Bought a Stewart and Hamilton Mattress from American Freight in Nov Took it home myself and put queen size mattress and box spring on my bedAbout 2-months later, noticed the mattress was beginning to sink were I sleep(I weigh pds) so I turned mattressother side began doing the same thingCalled American Freight and was told to send on pics for manufac warranty and that someone would get back in touch with me in about a monthHeard nothingcalled again AF said they didn't receive any picsresentno answer againcalled againpictures were not good enoughsent more picsno answer from AF againwent to storeManager says that he sent pics but when I went behind counter and looked at computer, the manufacturer had a notice on computer that pics were not good enough againAll I want is a different mattress or my money backmy goodnessI've even asked fro the Stewart and Hamilton customer service number and no one will give it to me or they claim that don't have

MY father has a landline with a answering machine to screen his calls.my father called the business and went and picked up the loveseat himself today...and told them himself that there was no message or callMy father still wants compensated for his time and inconvienceWe are requesting the amount of the loveseat plus taxesSince my father already picked it up himself we are not asking for delivery chargesMy father bought the loveseat cash on july 26th and just got it himself today months and almost weeks later

In August we purchased a recliner for our year old son for his birthdayIn less than three months the chair fell apart to the point it was garbageWe had purchased a yr Warranty, but even if we had not, I was determined that they should replace the recliner since it didn't even last three monthsIt was cheaply made! So I contacted the store manager and she was very nice and agreed to put in the claim to get a new chairAnd on November 15, she e-mailed me and said we could come back and pick up the new chair/ reclinerShe said to donate the old chair as they did NOT want it backHowever, it was GARBAGE and we had to pay our trash man to haul it awayIt was useless So anyway, we picked up the new recliner sometime in the days after November 15th

I purchased a reclining sofa with fold out table on 2/21/The frame is broken on two ends and padding wore out the foot rests all readyWe take care of our furniture, we do not have small childrenThe sofa is not good quality like we were informed it was at time of purchaseWe were told if we purchased an insurance policy through their insurance company "Guardian" that everything would be covered, we were handed a paper stated what it covered and it seemed legitNow that we have an issue the insurance company is finding all kinds of loop wholes to not help and American Freight just tells us to call the insurance companyWe paid $on 2/21/for what is now junk not do to anything we have done

I purchased a new bed on the 16th of December I called the store on the 21st of December I told the person my mattress has a sink in the bed manager was not in called later manager told me to email pictures to I did as he asked four different times I emailed again and reminded him that I had sent pictures to him four times he emailed me back that he had not gotten them he asked me to bring my phone to him to get the pictures off of my phone he said he would be back in touch me by Friday I called today because he did not call one of the said manager was busy but could he help I told him I wanted a refund he said once the bed leaves the store there can not be a refund even if the bed was sinking I bought the bed home I have most all of my emails my bed is not in good condition help please

We bought a couch and love seat in February will it started to bow in the middle so they came and replaced it then a few weeks later it happened again so they replaced them again and when we opened the wrapping off of them there all skuffed up and holes in places and I just over this we purchased a warranty for this and now there telling us they cant do anything about it this is the sets of furniture from them and have always been please until now

On April 1, I visited the Norfolk, VA store to purchase a twin size mattress and box spring for my teenage daughter The set I chose was not in stock, but I was told it would be in within - weeks I made payment in full and was told I would be contacted On April 15, a employee from the store called to inform me that my mattress/box spring set had arrived and I could come in at anytime to pick it up I told him to expect me either that afternoon or the next day I live a hour round trip drive away from the store, plus a $toll and gas The next day my daughter and I discarded of her old mattress/box spring set and traveled to the store to piher new set Once I arrived at the store I was informed that the new set I had paid in full for and was informed the day before had arrived, was in fact NOT THERE at all I spoke to manager concerning the problem, explaining that my daughter now had no bed to sleep on because of his store's mix-up I could not let my c

On Monday, March 20, 2017, I purchased a dinette set from American Freight and Furniture located at Page BlvdStLouis, MO My sales representative's name is Stephen Stephen checked inventory for the "set" and informed me he had the table in stock and asked if "I would mind having the chairs from the display?" I agreed to accept those I paid for my furniture and waited for the loading process While loading, I noticed of the chairs were missing parts at the bottom Stephen came out, called a manager, and explained to me they would "order the parts." I followed his instruction and emailed the information he requested
