Review: Gel interior of the cushion has leaked onto and ruined my couch.

A forever comfy pillow was recently purchased and used by a woman weighing less than 130lbs. The pillow was not used incorrectly nor had it been washed or altered in any way. Left over night on my couch, it has leaked through the seat cushion of my couch and I have no proper means to clean the couch without also destroying the upholstery.Desired Settlement: I would like my couch either reupholstered or replaced by the responsible party (ie forever comfy).

Review: This website is deliberately set up to confuse you! And absolutely NO recourse is available. Customer Service at ###-###-####, says sorry, can't help you! They won't change or cancel your order. She says you'll just have to wait up to six wks to get your order, then send thet items back. My thot was (IF, there is a return address!) When you click on the item you want, the page may blink, but does not change, or go to a "Checkout" page like most reputable site do, to give you the option to change the order before it proceeds to PLACE ORDER. So if confused, and many have been, you keep hitting the proceed button and you are actually adding more of the same product to your order. Once I got suspicious, my $15.00 order became a $132.00 order! Now my bank acct. is over drawn, I still have monthly bills to pay that havn't come in yet, and it may take six to 8wks to get my refund. If not longer! I'm extremely [redacted] off, and got no help what so ever from customer service. I did not even get a confirmation #, or recieve any indication that my order had been recieved, or placed. We received the merchandise back on 8/** and credit was issued for the

Review: Please see attached for complaint letter. I saw the commercial on TV with the ###-###-##### so I ordered it for my grandaughter. The deal was order one screen for $19.95 then get one free by paying 2 fees of $7.95. One $7.95 shipping & handling fee on both screens which was $35.85 and the only time I spoke to a person was at the end of the call and he told me yes $35.85 would be deducted from my bank account with my debit card, but when the product came and my bank statement came they deducted $50.84Desired Settlement: I have tried and tried to call them but all I can get is recordings. So I called Revdex.com. I think what would be fair would be for them to return my money which they overcharged which is $14.99 and I will know to never order from them again!

Review: My complaint has to do with all of these issues. I ordered 1 set of hot buns online at 11:00pm on 7/**/2013 with my credit card. When I received the receipt it showed a total of 4 purchased. I DID NOT order 4 at any time. Their website never confirmed my order and somehow 3 additional were added. I attempted to call customer service and cancel the order. I could not reach them and there was no way to cancel my order through their website. On 7/**/2013, at 7am, I called their customer service and was told I could not cancel the order. So I am out $100.00 for a $10.00 product. They also charged me 3 separate s/h fees at $15.90 each. They not only added additional products they refused to cancel. Review: CAVEAT EMPTOR! (BUYER BEWARE!) Zoomies are total junk! However, I thought they might be okay for a concert, so as to not have to carry giant binoculars. I visited the website, and they wouldn't allow me to see any details without first entering my credit card information. Well, I thought I might buy them and I wanted to see the details. Any legit company is going to give you a review of order screen prior to entering your purchase, so I figured it was okay. I clicked on various buttons to see different aspects of their offer, and all of a sudden I had ordered 6 pairs with 2 pair being more expensive upgrades! Now, I am computer savvy enough to know that it was not me, but the website set up to trap people into making a purchase. The product total came to $57.00 and the postage and handling fee came to 47.50!!! I called customer service within 24 hours, and they said they were already shipped out! I had to spend another $18.00 returning the package and they only state they are going to refund the product price of $57.00!!! The product is garbage, the website a trap, and then they try to keep the postage and handling fees after you return their product for a refund! Unexcuseable! Review: I ordered Secret Extensions after seeing their TV advertisement. Their advertisement said they were able to be styled and curled. This is not the case. I took them to my hairdresser who could not curl them either. When I called to return the item before the 30 days was up, they said they would send another set and I would have to pay shipping and postage. The first order was $83.32 and the second postage order was under $10. I received a return authorization to send them back. I insured the order and they received them. I still have not received a credit to my account.

