Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:American Airlines has not satisfactorily resolved the problems They have refunded one of the airfare, however, they have not yet refunded the return flight or the expenses incurred by their negligence They stated in a letter that the passenger was not at the gate minutes prior to boarding which is absolutely untrue She was present at least minutes prior to boarding She was also checked in online so she was unaware that she needed to speak to someone at the gate We lost a return flight home on another airline and a hotel night among many other expenses and the disappointment of totally missing a vacation The crew was rude and left the passenger stranded after they gave her seat away when she was actually there I find their customer service abominable and would never fly American Airlines again Regards, [redacted]
