I now am able to travel with my best friend and I am exempt from deposits and restrictions at rental properties, nationwide. I did think it was a scam at first because the reviews scared me but my apartment complex was able to verify everything that they needed to so that I did not have to pay any fees or charges monthly for having a pet. I personally think this service is worth it.

I have been using American Service Pets for my ESA certification letter for 3 years and have been happy with my experience with them. Their website is well designed and easy to navigate. I answer questions about my limitations due to my mental health and questions about my pet to make sure they qualified as a ESA. It took me about 5 mins to renew my letter and they approved and sent me my formal letter in less than 24 hours! I will continue to use ASP and refer them to my family and friends that need their service.

We would not have a house if it weren’t for you guys! We registered our loving pitbull as a emotional support dog and that has enabled my fiancé and I to live where we want. I have really bad anxiety and PTSD from the military and we adopted our Pittie *** during quarantine when I was home alone most day’s, and we registered him right away knowing many rental properties would not allow us to live there with a dog let alone a pitbull. The questionairre is fast and the certificates came quick in the mail. I had no trouble in showing my renting office the certificates and proving that my cat is a registered ESA now. Saved me a $200 pet deposit fee and a $10 monthly pet fee and my fur baby has an official card now!

I have registered multiple dogs, never had any issues very fast & easy to work with. I got all my documents the next day. Although my vest did take a little longer to receive but could be due to COVID. I recommend them to anyone who wants to take the steps for an ESA.
