Absolutely terrible ! I put in a claim for my computer because when I called they said all claims had to be started online . I went through the process , after the status with the claim was that they would get back to me after the receipt was authenticated. Never got back to me I had to end up calling and asking what was the hold up , only then did they send out a return label . I sent it out on the 19th of August they received it and signed for it on the 21st according to Fedex but I didn’t get a change in status of claim saying the received it till a week after . Fast forward to August 31st and I had to call again because there had been no communication as to where my device is and what is going on with the repairs . They said they would put a request in with the repair team and I should receive a response back in 24hrs . I did only the response was telling my they would have a response in 1-2 days ! This is the absolute worst company when it comes to communicating with you. I feel like I shipped my device and that it’s been stolen . Will be getting insurance from a more professional company in the future .

Very slow process to resolve our claim with a computer. First we had to get approval and paperwork to submit claim. Then we shipped item to service center which reported 2-5 day turnaround. 8 days later the service is still not complete, with no communication from square trade. Inquiries that we initiate do not seem to move things forward.
We are weeks into this process and are still without a computer or any idea of when it will be returned.

So easy to file a claim online when my office chair hydraulics broke. Within a few days had a decent check in hand to apply to a new chair. Excellent service- worth every penny!!!

I have a number of square trade warranties. I am very grateful that they respond to their inquiries quickly and give me options to choose the best solution for me. They have great customer service and that's why I continue to buy their warranty policies for the products I purchase.

Awesome. I filed a claim on Friday and received a check on Monday. So instead of having to take my chair to be repaired I could go buy a new one.

I recently filed a claim with Square Trade and the service that was provided was excellent. The time it took was fast and efficient. I did not have any problems with my claim. Good company!

Excellent customer service. My claim was paid within a few days.

This warranty worked the way it was supposed to work. I could take my receipt & upload it so I never needed to go looking for it later. I could easily sign in and see what items I had warranties for and could see when they were purchased & when they would expire. The customer service was responsive and the website was very clear.

The experience of filing and completing my warranty claim couldn't have been easier or more efficient. The telephone service representative was absolutely fantastic and understanding. They far exceeded my expectations.

Our Air fryer, just over a year old, failed, and it was replaced immediately. Excellent service, will recommend to anyone buying a new product and will certainly buy the square trade option whenever it's offered because of the value and customer service. 5 stars.

My tv box quit working after two years. I submitted the claim and was given a number to call. After explaining what the issue was, the representative offered to send meas check for the cost of replacement ad it arrived in the mail within a week.

I'm very happy with their service. I also have their coverage on my phone.

From first filing the claim to having it reapired and being sent back. The experience was hands down the easiest process Ive ever encountered. After sending my product in for repair, I was kept up to date every step of the way. I was told how long it would take and they kept their word. I will be telling everyone I know about the great service I was provided.

A little frustrating being transferred several times but excellent tech help. Solved my problem over the phine

This company is great and the people who work here are the most professional contact when you have a problem. They made it so easy for me I was amazed and speechless and I am never speechless at how friendly they were. 3 minutes and my check was in the bank within 5 days.KUDOS TO SQUARE TRADE.

I had a excellent experience! The wrong insoles were sent and when I contacted them they quickly responded. They immediately sent me a postage paid return label and sent me the correct insoles! I’m very satisfied!

Unbelievable service from start to finish. I received the replacement TV days before the promised delivery date. l have installed it the new TV is better than the original. A square trade warranty is the best insurance money can buy.

The process of making a claim for my broken microwave couldn't have been easier. It couldn't be fixed, so they refunded the entire purchase price and I was able to get a new microwave. I hope the new one is more reliable, but I got a SquareTrade warranty just in case.
