Their resolution didn't make up for their pattern of errors that affected our travels and ultimately caused us to pay more to get us home without having to stay in Philadelphia overnight, which they didn't even offer us a hotel stayI don't know why they are reaching out now; it's been monthsNo well respecting company should be able to treat their customers this way.Still not satisfied Regards, [redacted] ***
