Grate and very satisfied with the service I have received. Staff was very understanding and helpful with my situation they have done a excellent job and fast service.
Peocess was on line and on time decision was made up to the satisfaction. Also clain $$ was received on time.
Easy claim filing, just be sure to keep all your paperwork together in case you have to file a claim. That would mean print out your policy that is emailed to
you, print out your receipt for the item from Amazon or whatever with the
store name and receipt date, and you need the serial number of your
item. I would write it down off the box or item right onto the bottom of the
receipt and this will go smoothly for you.
Great experience, easy to file and quickly resolved. Check received as promised.
Well so far very disappointed my scheduled service was today between noon and five three hours of putting my time on hold I'm called to be told they can't make it today?? And rescheduled for next Friday really your that over booked but can't call until I what around half the day...thanks for caring about the customer I will never buy a warranty through them again or buy a Vizio
When I finally was able to get hold of someone after months of trying, I was treated well. The phone message was absurd. It went through the whole spiel of this can be monitored only to say no one can take the call. I had to jump through many hoops and many phone calls but ultimately was able to get a check which shocked me. I had expected the same nightmare I went through before of sending our broken printer back a bizillion times only to get it back still broken. It was a long, tedious process but everyone worked with me and I got a check to replace the broken air fryer.
I will not get anymore warranties for small appliances. My time is worth more than the hassle.
My phone crashed after 2 1/2 yrs. couldn't be fixed (battery) no questions ask once I answered a few normal simple questions. Sent me a check for a new phone the same day. "HOW GREAT IS THAT"!
I have had very satisfactory experiences with Square Trade. On two occasions requiring repairs to a microwave oven, they are reliable and very professional, keeping me informed and making sure the job was completed to satisfaction.
Contacted SquareTrade via internet regarding a purchased 3 year protection plan and a check was delivered within a week to replace the product. Easy process. I’m always hesitant to buy the extra protection but in this case I’m glad I did.

I filed my claim and I received great, hassle free, highly responsive service from Square Trade. My check was in my hands in 2 days. I would highly recommend Square Trade to everyone interested in professional and exceptional customer service.
What a great idea! You purchase insurance, and you go on line to make a claim. Within 3 days we got our check. This was on a broken chair from Staples. I bought another chair and purchased the same insurance. Incidently, the check got here before the new chair.

Representative was extremely helpful regarding my technical problem. Professional in guiding me through the necessary steps to take to test my device, in doing so acknowledged that there was a problem with the specific issue I was having. informed me that the manufacturer had a recall for the part that was failing on my device. Contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to begin a replacement repair of the failed part. I am extremely satisfied with Square Trade, am happy I added the extra protection to my devices. Glad to have them intercede and reassure me when I needed them!

I purchased a B&D portable A/C from Amazon on July 25, 2017 along with an extended warranty from Square Trade. I am not a particular fan of extended warranties!
After only two full seasons of Summers, it failed to cool anymore! Shame on B&D!
I contacted Sqre Trade and filed a claim. At first there was some confusion about lost records and I thought to myself, "See these warranties are just a gimmick!" but eventually I got connected to a customer service rep named ***. She was incredibly good and helpful in getting everything resolved in a pleasant and courteous manner. I finally received a magnanimous settlement from them! Check just arrived today!
I am so pleased and will continue to use them in the future!

I for once did something right, I usually don't take out extended warranties due to previous horror stories, but I had a problem with my security system and it was a little tedious to get the ball rolling but in today's world what can we expect, and yes they were super and took care of my problem, and usually all we hear is negative comments but I took a few minutes to let all know they are great to work with. Quick response time and yes I will purchase another Square Trade policy if needed
