It’s nice to get furniture. But THEIR company didn’t take out payment as we discussed. They screwed up. I called into the company to let them know. They were supposed to fix it. THEIR employees didn’t do what we discussed, AGAIN. Now they took out 4 payments at once. . . Bc THEIR employees screwed up. Now if I mess up at my job, I would get fired or sued. Terrible services. The employees must not have passed the 6th grade.

They sold me furniture and promised me it would be here by noon and they didn’t show up till 5pm with the furniture already damaged and couldn’t get the last piece of my couch in my apt and demanded the 75 in cash delivery fee. I told them no hear is 60 bucks and they were advised by the American freight were house in Roseville MN to then steal one of my couch cocushions demanding the 15 dollars and they’ll give it back. The delivery drivers ruined my furniture couldn’t deliver it properly and didn’t arrive on time. They were advised to do all these things under the authority of American freight furniture in Roseville MN and they told me I’m outa luck and it’s sold as is. But it’s damaged beyond repair and I want my money back.

American Freight will allow the customer to stop in and re-select to a different living room set. The re-delivery will be free of charge. However, the delivery crew will first return the original sectional that was delivered and then bring the new sectional into the customers home. The customer can contact the regional manager David directly at to make arrangements.

I’m am rejecting this offer because it puts me in The same situation as I was in before and that being at the hands and mercy of the unprofessional delivery crew you hire. To add onto this I would be relinquishing my property to you and who’s to say you won’t just take it and go like they did my couch Cushion. Bring the furniture I reselect first and then take the old furniture after Your drivers have successfully delivered each piece inside my apt. Or refund.

American Freight will pick up the items delivered and return them to the store. The customer can then get a refund. The customer can call the regional manager David @ to make the arrangements.

Will never buy anything else from Louisville, KY. After they make the sale, they do not care. They will tell you they will find out what is going on and call you back, they do not. When you call again they will say 2 weeks.

This was possibly the worst decision I’ve made to buy furniture from here. I ordered a bed set 12/12 and was told to allow 6-8 weeks ok fine. Well 8 weeks approach’s and I was told the trunk has been delayed and they don’t know when it’ll be there. I said ok this shouldn’t be more then two weeks correct and I was confirmed that it wouldn’t. I waited an additional 4 weeks before calling back to be told it would be there that Friday, called back that Friday and was told sorry it was delayed again won’t come in until Monday. So now I’m mad of course, I was given a $400 credit( which I wasn’t allowed to use but I’ll get to that) and the regional managers number. I gave her a call she upgraded me to a better bed set and I was told it’ll all be at my house that night. The delivery did not show up until 11:30 and a good bit of the upgraded furniture was not on the truck. I open the chest I had gotten and it didn’t have a top drawer. They then say we can get this out to you when you get back from vacation. So it comes we build the bet many many issues with it and the brace for the mirror are missing l. I send all the concerns to the regional manager pictures videos all of it. I go into the store and tell that manager what happened because the regional didn’t get back to me in the 15-20 minutes I was promised. That manager said what can I do to make this all right, I said well I have to furnish my house. There was a table a chair and bed set I still needed. I said can you comp the table and chair I’ll keep the damage upgrade bet set and still buy the other bed set. That manager said yea, but then the regional called him not me called him and told him no that’s not happening. So I called her she says to me there’s nothing wrong with that bed my frame is Crooked and that she’s never had some have the audacity to ask for that amount of free things. In response I said well ma’am you also said you never had someone wait 13 weeks for furniture. (Which still to this day they don’t have the furniture I purchased) so I said well fine I ll use my credit that I was promised and be done she in response says no that offer is off the table you can either have a refund and we will pick up the furniture or deal with it. I then ask for her bosses number he just was no help he said you can have 35% off your additional order. That was no help. The product is a liability. It has been awful. I should have been compensated for all of the wait time the issues and missing pieces. Absolutely horrible would not recommend. I also witnessed multiple other customers complaining and coming in for refunds because of multiple issues as well.

Company fails to tell.its customers that upon buying the furniture, that set up is not included with the $100 delivery fee. Also my furniture can at the most inappropriate time of the night and the drivers that are subcontracted to deliver for the company have no problem telling you that this company does nothing but lies to its customers. Then upon receiving my delivery, they still forgot my headboard, footboard, and mirror to my dresser and promised to deliver it the next day and I still haven't recieved it. I wouldn't recommend this business and wish I could just send what I have back and get a refund. Not very happy at all. The whole experience has been nothing but an inconvenient experience.

