Customer service was great . told them the problem and they fixed it. They replaced my tv with a new one.
GREAT THEY ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL just a little long on getting my product back
Prompt. Easy to navigate returns. The chat feature leaves much to be desired but overall I was Kool with the service provided and the quick response time.
I just found out on my account that my phone was supposed to be repaired, but it never was. I called and found out because it was expired there was nothing they could do
Horrible customer service, and if you don't have a popular phone no one can fix it
I have been trying to file a claim with them for the last 4 months, to no avail. Not by phone, not through the website. Once I select my plan from their page and click on file a claim, they either send me back to the home page or tell me there was an error. When I try contacting them by phone, I can't get through to anyone. this has been going on for over 4 months. I'm trying at least once a week.
Am not being issued a check for as much as I paid for the item, but, process quick, painless and way easier than I thought it would be. No hassle or hard time given.
Gave me a full refund when my microwave wasn’t working properly. I will use them again with my next purchase.
Excellent Customer Service. Filed Online. Filing was Fast and Easy. Response was Rapid. Well worth the money spent for the Warranty. SquareTrade is Great!
Called for a claim on my cell phone and it was taken care of very quickly. Received a better phone in 4 days Great job. Thank you
Great customer service and support! I would definitely recommend their product!
The whole process was quick with no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend!
Solved the issue really quickly. Highly recommend! The check was sent within day.
I had a little difficulty uploading a receipt to their website, but after speaking with someone at customer service, they were extremely helpful. They were patient, professional and processed my claim quickly. Highly recommend.
Square Trade, Inc did as they promised and settled my claim quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to others.
The company was able to fix my phone within a couple of hours. The associates were courteous and able to fully explained what they did as well as answer any questions I had. This is the only company I go to when I need work done on my phone.
Very professional and prompt with their response. The process was simple and easy to understand. Answered a couple of questions I had and explained any steps I needed to take to view my claim.
Excellent customer service and quick refund for laptop battery. Well worth it.
My smart phone malfunctioned on 7/7, it would not power on after charging all night while I slept. I started a claim on 7/8 that was immediately closed and stated a resolution was provided. The resolution was to restore the phone, I couldn't do that since the phone was not operational. I had to call back, start a new claim, submit a receipt of purchase. The receipt had my name, address, email, credit card information, date of purchase, the make, model, memory size and color of the phone. I submitted that information and got no response. I had to call back a 3rd time and they reported the receipt did not provide enough information to successfully start a claim. I had to take a snip showing the google logo to prove to them that I bought it from the google store. They finally confirmed that was good enough and would start the claim process. They charged my account $150 dollars and then proceeded to tell me I had to take the phone to an authorized repair facility to have the phone fixed. I take the phone to the repair shop. The repair shop has the phone for 24 hours, confirm its a mother board problem. They said they contacted Square Trade but it was another 48 hours before they got a response to have the phone sent in. I then had to overnight the phone to have square trade technicians look at it, even though it was proven to be a motherboard problem. They notified me that they would have a turn around time of 24 hours to either repair the phone or send a new one. I get a notification from Squaretrade once the phone was received at the site and that they would be looking at the phone. 24 hours goes by without an update. However, I receive in the mail my sim card, with the notification that the phone was beyond economical repair, but no replacement phone. I called back yesterday, the call center agent stated they were still working on the phone, even though I got a piece of paper that stated it was non-repairable. I tell him that, then he changes what he says and tells me they're "looking" for a replacement and that I should have an update by the end of the day. Go figure, no response from square trade over night. I call again this morning for an update and the latest call center agent tells me yes it's beyond economical repair but the service technicians do not work on the weekend, so he was not sure why the previous staff member stated I would get an update. Square trade has now had my phone for 72 hours without any sort of resolution. Previous insurance companies I've dealt with, I've received a replacement phone within roughly 24 hours. With square trade it's been an 11 day process. Not acceptable.
We apologize for any issues the consumer experienced with their device. Depending on the item issue, SquareTrade will always attempt first to provide a repair resolution. If the repair technicians determine the device can not be repaired, we will offer an alternate resolution. Reviewing the consumer's account, I have confirmed the device has been determined non-repairable. At this time, we have moved forward by providing an alternate resolution to the customer.
1. I purchased 2 warranties through Square Trade. On both policies the period was shorted by one year which I discovered when I filed a claim. I had to spend quite some time to argue with several ST employees to get the coverage period properly extended. If this is ST’s habit then they save themselves hundreds if not thousands of years of coverage.
2. During claim proceedings someone misread the purchase price and the settlement was short. This was confirmed via chat. I was told no less than 4 times that the check for the remainder would be sent, once even that it had been sent and must have gotten list. On email inquiry I was told twice that I was not entitled to any more as the maximum had been paid.
Who is lying? The 4 people who told me it was going to be mailed or the email respondent? I no longer trust ST and will not ever purchase coverage from them.
I impressed of how fast and simple they take care of my claim and more faster to send me my refund check and also the difference between my payout and the new price, Amazing ??.
