I am rejecting this response because: 1.) The phone with the high use is used in Madison county(601)-*** cspire has good service there..(2.) The other two phones are used in Holmes county I HAVE EMAILS FROM YOUR CSPIRE REPS STATING CSPIRE HAS A PROBLEM WITH SIGNAL COVERAGE IN HOLMES COUNTY IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEMTHATS WHY THEY GAVE ME THE CREDIT...(3.) The hot spot you want to charge me for was your sales reps idea because the data on my phones would not work it did not work at my house it was only used at the cspire store so you can charge your people for using it while they where testing itCspire sent me a home antanna to get a signal that proves what I am sayingThey will work when I am at home but this is a MOBILE SERVICE I cant use the two phones when I leave homeIf you would cancel any past due amounts and any charges and cancelation fees I will drop my claim for the dollars and return to your kosciusko ms store all your equiptment and we will be even

Ms***'s iPad was on a 3GB per month plan Her usage was as follows:Feb of 2015: GBMarch of 2015: GBApril of 2015: GBMay of 2015: GBJune of 2015: GB (This month was low because service was interrupted for non-payment.The iPad was purchased on an installment plan and not paid for nor returned In reviewing account notes, Ms***'s calls regarded the bill and plans but not technical issues Based on what we are seeing, the device has ample use It could also have been used on WiFi connections even after the account was disconnected Due to the fact that Ms*** did not pay for the device, we feel that the bill is due at this time
C Spire Wireless reserves the right to protect its network by limitingdata usage as provided under the terms of the Customer Service AgreementC Spire seeks to continuouslyimprove management of its network and service levels, and at the same time meetcustomer expectations for data volume, quality

C Spire has credited $for the early termination fees on both lines
Ms*** activated a tablet on a 1GB plan The subscription is provided 1GB of data for the month at no additional charge Any data used above this amount are billed $per GB used C Spire has reviewed this and found that we billed correctly based on the amount of data she
used She has subsequently been moved to a plan that was not available when she activated her tablet It has the same costs but requires her to take action to use more data.We can offer Ms*** a $for her inconvenience and hope this will resolve the matter
As stated previously, tethering has never been included as part of the unlimited plan The detection of tethering has been improved Also, C Spire offers a day guarantee to any customer who activates service and has network issues While Ms*** is well past these dates, we will be willing to let her disconnect with no early termination fees if she will return the devices she was provided at discounts

5/18/16, I contacted CSpire via phone and the representative stated that they could not tell me anything about the account and it is nothing they could do to help me with this matterThey did NOT mention that TransUnion contacted them earlier this month on 5/2/or 5/5/If this information was forwarded to TransUnion during these dates, the hard inquiry should have been removed by nowIt still appears on my credit reportPlease see screenshot attached where CSpire is listed twice on my credit reportThis information is accurate and up to date because I purchased the TransUnion Credit Monitoring System for $9.95/moSo, please let me know what I should do next to resolve this issue

This customer's account was credited back this week in the amount of the device charge; therefore, there are no remaining charges for this device
It is correct that C Spire does not currently have LTE in the Memphis area. C Spire has never advertised that it is available there. The phones customers purchase do have the capability to use LTE and they do in areas where C Spire offers it. We regret Mr***’s frustration
but C Spire has always done as much as possible to set the expectations for our Memphis customers
I want to apologize for the issue with your plan pricing. I know a Customer Advocate was able to reach out to you today and remedy the system issue with our website. Thank you for your feedback and for helping us to correct this issue

C Spire offers every customer days after the purchase to try our service to determine if it works for them Mr*** purchased his device in February of Therefore, this day period has obviously elapsed Also, Mr*** agreed to a device payment plan on the device
This means that he is billed monthly amounts for interest free financing of the cost of the device Should Mr*** disconnect, the balance of this is still due.However, if Mr*** would like to disconnect, we will be willing to waive the remaining balance of this agreement if he returns the device in good working condition and pays for the services he has used If he agrees to this, he can contact *** *** at 601-***

Ms*** purchased a refurbished iphoneon November 1. Ms*** returned to the store on November indicating an issue with the speaker phoneThese issues are very rare, and we understand this was frustrating for the customerThe iphone is an older device and we do not carry them in
stores on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the Batesville team was unable to provide an immediate replacement due to not having any iphone6 in inventory. The representative provided a loaner phone to use while a replacement is obtained. A replacement was shipped today to Ms*** and she will receive it tomorrow. Please know if we could have provided an immediate iphonereplacement we would have done that. We did our best to be sure Ms*** had a working device and we normally only provide loaners when the device is not working at all, but the staff did provide a loaner due to understanding her frustration and desire to have working speaker phone functionality
This customer has a past due balance from February, plus their remaining balance owed on their device that was financed This customer has only been paying part of their bill each month since The total amount owed to C Spire is $which includes both the past due amount

We were able to locate the information Ms*** was referring to We apologize for any inconvenience she suffered through this process We will address the individuals she dealt with Due to the large costs and subsequent value drop in some devices, there is a no exchange policy This is clearly notated on the receipt she signed It reads as follows:Exchanges for a different color, memory size, or model device made by the same manufacturer are not eligible. Therefore, C Spire has gone above its policies at this point in providing Ms*** with an iPhone 5C after she purchased a 4S We hope that the device she now has will suit her needs
A credit of $1,is being posted on the account today We hope this resolves the situation
