I am rejecting this response because:1) After a number change, reactivation is required by dialing *228 from the handset. This was never done on the 2 devices. Incomplete activation of service does not result in "continued service". CSpire would not have been capable of 'continued service' without this action being completed. A prorated credit should be issued for the service interuption.2) This is an unethical business practice.

they have filed a warranty claim with out my knowledge or consent. I will not be going to a store location on Thursday because of this. I will be contacting a lawyer at this point. They are not allowing me to cancel the warranty order and it is being shipped to an address that regularly has things with that are delivered. I in no way shape or form approved this order.

I have very poor, limited, & more often than not, no cellular connectivity within my home, ([redacted]) and the surrounding family owned property., where I will be spending a large amount of my time. As a result of my recent job loss, I will be actively seeking employment, as well as providing contract labor, i.e, (will be self-employed) for this unspecified period of time, and intend to utilize the my home and facilities we have available to me on the surrounding family owned property.The inability to communicate verbally or electronically in today's market is creating difficulties for me as seek to continue to provide for the needs of my family.Yes, we in fact use in excess of 20+ GB of data per month, have since the account was opened.I suppose I could explain that my oldest child completed his last semester at [redacted], and while in attendance he did not reside during the week at our home address. That he did use the data when necessary to complete his assignments as well as complete an online course required for his chosen curriculum. Also, he held a part time job in Brookhavn MS where he often used the assistance of google maps for service/delivery calls when he felt he might get lost... My youngest child is active softball participant, for school as well as the local league, where my family has spent numerous hours in attendance, and did in fact use their cell phone, which did incurr data usage.This is August, school has just began, which explains the data usage incurred by my children while on summer vacation have more time available for cell phone usage, spending signigicat time at their grandparents, whew wifi is not available. NONE of these took place at my home where connectivity is the issue, and has been since March 2017, identified, document & solution promised May 2017, BUT yet provider declined to act due to not being a 6 month paying customer.And now, chooses to provide assistance, resulting ONLY from the weight of the MS Revdex.com.I want to be released from my obligations from C-Spire wireless, allowed to select another service provider, and reimbursed for payments made for services only partially provided. An offer of the above nature, inclusive of all three aspects, that offer will resolve my issue/complaint. [redacted]
There is apparently an issue with a setting in this phone. C Spire will reach out to get this corrected.
This customer lives in the Memphis area and this area is a 3G area. C Spire does not have 4G in the Memphis area.

I am rejecting this response because:I don't agree with Cspire. I have been with them for many years and I have never been informed of what they are saying. Maybe your reps should be trained to explain this to customers when they sign up for a new plan. I believe this is an attempt to force customers off your unlimited plan and put them on a data plan. If this information would have been disclosed upfront then I would be aware of it. I will like to keep the plan I am on.

C Spire will disconnect these services and make sure it reflects the date requested.
Ms. [redacted] purchased this device under a 0% interest promissory note. This was an agreement to pay for the phone over a long period of time. In lieu of this, she has received a $25 per month discount on her rate plan over this time. Therefore, we would ask for the device to be returned, paid out, or the monthly discount be paid back to C Spire.

C Spire is waiving Ms. [redacted]'s outstanding balance of $847.87 and will not require the return of her phone. We hope this resolves the issue.

rejecting this response because: I am complete unsatisfied with C-spires response. They are not willing to make good for their error. They are turning me over to collections on 8-24-16 for something I was not aware of. There are policies in place if there are outstanding balances that they did not follow. No reason for the customer to suffer to their lack of professionalism.

We totally understand this and this is why we are willing to waive the early fees with the return of the equipment. These devices were sold to Ms. [redacted] well below C Spire's cost. In order to recoup that investment, we offer this with a 24 month term. If this term is broken for any reason, we are still out the cost of the equipment. This is why we need the equipment back or we need to collect the fee.
C Spire's technical group has been working with Ms. [redacted]. We hope we have improved the service in her area. If she continues to have issues, we will release her from any contractual obligation.

I am rejecting this response because: I went with another carrier. They require me to turn in the phone to them for the process of buying me out of my contract. I just want my account to have a zero balance and let all other issues be forgotten. It has been nothing but a headache since April 169.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not okay with it but since I had no choice in the matter cause it was obvious I was being screwed over in the matter and the supervisor who called me on the phone after the fact stated that Cspire would send me a phone the same as mine's since the phone I sent them had already been refurbished..So I said okay and I would like that phone sent to me I had no choice but to accept the matter since it was obvious that I had got a bad deal on the matter. The supervisor that she would send me a replacement phone like the one I turned in since the one I traded in had already been processed. So I am still waiting on the replacement phone..And soon as my contract is up Cspire will NO LONGER have my business.
