My grandmother is years old and has been diagnosed with dementia for the last yearsI am sure she received something in the mail and decided to get a pretty coin for the introductory price of $4.95...without reading the super fine print of being enrolled in the preview programMy issue is that NO RETURN LABEL comes with any items shippedShe is too ill to understand that she has to call, inform them that she doesn't want the preview items, provide an email address for them to send the return label, print the return label herself, and tape it to the packageOr that she needs to Google "American Mint return label" to find what she needsShe doesn't know her way around email and the webI was there with her the first time that she called to be removed from the subscription service and they have continued to send her package after packageThey have been sending her stuff and HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS, of dollars later after I take over her Power of Attorney and her financial responsibilities can I finally get it to stop or at least get it sent back in time to not be chargedI'm still not a hundred percent sure that it will indeed stopVery disappointed that they don't honor the original request for cancellationIt should not take calls to be removed from an unwanted service
