On Sept 22, I bought the LSF Corner Sofa Cover Flannel Seal, RSF Cuddler Cover Flannel Seal and Armless Loveseat Cover Flannel SealThis Sectional couch comes with a year warranty from their companyThe couch completely broke (the wood framing inside of it completely collapsed)We called their company and they stated that we needed to submit a claim thru the retailerNote that this happened less than month from the purchase dateThe retailer claims that the warranty claim was submitted to them at the time that I sent it to them (which was on 11/12/Still to this date, the retailer states that the company has not responded

I purchased a full bedroom set from the company nearly months agoAt the time of purchase they told me they had all the products there and so I paid and they began loading the carAfter a few minutes they tell me they cannot locate the chest that went with the set and that they would pick it up from Tampa the next day and deliver it to my house for me I never even heard from themI called them and they said a truck would be coming in the following weekend and I could call to confirm it arrivedThis happened several times, with them always saying the same thing, "we'll bring it next Sunday." This went on for about weeks following the purchaseFinally I called and asked them for a refund for the chest because I was tired of waiting and would purchase furniture elsewhere if neededThe man I spoke to said he would check on that and call me backSince then I have called several times but the man who was helping me is never available and no one ever calls me backAll I want is

My wife J*** *** and I purchased a bedroom set from American Freight in Sanford FL about months agoIt's not even a year yet and the bed is already falling apartThey sold us a defective and poor quality productThe wood on bottom of the bed is breaking awayI am not sure if the bed is made out of real woodWe are afraid to sleep on the bed because we think that we will get injured if the bed complete fell to the floor overnightWe have been sleeping in the guestroom the past few weeksWe have purchased living room and other product from them and cannot believe they are treating their customers this wayThey are refusing to take care of the problem for usIt is always a fight trying to get them to assist usPlease help with this matter

On Monday, March 20, 2017, I purchased a dinette set from American Freight and Furniture located at Page BlvdStLouis, MO My sales representative's name is Stephen Stephen checked inventory for the "set" and informed me he had the table in stock and asked if "I would mind having the chairs from the display?" I agreed to accept those I paid for my furniture and waited for the loading process While loading, I noticed of the chairs were missing parts at the bottom Stephen came out, called a manager, and explained to me they would "order the parts." I followed his instruction and emailed the information he requested
Today, Thursday, March 23, 2017, I called the store to inquire about the information I sent Stephen to ensure he received it and to acquire and anticipated date of resolution to no avail

After purchasing our first home, my husband and I spent the day with his parents searching for a full living room set as an AMAZING housewarming giftWe've never owned "brand new furniture" like this before and even suggested using the many resale apps to help save money on quality gently used furnitureHis parents had saved up for this and insisted on buying it brand new- Especially with the holidays coming up and anticipations of hosting our first Christmas gift exchange! We went to bigbox stores and outletLeft feeling like we'd have to settle for something we didn't LOVE I Googled furniture stores near meAmerican Freight in Orlando, FL popped up with good reviews! Walking in we were immediately impressed with their prices and met a VERY NICE AND HELPFUL Gentlemen (who later stated was the manager)He asked us what we were looking for, how we'd invision our living room to look, layout, color schemes everything...HE WAS GREAT! But after looking over all the floor models nothing actually fit our layout or color schemeThe helpful gentleman even pulled out sofas and love seats so we could invision different optionsAfter feeling overwhelmed with furniture shopping all day and now deflated in defeat the gentleman instantly perked up and stated he remembered seeing the sectional we LOVED in Grey (after thinking it only came in brown tones)!! He worked up a deal matching the big box retailers with including end tables, coffee table and warranty for just under $1,800!! We were soooo excited and could NOT wait to get it and finish setting up our new home! Unfortunately, he stated since it was a new color we'd have to order it from the warehouse and possibly wait up to days to receive it...But after submitting our order he saw the Ocala store had it in stock and maybe able to pick it up next week- no guaranteeWe submitted our order November 11, and here we are today January 3, WITH NO FURNITURE, NO COMMUNICATIONS AND NOW FIND OUT THEYRE CLOSED UNTIL THE 5TH!! The holidays have come and gone, our living room is still bare- unable to hang or decorate anything without having our furniture to layout the design...It's been beyond upsetting to not only cancle our first gift exchange and housewarming party but that our home still seems like the vacant house we walked through before purchasingIt's been days (and counting), phone calls and ZERO guarantee or insight of when we can expect our brand new $living room setPLEASE HELP!! Our experience with American Freight has been a rollercoaster of emotions and have grown very bitter towards the whole situationMy hopes are to get answers and our furniture ASAP before leaving bitter reviews on all possible websites warning others of our (growing) unpleasant experience

Started off buying a larger bed set, once realizing it was too big for our room we downsizedOnce going to pick up bed they failed to tell us that the France wasn't included and was charged an additional $50+ to buy one that we had thought was in the whole priceAlso, once setting the bed up me and my husband can't fit on the tiny bed comfortably!! …customer had a layaway with us that included a black chair. Our records indicate that the person on the receipt *** *** cancelled the chair….anyone other than the customer would not have access to this customer account and certainly not be allowed to change anything at all.
None the less in good faith, we gave this customer a very good deal on a black chair and delivered it out to her free

I purchased two couches among other furniture from American Freight back in April by June the stitching had come out of the couch and exposed the stuffing of the cushions I called immediately and was told this was definitely a manufacturer defect and they would put in for the replacement of my couch Since that time I have called and spoke to multiple people including the assitant manager Diana, manager Melvin and regional manager Grace who have all told me "I'll send another email but can't promise anything" The regional manager told me that she would try to call during the day tomorrow for an update but wasn't going to say she would call me back as she is a very busy person and doesn't want to be added to the list of people that told me they would call me back and then didn't I still have no replacement couch that has exposed stuffing with toddlers in my home and no hope of any type of replacement
