The price of $quoted to Ms*** is for the plans without consideration of the costs of device financing or the cost of a subsidized device When customer's have a device out of contract or on a device payment plan, there is a $per month discount off of the plan price This is
what creates the total price of $ Ms*** has devices that were purchased on a discount Therefore, the plan is $more overall and this where the resulting difference is in the cost We will contact Ms*** and offer alternatives to work out the situation and get to the best price possible

When a customer suspends their line/ mobile number they are still responsible for their monthly rate plan charges The only way a customer does not have to pay their monthly rate plan charges is if they disconnect the line/ mobile number C Spire creates new rate plans all the time
Customers are allowed to change their rate plans as often as they would like C Spire does not change a customer's plan unless it is requested by the customer No credit will be issued to this account

C Spire will have one of our representatives call Mr*** and discuss the best plan for him We are not aware of what he may have been quoted by our representative but his billing appears accurate

Mr***'s service was active and usable during this period Mr*** made the choice not to utilize the service during this period in which he had already been billed C Spire reaffirms that this process is in the terms and conditions and we followed this process

I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:i was not charge for anything until Monday October 9, I was told by the manger that she would honor the Promotion I was told then I didn’t have to pay Nothing Until Monday October 9, I decided to add a phone line months laterThis is not my faultThis is the Employees and managers fault I should not be charge for something months ago that I was told was free by the managerIf the employee didn’t hook the phone up right they should be responsible Not meI should not have to pay anything from months ago when I was told it was a free upgrade and the employee failed to hooked the phone up right This is clearly the manager and employees fault The company needs to step up and honor what I was told .Regards,*** ***

Mr***'s balance is correct The account has remained past due for a long period of time The bills were provided to him throughout the life of this account showing the past due balance C Spire will not be willing to waive any charges

Mr*** was notified via mailing to the billing address on July 24, 2015, that there would be a change to his plan according to the terms and conditions of our service agreement There was no law involved as he stated in his complaint There was obviously a miscommunication on this
matter We can offer options He can disconnect this line and we will waive any early termination fees Or we can move this line back to the plan is was on and offer a one time credit of $for the inconvenience

When Ms***'s paperwork was originally received, there was an error on the serial number for the phone That has since been corrected and Ms*** should receive her rebate card within weeks

C Spire placed credits on Ms***'s account for the billing issues on October 26, On November 22nd, she was sent a bill for $ Between that date and the next bill she was sent on December 22nd, there were no payments made The bill on December 22nd was for $ Of this amount, $was past due On January 23rd, due to the fact that no payments still had been made, C Spire disconnected the account for non-payment If Ms*** can show us any proof of payment, we will investigate the situation further

The materials that C Spire distributes when customers sign up for international roaming are clear regarding the charges for data Also, based on the records we have, this phone was used overseas International roaming charges could not begin until a phone is overseas because these are
only incurred on foreign carriers C Spire will contact Ms*** to negotiate a settlement

We contacted this customer and this customer upgraded her device via online at the cspire.com website on December 9, The promotion that was being advertised at that time was for a new activation This customer was not activating a new lineThis customer upgraded her existing line/
mobile number Furthermore, this customer upgraded and sent in her old device On C Spire's website it states the amount that a customer could potentially receive for their tradevice On January 5, 2017, this customer's account was credited the travalue/ amount We advised this customer that she did not qualify for the promotion and also we are unable to send back her old device This customer was okay with this information

In these cases, C Spire would agree to waive these charges if the phone were returned to one its retail stores According to the information we have, she has not returned the devices that were sold at a discount in lieu of an agreement to keep them active Though C Spire altered the
agreement, we did give Ms*** written notice and time to change before the charges occurred
