The ability to use a mobile hotspot is considered tethering and not included in any unlimited plans Due to some restrictions with using certain types of data, this was technically happening without the approval of C Spire The mobile hotspot can be used on any of our metered data plans
Due to the fact that tethering was never explicitly allowed on these plans, C Spire was certainly within its rights to make this adjustment We will be happy to assist our customer in moving to a metered plan

We have attempted to contact this customer but he has not answered We left a voicemail message for this customer We have the paperwork ready for this customer at the Hattiesburg, MS store He will need to speak to the store Manager

I am rejecting this response because: that is
completely untrue I purchased an iPhone on 2/1/for my daughter who originally had an iPhone which was lost, so I went to the Renaissance to purchase another IPhone 5, which was more than I paid for her IPhone 5, after paying for,the iPhone 4, I called my daughter and she did not want the she wanted the iPhone 5...So the young man that waited on me was still charging the phone I purchased and I told him I changed my mind and wanted to go on and get the iPhone 5, and very rudely he stated there was no refunds or exchanges for same phone, I could change it for a galaxy but not another IPhone, well I thought that was very stupid because I had never touched the phone or had I left the store, he said but you have paid for this phone, OK AND??? I was on my lunch break didn't have time to go into an argument with him, I went back to work called the number on my receipt, and spoke with someone that called the store and the manager agreed to give me not what I wanted but an IPhone 5c, I went back that evening after 6pm to pick up my phone and this guy that took care of me was also rude to the point of me asking him did he know me and what had I Done to him for him to be so rude, this dummy hurried me out of the store without activating the phone, I spent the rest of the night on the phone with their dumb customer service people telling me the bill had not been paid was the,reason the phone wasn't working and I had just paid her bill a week prior, I was told by this rep that the phone would be working the following day around noon, that was not true, After getting off work at 6pm once again I had to drive home pick up my daughter and,the phone drive all the,way back to the Renaissance to tell these it's her phone,was not working, after all of my inconvenience I was told that they did not have the authority to do whatever my phone needed and sent me all the way to the North Park Mall for them do whatever they claimed to be the problem, It was pouring down raining I then had to drive to the mall to get them to fix something they had nothing to do with, and the young man that helped me was super kind & he said all the phone need was to be activatedThis truly sad, these people in the Renaissance have their noses love in the air they're nasty that customer service is awful and they're not willing to help but yet and still there willing to take all of your money with no customer service I hate the Renaissance Store & every rude person that work there

This customer's C Spire account balance has been cleared since the customer made a payment on August 29,

C Spire is not sure we have all of the correct information The number provided to us is under the correct name However, there has been no different phone activated on that account since March of

C Spire regrets this inconvenience We have credited the account for $ We hope this resolves the issue

Since this complaint, C Spire has agreed to work with Mr*** and accept phones back that are not working The agreement that he refers to signing is not an agreement to a "verbal" agreement It is a written confirmation of an agreement to the terms and conditions of C Spire

We apologize for the delay If the $refund has not been sent and received, we will confirm that it is done by 12/

In looking at the records again, there has actually been a credit posted to this account for $on May 31st This will remain on the account The remaining balance on the account should be for usage

The user of this device logged into the device using an Apple ID while in the store during the date of purchase Furthermore, the user of the device has informed C Spire that she allowed her cousin to plug the device into her computer which may have caused an issue with the Apple ID
Also, this customer now has a crack screen on the device C Spire will not be able to take this device back

I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree but this was a service issue You could not service me so you broke the contractNot meI was only a few months out on both phones being out of contractSo most of the phone cost I had already paid for This is ridiculous for a company this size to argue over $or soYou broke the contract not mePlus for the time I had to wait from April to May 6th should count for somethingThe headache of having to call in every other day to see if there was a answer to the service issueEven sent a form listed on your website "take it to the top" and receive and call with hours and to this day no one has calledI have no phones to give you, Verizon has them.I don't think it too much to ask for you to waive these fees.I wonder if your CEO know how his customer are being treated. So again waive the fees and let me be done with CSpire.

C Spire worked with Mr*** and allowed both lines to be disconnected without early termination fees

C Spire stands by it's original response C Spire has the right to change the terms of plans We offer our customers the option to be released from any obligation

C Spire would not add the autopay function without the customer's authorization We would not have a payment method for the customer to set up unless it had been done by them The amount collected through this process was for services that were owed at that time Since then,
another bill has been rendered Therefore, we will not refund this amount because that would put the account in arrears The customer has removed the auto pay functionality from this account
