Allstate Protection Plans

I bought a whole bunch of warranty plans from them because I am the purchaser at my company, and I never had to file a claim until recently. The first claim was approved for 18.19 they claimed they sent me the fast cash via email- well that never happened I called three times about the refund and said you got it check your junk mail (okay like I don’t know how to check my mail) so, they claimed they resent it- a week later no refund- again the next representative said the same thing check your junk mail- put in the search star cash- ummm I did that the first time nothing! The second claim was purchased in 2020 which it stopped working- on the website it stated when did you notice it stop working- I said about 4 days ago. They denied the claim stating I purchased it damage- ummm how I bought it two years ago- it stop working 4 days ago. This warranty company is a scam- and my company sent a lot of money on their protection plans and myself personally. I will never purchase their waste of money plans.

Not the most difficult protection plan I’ve had to use. After filing a claim online, I called a few weeks later to follow up and the call took about 5 minutes. The conclusion was the send me a check for nearly the original products price. I highly recommend.

SquareTrade picked up my laptop on 10-16-20 and by 10-22-20 I received a email informing me that I will have my laptop delivered on 10-26-20 repaired like new,now that's what I call service!

They are easy to work with. Their website although limited is good enough for me to explain what the problem was. The instructions what to do next was clear. I got an response within 24 hours and after the item as sent off for repairs, it came back within the week. Only had thing is that they no longer send out boxes to you to send items. Still they did good.

Excellent insurance! I purchased a gas weed eater from Walmart and insured it with Squaretrade. My husband was hesitant in purchasing insurance, but I decided it was worth the price to have it covered. Fast forward to 8 months later and I had to set up a claim. The representative that helped us out, was very knowledgeable and helped us with out claim. The process was hassle free and quick. I will continue to definitely purchase insurance for all future purchases and I really recommend them.

This was a very good experience in a bad situation. A camera I had bought broke and I had purchased SquareTrade insurance. I went online and it was very easy to fill out the forms and they responded to me very quickly. Within a week everything was resolved. I will definitely use them again.

I sent in two Arlo Security Cameras for Repair and they came back working just like new. The turn around time was excellent and they communicated from the time I made the request to the time they where mailed in, repaired and returned via FedEx. Would recommend there service and I will continue to purchase my warranties whenever I can from them.
