Complaint: I am rejecting this reorsponse because: THIS response from this unethical racist company is a lieProduce proof of depositPure and simple, American Airlines has NEVER reached out to me OR processed a refund! They introduced my innocent child to the ugliness of American discrimination, nearly stranded her in an unknown city and FAILED to remedy my losses for THREE years!!! THREE YEARS!!! This company is now Trying to retroactively pretend they have tried to resolve this hoping I won't respond to Revdex.com emails after yearsI am still waiting to be made whole...I am still waiting for this company to address its failure to act for yearsInjuries upon injuriesIf AA were to finally do the right thing and make me whole after all this time, I would get the cost of the original ticket, the cost of the SW ticket, treble damages for the maliciousness plus 3l years of interest on the total of all of this! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response from [redacted] does not address the previous rejection response I provided If you are saying that this problem was already taken care of before [redacted] called me on December 1, then why did Angelo call me and promise the two evouchers totaling $400? Why would he get my hopes up that American was finally trying to right the wrong they caused by being responsible for me losing one full day in Hawaii on my much needed vacation? He never should have called and made an offer that he was not supposed to makeEither he was incompetent and did not know what he was doing when he made the offer to me to rectify the situation, or he knowingly made an offer he knew he could not deliver and then revoked it to get revenge for me filing a complaint Which is it? Either answer is NOT acceptable Who calls up someone, makes them an offer to settle their grievance, and then calls back later saying the offer has been rescinded? No one should treat a customer like this and expect them to ever use their services again You need to address this specific fact as to why he made an offer he then rescinded? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:American Airlines (AA) did respond that no further action would be taken and I responded back that it was unacceptable As stated in the original complaint, AA did not live up to the obligations provided to me by the reservations agent If that agent did not follow policy, that is not my problem They provided me information for which I relied on and then I was charged full price for their mistakeUntil restitution is provided or some other agreeable compensation, the matter will stay unresolved Regards, [redacted]

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I filed the complaint after I received a response from American Airlines on August 11th that they denied my requestThe response from American Airlines is not as per the conversations I had with American Airlines representatives or their websiteBased on all my conversation, the extra baggage is supposed to be $dollars and I was charged $by their codeshare partner and they claimed that part of this charge will go to American AirlinesBecause I purchased the ticket from American Airlines, I can only work with American AirlinesI did contact [redacted] airways, but they said, because I purchased ticket from American Airlines, and if I have any concerns on the charge I need to contact American Airlines onlyIf I had purchased ticket from [redacted] there wont be any charge, because their rule is bags per person, and American rule is bag per person, so the charge Regards, [redacted] ***
