put one in your cart and hit with an outrageous and arbitrary extra fee for shipping. I called the customer service number 3 times the day I accidentally purchased the product(s) and was told over and over to call back in a few hours and it would be no problem to cancel the order and get a full refund that day. After 5 pm the customer service number began saying "This number is no longer in service." When I called at 9:01 a.m. the morning after the order was placed I was told that the product had already shipped and I would therefore not receive a refund the ridiculous shipping price. This is obviously a scam. The customer service rep I spoke with was very rude and gave no explanation for why their system could not find the order on the day it was placed but somehow managed to ship the item prior to start of business the following day. Review: On about the first week of July I saw the ad for Side Socket on TV and I decided to order one. Like most adds you buy one and they double the order at no extra cost. The only draw back is they charge you two shipping & handling fee's of $7.95 in addition to the $10.00. The problem is what they show on TV is not what I received. On TV ad the side socket has two side's that turn forward so as to make it easy to plug into, also it has surge protection. What I received in the mail was not what I saw on TV, What I got was said socket with no surge protection and the right side was the only side that turned forward and then back to the side. This is misleading advertising. They refunded my $10.00 but never offered to replace what they sent me. So what I was charged twice for S/h $7.95 and it cost me $12.35 to return the purchase. This not right or fair. Review: Side Socket advertises on TV and online that there is a "Buy One Get One Free" deal - its product only costs $10 plus $7.95 for P&H. And states, "Just pay addl. P&H for your free Side Socket." As I ordered it thru the website, it becomes $30 for the first set. (Given its ad, $10+7.95+7.95 should be $25.9/ea set) It then asks if I wanted more of this product. I first clicked No. Then, it gives a better deal that shows if I chose Yes, it'd be only $7.99 plus P&H of $7.95 then; And it also gives a free one deal as above. So, I did click Yes and with such a good deal, I picked two sets this time. The eventual summary is a surprise to me. The whole cost becomes $54 in this section: $27/ea set. (Again, given its ad, $7.99+$7.95+$7.95 should be $23.89/ea set.) Moreover, most astonishingly, they charge me extra $47.70 for P&H! Even with the miscalculated and inflated prices they charge me as shown above, the total price I pay is only $84. But I have to pay extra $47.70 P&H after I already paid the several $7.95 P&H? (And this product is not something delicate, unless it comes in with a crystal box. Pardon my sarcasm.) The checking out process didn't give the opportunity to see these charges to decide. - I couldn't back off the decision to pay. If I cancel now, as the said in the Ad, "less P&H," so all those so-called P&H fees which is much more than the real product fee, will not be refunded! -- It's a real Scam with misleading advertisement! Worse yet, I then found out despite fancy website, no customer service email is available for one to contact. (Unfortunately, I have little time during my day job to do such calls during their CS hours.) Note: a closer look shows that its listed P.O.Box Wallingford, CT is somehow different from its listed address of "Side Socket" on Revdex.com previously. Review: The advertising on tv and on the internet state that you can get one chop magic chopper for $19.95 plus S&H and get a 2nd one free by paying separate S&H. I ordered 2 sets (four products - two of which are free). On the front page it states that S&H is $7.95 each. Clicking the buy button on the first page brings you to a page where you put in your financial info and shipping address. Once you put that info in a page comes up offering an upgrade to the blades - (confusing since it should already come with blades) for $10 each. Then the next page states that you are paying $29.95 per item (x2) and $12.90 S&H per item, totaling $85.70. And a separate charge of $10 each ($20 total) for the blades. Then you're presented with a page that you can update your order. I tried to change the '2' items to '1' item, but there was no way to do that. At the bottom of that page is an update button so I clicked on that to see if it would bring me to a page where I can update the order. However, that PLACED the order instead.So, I'm being overcharged $10 more than the advertised price (each - x2 ($20)), and $4.95 (x2= $9.90) Now I'm going to be billed for $114.42 for a product I no longer wish to purchase. I tried calling their number, but they're only open M-F. I tried their customer service link which brings you to a very confusing page - which shows several boxes with options - which I think allows you to check on the status of your order. I could find no email link to contact them. They advertise on late night tv, yet you can't use the number they advertise because it's not within their business hours - forcing you to use their confusing website.Desired Settlement: I do not want this product any longer. The website is confusing and misleading. The price I was charged for the product is not the advertised price, and the S&H is not the amount claimed on their front page. Review: SideSocket advertises 2 electrical plug outlets for $10 plus $7.98 S&H each on TV late at night. Of course, I wanted two, and the math for that works out to be $36.00. I went online to order them today, and SideSocket website would not let me get through the order for $36 without add ons. The total ended up being $100, and I would NEVER pay $100 for 2 eletrical outlets. They didn't provide an email address so I could cancel my order, nor do they answer the phone (I waited for 1/2 hour). I looked online (after the fact (too late)) and there are numerous complaints about SideSocket. My order was placed, and they say they don't charge your credit