ordered Oct received confirmation of payment from paypal and order confirmation text Nothing further, and it has been weeks emails to customer service have gone unaswered I'm out $ nothing to show for it

On sept ,I placed an order for a rain jacket that was pay shipping only I have not received the product , even after sending several emails with no response I have decided to file a complaint I payed with PayPal , they have my money and I expect my product or an immediate refund This company should not be allowed to advertise such practicesI feel like they are scammers and should be treated as such The only order # *** is all I received, so no other way to track order Thank you for the help *** **

I placed an order on 9/10/via the company's website The confirmation email I received indicated the product would ship in 4-weeks My credit card was charged for the purchase On 10/26/I reached out to the company via email asking for an update on my order as this was slight past the week timeline I received no response I reached out to the company a second time on 11/7/and still received no response A search on their website did not list a phone number to call The only contact information listed was their customer support email address I also attempted to reach out to the company via their Facebook page however I received a notification that they do not respond to messages via Facebook and to contact them via email

I have ordered times from this store...all freebies things It has been weeks today and no word from them I contacted them early on about the backpack and no answer I just contacted them again After reading these reviews...I feel I have been scammed as well Not sure if I will get anything!

Never got my order eitherI emailed and never got a response eitherSeems like this is there thingTotal scamI guess what they say is trueIf it seems to good to be true it probably is

Basically the same complaints as everyone elseNever received my package, now weeks after ordering itNo replies through their email support system and no other means to contact themPlease do what I did and at least REPORT THEIR ***, ***, AND *** ACCOUNTS so that they can be shut down

On July 21, 2018, I ordered a day pack online from the Alpine Outdoor StoreThe $charge was posted to Pay Pal that same dayNow, days later, I have not received the day packI have sent emails to the company and a formal letter sent October requesting either information on when the package should arrive or a full refundI have received no word from them in any form
(Note that their website, in the FAQ section, they say the product may take as long as weeks to arriveIt has been weeks....)

Definitely a scam—I really should have known betterI ordered a couple of items on 10/28/18–one of them was a paid item as wellNo response, no shipping confirmation, nothingIf their ad pops up again on ***, I’ll definitey warn others
