Provider billed my insurance company for service rendered in July of I paid the provider what was due Provider proceeded to take payment and apply to wrong account After that was fixed provider then sent me a for the the full amount billed again to my insurance company My insurance company said I didn’t owe any additional amount due to the negotiated rate they had with the provider They tried reaching out to said provider 3x with no action taken by the provider [redacted] then told me they would proceed with fraud notification Since that time I have received another bill from the provider with the threat of sending me to collections in days After trying to call provider during business hours about the letter they wouldn’t take my call They had the phone transfer to a 3rd party service who said they were busy and were unable to take my call So to summarize: Provider is overbilling me according to my insurance provider Provider isn’t taking call from insurance

My year old mother in law Catherine [redacted] was transported from [redacted] hospital in Edmonds WA July 7, to [redacted] nursing home in Lake City WA somewhere in between her checking into the hospital and checking into [redacted] - she is missing a ring that she has worn since her daughter purchased for her in - I have inquired with the lost and found departments and risk management of the hospital and nursing home to no availmy complaint is that AMR was used to transport mom on July 7th - I have called several names and numbers at AMR only to be ignored (requesting a call back) or told to call someone else - All I am trying to accomplish is to check in with AMR's lost and found department, and/or see if an inventory of her personal items was taken when she was in their care the last person I tried to contact at AMR (was told he was the lost and found department) is Mark ###-###-####, but he does not answer the phone or return my callsyour assistance would be appreciatedThank you

I received a bill from AMR for ambulance services rendered on August 9, I paid the bill out of pocket, but then realized that it should have been billed to insuranceI contacted AMR to provide them with the insurance information in October, but they have yet to bill the services to insurance or provide me with a refund

On 1/7/we needed an ambulance AMR [redacted] responded On 1/19/17, we received a bill from AMR [redacted] in the amount of $ I contacted my insurance and was told they had not received a bill I was then told that AMR was not supposed to send us a bill, however as they were outside of our providers, the insurance company could see the error I gave the insurance carrier all the information on the bill A month later, and subsequently every month thereafter, we received a notice from [redacted] (who is apparently the billing company for AMR ***) indicating that they were working with our insurance for payment I contacted the insurance to find out if the bill had been paid On 4/27/17, I spoke with the insurance carrier and was told that they cannot pay the bill because [redacted] refuses to authorize the insurance company to change the payment address from their POBox in [redacted] to the [redacted] address The representative from [redacted] repeatedly talked over u

I was transported by ambulance on 10/16/for emergency heart surgery I never received a bill I am back in the hospital for lung surgery and got a call from a collections company this morning about an unpaid bill I never received the bill!!! Message left their online cuctomer service since you cant talk to themYou guys have a real business problem Your folks out on the street are great Your insurance and billing department and customer service is shamefulI have looked online at all the comments about your company Why are you not trying to resolve this? I received a mailing from you dated 1/15/which I received on 1/24/stating that we had a service 12/6/which is true (Trip Number 826- [redacted] -01) No previous bill was received, and this one states "your account will be turned over to a collections agency which may adversely affect your credit score."
