To whom it may concern : We are very sorry for the confusion, after looking further into the customer's order we do see that the customer did not select the next day air option on her order that was a service that was provided but had to be paid by the customer just as any site would require as
wellThe customer chose ground shipping on her order and not expedited shipping on her order. We did have a promotion that the order would be delivered by Christmas but the customer still had to pay for that service. As for the poor treatment we are looking into that issue at the current time. Best regards, Deckers Brands

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:This was their third story. They originally told me that I was out of the date range for returns and warranty. I had to explain repeatedly that I had started the process well within the month range of the purchase. Then they told me, after sending them multiple pictures because they returned my boots without even examining them, that the boots were purchased in 2004. Then in their final emails they said that we bought them from a dummy website. My husband is an engineer physicist and knows his way around the Internet pretty. I seriously doubt he would have purchased off of a dummy website and paid the full retail amount. Their detailed explanation about the tags was never relayed to me either.

To whom it may concern : I have looked into the order and I do not see that there was another charge on the order, I do see that there was a pre-authorization for the amount of 389.99$ and that is to make sure that the customer has the right amount of funds in order to be charged for the
product and the customer was charged 89.99$ on 02/19/and charged the final amount of 300$ on 02/20/and that is when the items shipped outWe do not charge the customer until the order ships out and as for that authorization that will become transparent in the three to five business days. This Representative COMPLETELY CONTRADICTED the statement of the first person's response.