On 02/27/2019 I purchased a couch at American Freight off *** Avenue in Jackson TN. Dave was the man who helped me which gave me great service. I purchased a “truffle” color couch and he went back to make sure he still had one in stock before we made the finaiazed purchase. after confirming he still had one I purchased the couch for a total over $1000. Originally before I bought the couch it was going to be delivered over the weekend and after purchase they couldn’t get deliwvery until 03/04/2019.

On 03/04/2019 I received a call asking if I had came and picked up the furniture I advised no. Then said would call me back after locating it. I received a call back stating they SOLD the couch I PAID for. I was a little upset but sent my mother to go look at a different one to replace since would be 2-3 weeks before I would get another! So we settled on another couch that was to be delivered today 03/04/2019.

As of 7:30 pm on 03/04/2019 I still had no couch I called the store to try to get confirmation it will be deliwvered tonight and they advised yes but had NO WAY to contact the deliwvery driver because it’s a 3rd party apparently and I don’t know who I have no number they don’t have their number to contact them so I have no way of knowing where my purchase is.

It is 9:00pm on 03/04/2019 still no phone call of deliwvery, still no couch in my house and no resolution of this matter.

They did NOT deliver furniture that was scheduled for 3/4/19. After several times of telling them where I was located, they still did not arrive by close of the day. I received no call from the delivery team. Also, someone hung up on me, I wanted to advise them about the gate at that point. I stood outside to wait for them for 45minutes to make it easier for them to come through the gate. They simply did NOT show up. No one else called to reschedule for another day. The gates are open during business hours. I need the cash fee for delivery waived and my furniture delivered.

I purchased two sets of mattresses from this company and purchased the lifetime warranty as well. The box spring in the guest bedroom that is rarely used broke today so I called to inquire about my warranty. The gentleman I spoke with stated that I must've purchased prior to the beginning of last year as they had updated their system. I told him I didn't know the date as I assumed it would be in their system. He asked my number again and informed me that my warranty was only valid for a year from purchase date which was very misleading. When I purchased, I was informed that this was a lifetime warranty which covered anything, even stains etc. my mattresses and box springs are both in brand new condition and the broken one is from a guest room that is rarely occupied. I feel that the warranty was misleading and would like some sort of resolve for a replacement.

I purchased a 3 piece bedroom set about 3 weeks ago and it was delivered on 02/09/19 the delivery guys dropped the dresser and left a scratch on the bottom of the dresser & the panel at the bottom was damaged they also didn't attach the headboard to the rails so I called the store told them about the problem. The gentleman I spoke to said no problem he spoke with his warehouse manager who would come back out with a new dresser and he would also attach the headboard nobody showed up. I called the store back to let them know that the manager never called or showed up so he told me he would make sure I got the replacement dresser and the headboard would be attached well when the new dresser was delivered the delivery guys still claim they didn't have the right screws so I went back to the store on 18th to explain the issue one of the workers came out to my house that evening looked at the headboard and said he could attach the headboard but he would have to come back on 02/19/19 but he never showed up. I had my boyfriend to call on 02/20/19 and speak with someone about this issue and they assured him it would be fixed so I went into the store on 02/20/19 & picked out a new headboard because the other headboard the leg fell off and once again I was assured someone would come out on 02/23/19 and again nobody showed up and nobody called I'm tired of playing games with the store. I would like my $50 setup fee returned & I was promised a new headboard & paid an additional $25.78 because the new headboard was a different model I want what I paid for.

American Freight replaced the customers headboard. American Freight has also made several attempts to contact the customer to ensure everything else is in working order but has not received a response.

They gave me a damaged sofa, I paid over $900 after 2 weeks I noticed there was something wrong. I contacted the store who gave me the contact to the general manager spoke to him sent pictures and nothing. Now I have to go spend money on new sofas after only having these for 5 months. Horrible customer service
They sell damaged merchandise.

Was interested in purchasing a King size bedroom set and placed a $50 hold on the bedroom set. However, my wife decided against what I chose. So I went back to the store the next day to cancel the hold and was advised that I would just lose the $50 I put down to hold the set. I never left with anything at all. Here it is 3 months (February) later and I have been harassed about not paying a balance on a set I never got and now is reporting on my credit report as a charge off. This needs to be removed from my credit report immediately and my next step is my lawyers office. I wish to have nothing to do with this piece of crap company and their horrible customer service.

American Freight is working directly with American First Finance to have everything corrected for the customer.

