Put furniture in the layaway and paid the furniture off, I was guaranteed that the furniture would be in by September 21, 2016, as of October 3, furniture not in, I have called several times and the only excuse they can give me is I'm sorry the furniture is not in the warehouse we and we can offer you $toward another set on the floor, I don't want another set off the floor that someone has sat on, and this is nothing but a gimmick, I see another set that is over the amount of the furniture I have paid for and then the extra $offered, then I would still have to pay more money, and plus delivery charge, I recommend that NO ONE shop at this store ever again

I bought a couch and had the ability to take it home that dayI bought a warranty plan that included a protective spray on the couch and the manager suggested we wait a day and pick it up the next day so it would be dryWe do not have the means to transport a couch so we made plans for a friend to help usWe showed up to pick up the couch and after waiting an hour the manager said their system showed they had six couches but didn’t have any in the back and must have sold the couch earlier in the dayHe said they didn’t have any of the couches I boughtHe found another couch at a different location further away but he would not ship it to me for a discounted rateI tried calling the regional manager and have not been contacted backI did not receive a call from them during the day saying they didn’t have any couches in stockI asked why I didn’t receive a message during the day that they sold my couch and he said “because he just found out they didn’t have anymore.” I want the

Me and my husband walked into American Freight looking for a dining room set an associate name Wesley came up to us asking if we needed any help and we asked if our first choice of a dining room was availableHe said he would go check and let us know when he returned he came back and said that they didn't have that model available so we picked out another model and he stated again that he would go and check if there was any more models availableHe came back and said that yes there was one more available so we went ahead and said we would purchase that modelHe seemed super nice and kept saying how he was going to look out for us and give us a discount and also said that he was giving us a year replacement planAnd gave us a delivery date and what seemed was a great purchase turned out to be a huge scamWhen we got our delivery the table and chair were all scratched and one of the legs of the chairs was pretty much about to break and they delivered chairs of our chair setSo I went ahead and called American Freight and spoke to who said was the manager and he stated that there was nothing he could do that we bought the floor model and the floor models are sold as isMind you why would I buy an incomplete dining set it just makes no senseAnd we were never told we were buying a floor model because if that was the case I would of never of spent that much money for a floor modelI know for a fact that it wasn't a floor model because the sale associate Wesley said that he himself would be building the chairs so he was going to make sure they were built rightSo tell me if that was the case then why did I receive the floor modelNow to go on about the chairs, the manager stated that the floor model came with chairs but our receipt it clearly says chairs and I have picture proof that the floor model included chairsThis company is a complete rip off and the associate Wesley is a scam artist please whatever you do dont buy from this company unless your looking for lies and a big head acheI am contacting the corporate office as well as the Revdex.com so they are aware of this store that scams people for their money with their lies and tricksIf I could give them no stars I would because this place does not deserve any ratings

Worst customer service everI bought a mattress from American Freight on January 7, I was to have it delivered later that dayWhen the delivery drivers delivered the mattress it was the incorrect oneI called back into the store immediately only to be told the drivers must have grabbed the wrong mattress from the warehouse, and they would call me right back once they spoke with the driversI waited hours for a call back, and did not receive oneI had to call back as the store was closing soon, and I( had not received a callI called back and the gentleman seem annoyed I called back and told me I needed to be patientHe then proceeded to tell me that he in fact was wrong, and they didn't even have the mattress I purchased in store and would have to get one from a neighboring storeHe said it would be here in the next few days and they would call when it was being deliveredI wasn't happy at this point, but little did I know this was only the beginningI waited an entire week from the purchase date to call again to see what was going on with the mattress I still had not receivedI was told that they hadn't heard back from the neighboring store, and should hear back in a few daysAgain I wait a week, and get the same response of "Please be patient we are trying to figure something out." A month later I called in again, and finally she said they were getting the correct mattress in, and it would be delivered the following dayFast forward three days to today where I had to call in again because they still hadn't delivered my mattressFinally they said it was on the truck and was getting delivered todayThe movers got here took the old mattress out and delivered the "correct one"It was not the correct mattressOnce again they delivered the incorrect mattress! I could not believe it! I called in and had to read ever single tag on the mattress just to prove I got the incorrect mattress againI was then told to just send pictures of the tags to their email to prove it was the incorrect mattressI am so fed up with their customer service at this pointI have been paying for a mattress for a month now that I do not haveThey also never once reached out to meThe only contact that has been had was forced by myselfI will never purchase anything from this company again

for the other two pieces, and every single piece is damagedI called them, and they do not resolve my
needsI have asked for a Manager to come look at this furniture and they told me that they do not do
thatThis furniture was delivered in boxes, put in my bedroom up-side downI removed the packaging
and it was damaged, scratched, drawers nickand they do not line-up, some are harder to shut
then others and they are non-compliant with me
This is not good for business by any meansI do not want to pay for the bedroom set but something
needs to be addressed
The resolution would be for me to pay half of what I own and live with it, because I will never deal with

I just bought a couch from American Freight months agoThe sales man told us that the couch we picked was puncture resistant, and that we could purchase a protection plan that covers and stains, holes and tears caused by animal or human bodily fluids and even cat scratches, etcWell, its only been months and the fabric on the cushions are splitting in multiple areas!!! I called the protection plan company and tried to file a claim since our salesperson assured us that it would cover this sort of thingMy claim was denied immediately!!! The plan only covers holes/tears if it was an "accident" and since I "did not know how the tears got there, it is not an accident"!!! I don't know who I am more upset with, our salesperson that sold us an $couch with a protection plan that we were told would cover everything, or the protection plan people who cover virtually nothing!!! I am so frustrated that I just spent almost $on a couch that is falling apart after only months!!