Review: I ordered a chop magic and it clearly states on the internet that it slices. There wasn't a slicing piece with it. I called customer service and Tina stated that the slicing piece was discontinued. I wanted to return it and not pay shipping. She stated I would have to pay shipping to send it back. I also just wish they'd tell you it requires 3 C batteries per unit since they don't include them. I don't mind having to buy them but if I knew ahead of time, I would've already had them in advance. Review: I recently ordered two cans of "Flex Seal" which is advertised on TV at a price of $19.95, and the second can is free, just pay shipping and handling. I called the number given on the TV and ordered the product, upgrading my order to a "jumbo size" can after being sold on it by a very fast talking sales representative. I was not aware that I'd be paying another $9.99 for the second can, as the ad states, the

"second can free". I insured the order for $1.99, and was never given a total amount of my order on the phone. Further more, I assumed

I was ordering this product in Canada, and in fact when I received my final bill with the product, it has a Toronto Ontario address, but to my surprise--not only was my order on the original bill a total of $54.50, but when I received my "Capital One" bill, I was charged a US

exchange rate, and the final bill is $71.35 !! This is totally unacceptable, and when I spoke to a "Capital One" rep' was told the address

they had for this product is in Florida, and there was nothing they could do about the US exchange rate !??Desired Settlement: I don't even know how this happened, but I sincerely feel I've been misled by the TV add, and not given pertinent information when ordering the product on the phone. I would like you to investigate this company and their marketing, and sales techniques, as I feel they are "sleazy" to say the least.

Review: Ordered two Table Mate tables from the company's website [redacted] -- $29.95 for the tables, and $19.90 shipping. Received the tables today. One had a broken plastic part, rendering it unusable. Both were filthy, and had stains on them that couldn't be cleaned off. Visited the website to determine how to return them. First, a pop-up that said I could get a $5 credit if I kept them. I clicked, no, show me the return instructions. Next, a pop-up that said they'd credit me my full shipping. I clicked, no, show me the return instructions. A window popped up with a return label for me to print. Did not print it at that time, but exited. After some thought, I realize I'll get about as much back by accepting the credit for the shipping, as I will if I return them (since I'll have to pay return shipping), and I won't have to go through the hassle of returning the tables. Went back to the website and clicked yes, credit the shipping charges, but a pop-up appeared that said, "You have already chosen the return process." Seriously???? All because I wanted to see what my options were, now I'm locked in to returning them? They charged me an arm and a leg for shipping, and the products are substandard. And just because I looked to see what the return process is, now they say that's what I've chosen and I can't even get my shipping refunded -- I now have to go through the hassle of returning the tables to get ANYTHING back. It's also interesting to note that almost all of their "links," such as for customer service, FAQs, terms and conditions, warranty, etc., are broken and take me to a Go-Daddy site to get that domain. So I called by phone to attempt to get my shipping refunded. Rep offered to send me a new table, which I don't want. Wouldn't refund my shipping. Review: I ordered 1 gripgo from the company on */*/13 via mobile phone. A gripgo is the stand to stick your cell phone or ipad to in the dashboard on the car. When I looked at the receipt, the order was 87.55! I only ordered 1 for $20 or so. I immediately called their office to let them know that was not what I had just ordered. I spoke with [redacted] and she informed me that she could not pull up my order until it was in the system and that would take 2 or 3 days! There was nothing she could do. O.K..that didn't sound right to me after I had just put the order in. A couple days later on the 5th I received an email informing me that my order had been SHIPPED already. I received the order on */**/13. There were 3 gripgos. I called and spoke with [redacted],supervisor, today */**/13,because they took 87.55 out of my account and I wanted him to reimburse me for the two I didn't order. They sent me what they wanted me to have. The order was supposed to be for buy one get one free on that day. He told me he could only reimburse me when I send the products back. This is very bad business and I wanted to let you know what they are doing with people's accounts and claiming they cant access the orders when placed. I am sure I only ordered 1 item, I always confirm my order before I hit send. They didn't even enclose a shipping slip in my order. [redacted] did give me the return information via email to send back for free. I am returning ALL of the gripgos b/c it did not stick to my phone even after I took off the phone cover. Review: The seller advertises their product as something that gives you "thick" hair with "volume." They also advertise that you can curl the hair. I called customer service and was told that the hair is not as easy to curl as you would think. The customer service rep even stated that you can hold the hair on the iron for up to 1.5 minutes and it should give you a curl. But, it does not. Also, the hair is very thin, not thick at all and Volume is NO part of it. Finally, the headband that is attached to the hair will not stay in place while exercising and stretches very quickly. There is no way to make it fit your head better or tighter. The product has ended up being a complete lie and they state that they will only refund your money if it does not blend. I am extremely upset by their false claims and demonstrations. And, looking harder at the advertisements on their website, you can even see that the extensions they show, especially rom Daily herself are much thicker than what you receive. What a terrible product full of false claims and untrue promises. Additionally, my order confirmation page does not show an amount that matches the charge on my credit card. Apparently, this error was caught several days later and a $3.00 credit was issued, but it does not solve the provlem. Also, even in speaking to customer service, they NEVER mention the fact that they will not refund your purchase unless you have not worn the product. How is a person supposed to know if the color matches without trying the hair on? They cheat and mislead. This is ridiculous.