For some reason it wont let me go to the store in ***, In. But that store is the worse. Dont buy anything from there. I went in the store on december 21,2018 and picked out a bedroom set. Ryan the manager of the store took my order. He told me they didnt have any in stock. But the truck was in the back and there should be 3 on there. He asked me when did I want it. I said before christmas. They brought me a set on christmas eve at about 630 pm. They started carrying up the stairs. I asked them is this a cherry wood set? They said yes. Kept unloading the truck.I took a knife and cut open the smallest box. The wrong set. I told them. They asked if they could leave it because it was christmas eve. They said they would switch it out the day after christmas.I thought they wanted to get home to there families and I said yes. Well the day after christmas I never heard from them. So I went up to the store at 1pm. They told me some more lies. They didnt have in the set I picked.I told Ryan they could come and pick it up. Never heard from them. I had to put a stop payment on my account. The finance company was calling me 4 to 5 times a day. They said I had to work somethin out with them. They told me since the furniture was in my possession I was responsible. I refuse to pay for somethin I didnt want.I kept calling that store and they kept telling me more lies. This furniture sat in my livingroom. From december 24, 2018 till february 19,2019 in the boxes. The finance company kept calling ryan in that store and he finally admitted. They brought me the wrong stuff. The worse and a learning experience of my LIFE...

On 10/18/18, My husband, and I initiated a layaway for a Jamison Bedding Platinum mattress set for a total of 1077.84. After timely and good faith payments, we returned to the store on 2/17/19 to pay the $77.84 balance and to take possession of the mattress set. It was at that time, that the employee informed us that they did not have, nor had they had that mattress set when we opened the layaway. We looked at other mattresses, hoping to find a substitution, but were unable to find anything to meet our satisfaction. At that time, we requested a refund. The employee refused, citing company policy was
to issue a store credit. We informed the employee that our receipt plainly states that if the merchandise
was not available, we were entitled to a full refund. He still refused and gave us the name and phone number of the regional manager, which I promptly called and left a voicemail. I received no response. I also filed a complaint on the company's website. At this point the company has our $1000.00 and has refused to give a refund even though they don't have the merchandise we purchased.

I went into the Rome location on 2/10/19. The salesperson was friendly and professionals. I purchased a mattress, loveseat and 2 recliners. I was told that the recliners weren't in stock but could be transferred from their Chattanooga location by 2/15/09. I agreed to pay for the items that day but pick everything up together when the recliners arrived. On 2/15/19, I was informed that the recliners were sold by the Chattanooga location and weren't available to be transferred but that they could get them in by 2/18/19. I went to the store on 2/16//19 to pick up the loveseat and mattress and also purchased a dining room set as the same salesperson told me that had a truck coming in on 2/18/19 at 10:00 am that had 3 of the dining room sets on it along with my recliners. I called them today, 2/18/19, and have been informed that none of my items are there for pick up. At this point, they can't, or won't, tell me when my items will arrive. This has not been the best experience in the world and I will NOT recommend this store to anyone.

In April 2018, I put a dinette set on layaway. The policy states the consumer has 24 months to pay off the balance. Every month American Freight sends out a payment reminder. I went in February 10, 2019 to pay half of my remaining balance. They informed me that they no longer have the dinette set... my order had been cancelled 3 months prior. In November and December I made payments and neither time did the associates inform me of this.no call, no text, no email, no postal mail. In January 2019 they never sent a reminder text and therefore a payment had not been made. Their contract states IF the account is up to date they will refund your money. It does not state they can cancel your layaway at any time. It’s layaway.... an item set aside until I pay it off. They refused to refund my money because I hadn’t made a payment in January, yet they had over $700 of my money tied up in a product that did not exist. They said I could have a store credit, but they didn’t have anything in stock that would seat 8 people. So I had to settle for a couch I didn’t need so I wouldn’t lose $700+ .

I was sold s child's bed and it had a million pieces to it.I was to.d by the manager the furniture was made to give if a child jumps in the bed. I'm sure he meant it was poor quality and wouldn't las . I will never buy anything else from this company.if you want a non quality piece then this is the company for you! Furniture is an investment! We are back to square one finding my niece a nice bed. This bed right now is on the floor due to The cheap quality but not a cheap price! I will not buy nothing else from this company! I went to the hwy64 location! Never again!

They do not honor anything they say, the salesman Jack is rude, yells at customers of they ask to many questions, and is just all out rude. I have never been in a store with such rudeness. This is in the *** store on Furniture Row
