If a customer's service is suspended for non-payment that does not stop them from receiving another bill for service C Spire reversed the charges for the device (early termination fee) on July 14, 2017, that this customer was billed due to non-payment The customer has paid their account balance as of July 14,
The early termination fee was removed on August Also, the plans were adjusted on August 10th This issue should be resolved

I know you spoke to a customer advocate yesterday regarding your concerns. The terms and conditions of data usage on our plans are in the terms and conditions published on our website. You can monitor your data usage during the month on line or in the my cspire appThe app makes it so
simple to see your usage so you will know if you are reaching the 25G thresshold where you may experience a reduction in speed. We encourage the use of wifi to maximize the use of your data, and you can purchase a speed pass if you do want to restore your speeds (this can also be done on line or in the my cspire app) Please know we value your business and we are committed to providing the best service in our industry
We apologize if Mr*** wasn't given proper information We'll be glad to refund the $he paid to upgrade in March If he will return the phone and have them notify *** *** at 601-***, we will credit his account for this amount and refund the money

This customer's account balance has been cleared
Ms*** is correct After listening to her call on the 14th, C Spire is in error On January 20th, C Spire will refund the $she paid after the disconnect and will issue a check for this amount We apologize for the confusion on our part
Ms*** returned devices and these were properly credited Her account was disconnected because it was past due She hasn't made a payment since October 13th The early termination fees she has been charged are a result of the disconnect of devices that were under promotional
offer contracts If Ms*** will pay the account up to date, C Spire will waive those fees and reconnect her account

Mr.***is welcome to select among C Spire’s service plans to accommodate her desiredusageC Spire’s datamanagement tools empower the customer withrolling data plans (up to the plan’s monthly limit), data balance checks at datapass.cspire.com,data overage protection and purchase of additional data using Optional Data TopUp PassesMr*** can make an informedchoice among plans whose terms are transparent and clearly stated
C Spire cannot locate this account This is likely due to the age We will contact Mr*** to get more information so that we can find it and resolve the matter
Mr*** has phone lines active with C Spire In both cases, Mr*** chose to purchase these with the device payment plan This requires equal payments for the purchase price of the phone In order to take advantage of this, there must be an active service on that phone
Mr*** can continue to keep his service active on his Samsung phone or pay off the balance of $ We cannot take the monthly payments from one phone and move them to a different line We will be glad to discuss replacement options with him

On July 18th, Mr*** exchanged his device through the manufacturer's warranty process When these devices are received in our repair center, they are examined to determine if they are actually covered under the manufacturer's warranty When this device was received, it was deemed to
have an issue not covered that required repair The charge for this was $ However, due to Mr***'s long time patronage of C Spire, we are going to credit his account for this charge
C Spire doesn't have a record where Mr*** notified C Spire to disconnect the lines At the time of his December bill, he owed us over $ There was then usage into the next month The phones that were purchased from C Spire were at a promotional price with the agreement to
keep them active for years The early termination fees for these phones was $ C Spire is willing the remove the balance of $if he will pay the $discussed above
C Spire worked with Mr*** this week and we feel this situation is resolved