card until the order ships, but I wanted to cancel the order and SideSocket does NOT provide a way to cancel the order. Review: Following the TV advertisement for foldable wall extension plug socket that proclaimed that for $19.99 + shipping and handling, the customers would receive a SideSocket plug point plus one additional socket for free, I went to the website www.sidesocket.com and tried ordering the item. It did say $19.99 + Shipping & Handling charges at the first page of the website. It never said what was going to be the total shipping and handling charges. Assuming, Id be charged a nominal amount for shipping & handling plus the $19.99 for two sidesockets, I clicked the confirm button. Thats where the scam starts. I have listed the (scamming) events in order below:1.I was shocked to see that the payment confirmation came out to $91.80, where it said the item breakup as 2 side sockets for $60.00 (when the first page and the TV ad proclaims $19.99 for two one + one free) plus an outrageous $31.80 for Shipping and Handling.2.I realized I was cheated and called in the Customer Service number provided at the website (###-###-####), I was told MY ORDER WAS NOT YET IN THE SYSTEM AND IT WOULD TAKE 48 HOURS TO SHOW UP. I called in the next two days and I got the same message from the customer service.3.I figured this is definitely a cheating scam and I called my Credit Card company to dispute this charge (Ive attached the dispute response from the company to the Credit Card firm here) while the dispute was going on, I called the sidesocket customer service the third day and encountered a rude saleswoman who suggested that MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND I CANNOT CANCEL ANYMORE. Review: I recently purchased the Magic Mesh upgraded version which is supposed to have a thicker mesh. I contacted Magic Mesh today and spoke with [redacted] to verify that the correct product was received. My friend purchased the base unit which is why I wanted the product. However, he did not purchase the upgraded "Deluxe" model which I did. I compared both of our products box for box and item for item and they are the same. Again, he did not upgrade the unit as I did. I spoke to [redacted] who was rude and hard to work with since she was very aggressive in nature. I asked her how to determine which unit I had by looking at the box and she could not. She told me that she did not work in the warehouse and did not know what the product looked like and that the product changes all the time. She also stated that the my friend might have the upgraded version for free if the warehouse had to fill the order. This person would not let me talk at all. How do they not know what their product looks like and how to determine the differences between products? I think and feel that the additional $10.00 for the upgraded "Deluxe" version is a scam. Without the assistance of this company to determine if I have the correct one or not which their own employee cannot determine the difference or description, that I would like our money back. I also believe in good business practices which this company has shown to not have.

Review: The TV ad, showed model of Zoomies (Hand free binoculars)as good construction, statement made see your TV as wide screen,just $10 plus shipping of $7.95. What is the reality: flimsy construction, the arm is just 1/16 inch thick, 1 inch wide where connected to binoculars, decreasing to 1/2 inch where fits over ears, very hard to get on if you have long hair. Also very hard to adjust magnification, blurry to fair, but it never looks like wide screen TV. I ordered this on their website www.buyzoomies.com answered each question page after page after page. Then I listed credit card info. Click on next page, it shows total due of $51.90. Say what? I tried to go back, could not. No detail. But Zoomies is $10.00 Shipping $7.95 Total s/b $17.95 if you order 1 or if you order 2: Zoomies $10.00 Shipping $15.90 Total s/b $25.90 What is the $26.00 difference? Did not receive confirmation email as stated. I checked next day, for credit card charges, nothing. About week later, I received this package from Zoomies [redacted]. Opened up, discovered a tag made in China,see detail description above on the conditions of product. I called customer Service at ###-###-#### If I return the mdse I will receive refund of $20.00. No a bad gig for Zoomies, they pocket $35.00 for a $10.00 item.Desired Settlement: I would like the full $55.94 refund, it looks like a scam all the way around. Bad product, lousy website (should alow to edit, make changes like [redacted] The customer service rep had no authority, kept putting my call on hold, while he talked to his supervisor. Credit card amount on hold until they receive info from Zoomies, they may put it back on my account. Of course, if they do that by by to them.

There is no way to reach a live person at customer service, and no e-mail address to speak to someone. The total shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable, equals $79.50. Review: I recently ordered a product from this company for hair extensions. I recently found out my 3 y/o granddaughter is going to need her head shaved because of scalp surgery- so I cut my hair short to prove to her- this can be normal. I decided to purchase this product for my personal presentation for work as an RN. I paid the S/H, added overnight shipment, received it, and the directions and indications in their advertisements NEVER stated short hair would not work with this product. The hair presented was falling off of the extension headband. I tried everything! The headband advertised system keeps falling off of my head. I have tried everything to make this work!! I am requesting a full refund with S/H and return S/H- with return of the funds paid.I called customer service for assistance. I asked how to return ( never worn outside ( I look rediculous- just tried ). I was given a return #. My S/H from CA to PA and back to CA from PA would not be refunded. The product DOES NOT work as advertised.
