I did think it was a scam at first because the reviews scared me but my apartment complex was able to verify everything that they needed to so that I did not have to pay any fees or charges monthly for having a pet. I personally think this service is worth it.

I have used this website for both my dogs and have had no problems. Very happy on my end

The service was pretty easy to apply for and they were quick to connect me we a Dr locally that took time to evaluate my needs. Needing a service animal is not an easy thing to cope with and it can be embarrassing at times to ask for help. Thank you for streamlining the process for me and I can say that having a service animal has changed my life in such a great way!

5 stars! I was incredibly pleased with the importance and urgency American Service Pets had for me when I submitted my application. I've recommended this company to many of friends to get their pets easily and professionally certified. This is absolutely not a scam nor an inefficient company. I'm not sure why there is a flood of 1 stars. To reiterate, I absolutely give them 5 stars!!

American Service Pets is a legitimate business helping clients with emotional support animals. Interview (on line) with a psychologist licensed to practice in my state. Fees were very reasonable and documentation met requirements for ADA. Clients need to be aware of regulations for their individual states, which may vary from federal. ASP staff were knowledgeable about process.

ASP is amazing and so helpful. They gave us all the information we needed for our new rescue Luna. They have great customer service and I have recommended them to all my pet owner friends.

My letter came fast and it was approved by my condo association. I live in NJ and had no issues. I am very glad I went with this company. I have nothing bad to say. The doctor/ASP sends several follow up emails as well to check up on you and to see if you have any questions.
Fyi-The letter does expire after a year and cost about $99.

American service pets is fast, easy, and affordable. I got my certificate within three hours!!! Customer service is very nice and will do everything they can to help. I highly recommend!!

I have been using American Service Pet for two years now. They are amazing!!! They came through for me when I needed them. I suffer from stress. Flying is very difficult. This company sends over professional documents that were accepted by the airlines and hotels. They communicated well and their fees are reasonable.
