We will address all issues until there are no outstanding issues with the order We will also extend compensation due to the issues The customer is currently working with a Supervisor in Customer Care to make sure everything is resolved

Client has accepted refund for shipping and installation due to the delaysI attached and emailed a copy of the refund invoice to the customerCase has been resolved

Customer spoke to DayBlinds rep on 12/20/and it was determined the the originally requested product is not available, a re-selection offer in on the table

We have called and spoken to this customer and come to a resolution pleasing to both parties

I am not savvy in the construction of shutters I am very aware of what looks finished and well done On each window the woman that came to measure had an issue with how the shutter/blind would or could be attached She did tell me that due to the proximity of the windows my treatment would not meet at the corner If I signed off on something regarding an uneven valance it was without my knowledge of what I would end up with in the end I was shown photos of the treatment I ordered and it did not have an uneven valance If however the company believed I had signed off, where is the customer service? One call explaining to me the problem or possible solution would have resolved this issue There is no customer service and the money is all paid prior to installation so the consumer has no recourse The company is well aware of this

The customer signed a contract for an order placed in August of for a total of items, and agreed through our contract to pay a balance of $2,for the custom order. The contract composed at the point of sale and signed by the customer trumps any quote or estimated provided
before the selections had been finalized A discount of $was applied to the orderNo order is processed without the authorization of the customer, and authorization is provided at the sole discretion of the customerDesign Consultants are available to make suggestions, show samples, and provide pricing, at the customer's request, and may be dismissed at any time per the customer's requestThe customer is under no obligation to purchaseAlso, no concerns with the Design Consultant were ever report to Day BlindsThe customer's experience will be discussed with the consultant, but at this point the customer's concerns stem from an encounter from years ago

We are offering the customer a reselection for shadesThere were gaps because the shades had to be mounted to the side of the window frames, so there has to be additional space to mount the bracketsThere are arches above and the brackets cannot be installed upwards, only to the sides of the
windowThe designer is meeting with the client today to offer other options where the product may have a narrower gapWe are currently working with the customer to find a resolution that they are satisfied withWe are also working with our installers to complete the install of the hold down brackets on the shades installed on the door.

As Previously noted and attached on the copy of the contract, Day Blinds is not obligated to cover expenses such as time lost to workThat being said, accommodations can be made a timesBecause the nature of this was a delayed installation, we are willing to increase the amount of compensation to that of the cost of installation $

An appointment has been scheduled for 12/to select a product that will meet the customers needs

The blinds were not delivered and installed within the inital contracted timeframeAlso, I have not been contacted in regards to the dirty blunds left by the installerI paid for this product since 8/22/and it's ridiculous that I had to wait over a month for my product which I have notclue if it will workThey can came in ar any time to pickup their broken dirty blinds and send me full refund I'm in the process of contracting a better business to do this job! They can deposit the total cost of the blinds plus instalation fees back into the same account used to pay

This is the same material they provided to my credit card companyFirst, I didn't receive the refund for expedited installation for several billing cyclesSecond, the defect is that the shade does not provide for BLOCKING the sunlight at ALL! They state, given the shade and material, it blocks a percentage of the sunlight This is totally false., and the sale person guaranteed that the sun would be blocked out of my kitchen- to me that represents advertising The reason I do not answer their calls or e-mails, the only resolution they have offered, (numerous times) is for me to pay for the shades $1400, and then they will make new shades for a discount- now 50%I do NOT intend on paying for anything and would appreciate the removal of their sub-standard product ASAPI'm tired of their ploys and getting frustrated at their offerThey are not reputable, and change the words around to try to defend themselves- they are nothing but thieves.

You have empowered *** *** to REPRESENT your COMPANYSHE HAS MADE A PROMISE TO ME ON YOUR BEHALF THAT THE SHUTTERS WILL FIT THE WINDOWS WHEN THE VALANCE IS ADJUSTEDHAD SHE TOLD ME OTHERWISE, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE SHUTTERS AND, SINCE SHE GUARANTEED THE FIT, I HAD NO REASON TO CANCEL IN THREE DAYS! MY WIFE AND I ARE IN OUR MIDDLE 80'S AND I FEEL SHE HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF US IN ORDER TO GET HER COMMISSION I UNDERSTAND VERBAL AGREEMENTS, BUT SOMETHING THIS BLATANT CONSTITUTES FRAUD AND ,IF NECESSARY, I WILL CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO GET MY MONEY BACK NO MATTER WHAT I HAVE TO DO. YOUR SALESPERSON IS TOTALLY TO BLAME WHICH SHOULD BE A BIGGER PROBLEM FOR YOUR COMPANY THAN MY LITTLE PROBLEM.

We acknowledge that there have been issues with this customer's order, but we are determined to fix the issues We have also reached out to the customer to discuss compensation for the issues with their order The customer is now scheduled to complete the installation, and we will continue to
attempt to discuss compensation with the customer

The shade is being ordered as a courtesy as the customer was never originally charged for the product, and Day blinds has offered to provide the product at no additional charge The customer was contacted on 2/12/to schedule installation of shades, and the customer refusedThe customer wanted to hold off on installation until a 4th shade was orderedThe customer was advised the estimated delivery was between 3/and 3/23, and that installers would contact her for scheduling upon deliveryThe shades were delivered ahead of schedule, and the customer was contacted 3/13/ Scheduling is determined by availabilityThe customer was given several time slots to choose from during regular business hours for our local installation company The installation of the Soft Roman shades will be scheduled when the customer is readyThe fabric for the drapes is backordered, and is estimated to return to stock in JuneThe customer has been given the option to select a new fabric in the meantime Tell us why here
