I discontinued service with Heritage in April of I have a credit balance of $with the companyI have asked that they send me a checkI have provided them my new address: *** * *** St, Tampa, FL I have spoken to them several times and they promise a check will be sentSpecifically, I spoke with them on June 22, 2018, July 18, and today August 6, Today, they stated I reached the wrong office (although it was told I had dialed the correct number) and they could not help me
I desire that they close my account and send me a check

Horrible customer serviceNogales branch never answers their phonesIf you call their national call center they will email the Nogales branch to have them call you (since they can't get Nogales to answer any of their listed numbers either)If you receive a call back from Nogales, the receptionist will hang up on you several times before getting your name because she apparently doesn't know how to operate an office phoneThis used to be a servigas franchise, but was bought out by amerigasInstead of firing all of the employees and hiring people willing to work they kept everyoneGreat place to work as an employee apparently, since nobody is held accountable for shoddy customer service, long wait times, or any of the other poor practices evident there

I am rejecting this response because: Amerigas is wrong, they cause an error and closed the wrong account accidentally, I been paying for propane and Amerigas has been filling the tank somewhere else I have plenty of proof, emails, checks, withdrawals, phone calls and the propane inspector had said, I had NO Propane and he said they never came to fill the tankI never got any slips stating that they had been at the property.I sent this email January 29, 2017.We had an emergency gas issue at *** *** and found out that this account has been closed???? I been paying Amerigas and they have been taking my payments? And now we have no gas????
I think you got confused with the property we sold *** *** in *** *** ***
I hope we are not paying for propane on *** ***? We do not own that house anymore

December 01, Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the above-referenced consumer complaint from a customer of AmeriGas’ Chester, NJ OfficeIn his complaint, *** *** states his belief that he owns the underground tank and complains about the price of propaneAmeriCas owns the tank that was installed at the *** residenceIf *** *** has an issue with anyone about a lack of disclosure at the time that he purchased this residence relating to AmeriGas’ ownership of the underground propane storage tank, he should look to the person or entity who sold him the residence and not AmeriGas*** *** was invoiced for all deliveries made to his residence at or about the time they were madeWhen the ***' requested an immediate delivery because they were a will call customer and out of gas, they were charged a special trip fee for a weekend deliveryThis was a one-time fee because they did not call for a delivery in advanceAmeriGas did provide the ***’ with a refund on or about October 24, for the propane that was pumped out of the tank in the amount of $1,500, which was applied to the past due balanceThe ***' currently owe AmeriGas the amount of $4,for propanePlease note that AmeriGas has removed all late fees on this account and has offered the ***’ an opportunity to enter into a reasonable repayment planWe have also previously offered to adjust the pricing to $per gallon in an attempt to resolve this matterI have also explained all or most of this to *** in the attached letterVery truly yours,

AmeriGas came to our home on 3/4/because we smelled gas They found their regulator outside the foundation of our home to be leaking He told me he would replace it A short time later he came to the door to show me that during the install he broke the pipe going under our home He said because it was on our side of the regulator that would be our cost/problem After standing around a while he left We are total gas including heat, water heater, range and dryer That was on Friday afternoon My husband is handicapped and I care for him He said they would come back on Monday morning to fix the pipe but it would be at a cost of $an hour .Asked if I could have my own person fix it since they said they weren't responsible and he said yes Had it fixed on Monday at a cost of $ This contractor and one other told me the pipe broke because he did not use two pipe wrenches and just cranked down on it with one After my guy fixed it we then found AmeriGas has put a

*** *** did not call back after several messages were left requesting delivery before my tanks ran out Their pamphlet states "DON'T RUN OUT OF GAS SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARDS, INCLUDING FIRE OR EXPLOSION, CAN RESULT" Needless to say, my tanks ran out despite my repetitive calls that were not returned
Once I noted I wished to discontinue their service they sent a man to fill my tanks when they thought I was not homeI was home and spoke directly to their delivery person noting my dissatisfaction with customer service and refusal of delivery He was surprised he was sent out

We stopped using Amerigas as our propane provider back around After a few complaints to them they finally came and picked up their tank and charged us like bucks to do so We switched to *** *** out of ** *** at that time and have remained with *** ever since In the late fall of Amerigas sent me a bill saying they were charging us for not ordering a minimum amount of propane from them over the prior year No joke...we weren't their customer so had ordered none I called the local office and went around and arou d with the clerk there who finally agreed to send someone out to verify the tank on my property didn't belong to them and that they would get it all cleared up Now I get home from being in the south all winter and find they have turned our account over to collection agency This is just total b.s I am not paying for propane I didnt receive...nor am I paying this service fee for not using their service since they finally did pick up t

I terminated my service with Amerigas on 1/4/and informed them to pick up their tank After they picked up the tank weeks later they sent me a bill for their tank rental and a removal fee I called the local office and told them I would be glad to pay for the rental fee for using their tank during the past year but I felt that it was not fair practice to charge me the removal fee of for their own tank
