On Jul 2016, I purchased two pieces of furniture from American Freight Furniture and Mattress store, located in *** *** ** and our salesman was RandyWe purchased the a Flannel Espresso sectional couch (pieces - Corner 3810LSFFE, Cuddler 3815RSFFE, and Loveseat 3822ALFE) along with a Gazette Basil recliner (AF7409) I paid in cash for my purchase (a total of $1,785)During the last year of owning the furniture, we've experienced several issues The recliner's stuffing has fallen out and a wooden beam from the sectional is now clearly visible When I purchased the furniture, I purchased it with the intent to get several years of use out of both sets...I've been allotted one year I've maintained my furniture and it is upsetting to see the hard earned cashed I paid for, I have essentially wasted The sectional sofa is the third sofa I've owned The other sets I owned lasted a good years or so, including several military moves! I am active duty military station

....PLEASE TAKE THE TRUNDLE BED BACK TO THE STORE AND AMERICAN FREIGHT WILL BE HAPPY TO REPLACE IT...AS WE HAVE STATED BEFORE!

I went in and paid cash for two queen and one kind bedroom suits, kitchen table and chairs, and a living room setNot only did “someone” disclose my personal purchase information, leaving my children and I in danger, but I was not notified prior to paying that the couch, kitchen table and chairs were on back order until AFTER I paid Then one of the dressers delivered was damaged, and here it is almost TWO months later and I still don’t have my couch or kitchen table and chairs and they still haven’t replaced my dresserI have received three phone calls of information saying they would deliever on such date and the never called or showed up

My husband and I purchased $in living room furniture on Saturday, August 6, We paid cash and were told that it would be delivered the next day (Sunday) The salesman told us that we would hear from the delivery people around 8am to set up an ETAWe went home called a friend of ours to help remove the old furniture, he came over at 8:to helpHeard from the delivery driver at noon asking if we still wanted it delivered today, we told him absolutelyHe called again at 1:and said the truck was loaded and that our furniture would be hereAt 4pm I called American Freight to find out where my furniture was and the man I spoke to told me on the truck and that we were the last delivery of the dayWhen I attempted to tell him that Dewayne told us we would be contacted at 8am he pretty much told me there was no way we were told thatHere I sit at 7:with no furniture and no phone call as to what happened to it!!! American Freight advertises great sales on television but the furniture they are selling at the great price is low qualityThey have better furniture that they place in other rooms that they don't show youI found mine by walking into the dining setsAfter choosing a set at a reasonable price they offered to finance including days of free interestThat sounded great until I signed the paperwork and realized that if I did not completely pay it off within those days then I would end up paying over doubleMy total was approximately $and I would end up paying more than $if it was not taken care ofThe interest they charge is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegalThey have to have a credit or debit card to submit the paperwork to financeThey did not say until afterward that they would automatically take a payment from itThey did a down payment on mine which they did not submit as a credit charge it was done as a cash advance which my credit card charges a fee forI called the finance company they use and they changed my card to a bank account so that does not happen again but did not offer an apology or a creditThey also could not tell me where my down payment went to because it did not go toward my purchaseTheir advertising is very misleading and the sales associates are not very knowledgeable of the finance policyOnce you sign you are stuck with this and it should not be allowed or toleratedThey also offered me free cleaner before I left but it was not cleaner...it was furniture polish for wood and leather and I did not purchase either so it did not help me

