I went into the Dallas location and purchased a queen bed on Octfrom a gentleman named (Cedric)After paying in full that day I was told “it was not in stock and it would take weeks to come in”Not once has the Dallas location reached out to me l’ve had to continually call themThe first person I talked to told me it would be in Monday of last week or this Monday(which has passed)Then I talked to another guy last week, on the phone trying to see if my queen bed would be here this Monday he said they could deliver it on Thursday which is Thanksgiving and I told him that wouldn’t work for meHe said “I’ll call you back and see what we could do”, but never did So I called back and I talked to another person who then told me that the bed hadn’t even come in....I’ve talked to three different people including someone at the Grand Prairie location who was also unhelpful (Teresa)Yesterday when talking to Teresa I was told that they would upgrade my bed to one that was in stock and it would be delivered the same day and here it is a day later and I still don’t have a bed

I purchase furniture about a year ago and put part of it on layaway,was told I had months to pay it outI go 5/14/to pay it off and pick it upI was told they would have to see if its still available,now to me and most other places that advertise layaway you put so much down and they store what u purchase until picked upNot the case at this business which I was not told about,your paying for and on the amount of money you spend in store.That is not my understanding so I ask for my money back,I'm told they would have corporate send me a check or return in credit card usedI explain to C*** regional management I no longer have that card it was a card I had with my mother who is now deceased and I no longer have that card.So today I received a partial check with info other portion will be on MasterCard after I explained I no longer have that card it is still put on someone's MasterCard they didn't even put # on the card they put it on.They are advertising layaway I hav

we purchases a reclining sofa and recliner a couple years ago from this companyWe have the furniture in our condo which we use three months out of the yearThe leather is cracking and the finish is peeling offThe company has avoided my calls and emails and finally sent an email they will not cover the product
I believe if this is what they are selling and won't stand behind their junk they need to be out of business

The account is under *** ***......this complaint is by/from mother. We had it all in stock weeks ago but we could not get a hold of this person, the daughter, to inform her. American Freight tried the phone number given on the account and left
numerous messages with no response, our records do not show several calls from daughter nor mother. This order was delivered last Sunday the 21st

My fiancee' and I ordered a sectional on 11/28/ We paid in full and at the time were told the location was out of stock, but a truck would be arriving in roughly weeks After a month went by, I called the store and was told there was no truck and they had no idea when it would be arriving, and that they would call when it eventually showed up I called customer service and spoke with their customer service VP and she assured me that it was just the slow season and that they should know something in roughly more weeks She was actually very nice and offered to compensate us for our patience It has now been over weeks and I spoke with both the store and the VP again only to once again be told that they have no clue when one would be arriving and was offered an upgrade to a different sectional if we found one we liked that was actually in stock in their store We didn't We just want our sectional that we were promised would have been here by now Not a substitute

I purchased a dresser and mirror for the amount of I had this merchandise for less than hoursIt did not come with the proper screws to be able to put this product togetherWe returned this merchandise back to the store to receive a full refundThe store manager Stephen C*** refused to give my credit back to my credit card

I contacted American Freight at the end of May in regards to a sectional I purchased that was fraying and seams were coming apart on seat cushions, the couches back cushions and even the pillows
Upon contacting American Freight they told me to email the pictures of the furniture where the seams were popping so I sent them to the store manager Zach Lewis at the Morse Rd locationI didn't hear back until I called and they stated that they had not received the emailSo I sent the email again on June 10, I had to argue with the company to get then to honor the year warranty I purchased on the furnitureI was told I should have called sooner and they couldn't do anythingI had to demand to speak with upper senior management to get them to even put in a "request" to replace the furniture after I told them to come pick it up I want my money back

continue to wait on the furniture he ordered we would be happy to refund him $for the inconvenience. Of course if neither of those options is acceptable he is welcome to a full refund
