Personally, I am about to seek help for anxiety . Americanservicepets provided documentation for me to have an Emotional Support dog in my appartment ... The dog is currently being trained as a service dog by a professional trainer.

It was a super easy and simple process.it took a day maybe two to get all the paperwork I needed. The help service was easily there when needing help with any questions. I recommend to all.

I used this website a couple months ago because my boyfriend and I was moving into an apartment with my cat and needed a ESA letter. I filled out a application and I got approved the same day! I emailed the documents to the office I didn’t have any problems at all. I highly recommend American Service Pets!

NOT A SCAM! I was hesitant at first but the people at American Service Pets were super. I was able to register my pet and get approved within an hour. The hard copy of my housing letter was received shortly after and I had no issues with my leasing office in regards to my companion joining me.

When I reached out ASP where great in assisting me. They were able to provide me not only 1 letter but 2 because of my 2 fur babies. They were also very quick in assisting to obtain Identification tags for my pups that I needed to provide to the courts since my former spouse is trying to take them away from me.

They really listened to me and were able to help. They do a thorough background evaluation and the letter's I received were recognized by my landlord and the airlines, I had no problems. Great company, very responsive.

I did a pretty exhaustive search on companies that offered service pet notifications, and they seemed to have the best services and value. They sent me several airline letters within 24-48 hours, which is a great turnaround. They also answered their phone! So when I had an issue with one of the forms, they were able to fix it quickly.

False website that gives fake certification/letters for your animal, in exchange for money. Fraud

Felt like the site was kind of sketchy. Firstly, the doctor never called me, and I thought they would have to talk with you to get some scope of why you need a service animal. My two letters were identical and my apartment complex said they needed more documentation for my two cats. The rules in Florida for service animals had just changed and they wanted a document stating why I needed two service animals (completely legal). I messed around calling the “doctors office” for over a week to finally get the letter. It was almost identical to my ESA letter and I’m pretty sure the doctor wasn’t the one who wrote it. All in all I would probably use a more reputable website and pay a little more.

They helped me get my dog certified as emotional support. I looked at numerous companies. This one was extremely helpful, I had questions and they were there to help and I couldn't be more grateful! From the customer service, the speed of the order, and stress free/worry free ordering was amazing!!! I truly couldn't have done it without them!!

This was an easy process. I’ve adopted 2 cats in a community that only allows 1 pet per household. Mine are now ‘safe’ with me forever. Highly recommended!!!

American Service Pets is a great and genuine company. I was so concerned with working with a fraudulent company with so many options online and the many mixed reviews. I can promise you with absolute certainty as a customer who went through the process, they are genuine, caring, and deliver. The process was easy and seamless every step of the way. I was able to travel (fly) across the country with my overweight and older emotional super animal. I never thought it would be possible and I was concerned it would be too much work. ASP made it simple and possible.