My husband and I purchased a home in May, closing wasn't until August due to paperwork issues so we went hunting for new furniture as the home we had been renting was found with Black Mold (they cleaned it up right away but why risk it?) We Found American Freight Furniture by accident and thought why not check them out? We ordered living room sets, coffee and end tables and a night stand We elected to use the layaway option since we would not need the furniture delivered until August anyway We were told upfront it could take up to days from pay off to get our furniture so I made sure we paid the order in full before we needed it Our original Sales person was great zero complaints with him We get our updated closing date on our house and I call to arrange delivery..still good Delivery day comes no furniture I call and they tell me I am on the list and they will call as soon as the furniture is loaded on the truck Business is closed still no delivery and no phone call I call again the following day and was told there was an oops in the system and my delivery day was accidentally set for the following day so it will 100% be delivered that day Delivery was not until almost 5pm, "delivery company" was a guy in a pick up truck with a *** trailer He brought in the living room furniture no problem, delivered the night stand as well Box the coffee and end tables in were damaged so my husband made him open them and sure enough one of the tables was broken so we refused it, 2nd set for our basement would not fit through the one door the delivery person wanted to use, instead of trying the other entrance which I am 100% sure it would have fit through he took it back to the store I called the store the next day to arrange for the broken tables to be replaced (which they did, took almost a month but I got them) and to select a different furniture set for the downstairs since the sectional we ordered "wouldn't fit" I did not want a different set wanted the original set and brought a measuring tape, however they the replacement set they offered my husband really liked so I let it go and we accepted it We did NOT want delivery since I refuse to pay another $to have furniture delivered when if he had done it correct the first time he would not have had to take back to the store Took approx weeks for replacement set to come into the store, took me a while to get a truck to pick it up, it is right where we wanted it and fine so far This was August 6,the original living room furniture was delivered Today is 1/3/and it is falling apart already Cushions have gone completely flat and I am pretty sure if not both frames have literally snapped I sent pictures as requested and have more to send My issue is I do not want a replacement set of the same furniture as the same issue will continue to happen I am even ok with not being able to get a refund, I would simply like the option to choose another set and get it delivered to me at no charge Seems very difficult to work with this company I had intended to purchase several other pieces from them in the future but have opted to go a different route based on my current experience

Sofa was delivered damaged twiceThe second time they delivered the sofa it was damaged alsoThey wanted me to keep the damaged sofa and if I kept the damaged sofa the company told me that would reimburse me a hundred dollars in a checkThis would be payable in two weeksI called the company numerous times and they keep telling me the check isn't available yet.I had to wait weeks for the second replacement sofa to come in only to have that sofa damaged also..Everytime I call or go to the store they keep telling me the manager is unavailable

A CUSTOMER CAN NOT HAVE FURNITURE IN THEIR HOME FOR MONTHS AND EXPECT IT TO BE RETURNED FOR A CASH REFUND

Upon purchasing the dining room table set the split in the underside of the table was not noticable until several days laterHowever, when I contacted the store and left messages for both *** and *** I haven't received a call back as of yet from either of them

Please have customer identify what he means by the "things" because maybe we have the tools or the parts available for him

on 11/02/i purchased a bedroom set and the hardware to the bedroom set was not available so I went to the store and they made an order of the
hardware..it was hardware handles so in days I got the hardware in the mail but it was handles instead of so I went to the store and they said they would order more and I noticed they did not get on the computer to order more like the first time I was there
until this day my bedroom set is missing handles and im not getting any response from them or the handles

I ordered a piece bedroom set form American Freight in Metairie LouisianaI had to pay a hundred dollar shipping fee because a third party company does delivery for themThe furniture was packaged nicely with padding and everything.When the delivery crew left I checked the boxes and four out of the five pieces were scratched and dented.I immediately called the company and they told me that they can send me out some more furniture but I would still have to pay a delivery fee of $this timeI was confused as to why I had to pay a $delivery fee when it was their mess upThen the supervisor asked if he could refund me $dollars to keep the damaged furniture.I told him no then asked for the corperate numberI asked if I could get a refund and store supervisor told me that they dont give out refundsCorperate ask me why I called them and not the storeI told them that I did call the store and they gave me your number cause they said it was nothing that they could doHe rushe

Took the money and ranNo goods or services receivedI paid in full and they immediately withdrew fundsI asked for a refund ONE DAY LATER, but havent received anything except scripted responses from the branch office ("it should be in the mail" and my favorite deferred "call corporate in Ohio"Nothing but telephone run around from "corporate" after multiple messages left with order #, transaction, etcA MONTH without any resolution and unfortunately I just now see all the other customers having to involve court or the Revdex.com
