We walked through the house twice with the consultant and showed exactly which windows we wanted covered He provided a price based on our walk through assuring us the windows we wanted to be covered would be We could have had the job done by another company for an equivalent price, but went with three day blinds based on our walk through with the consultant and the pricing he gave us Now three day blinds acknowledges their consultant screwed up, but is asking for more money because their consultant missed two windows Now we don't have the option to go with the other company because all of these prices are based on "packages" of windows covered Please provide full refund, we are not satisfied with your service or your bait and switch practices You can have all your treatments back You offered us one price after walking through with your consultant twice, but now are trying to charge more, acknowledging he screwed up There is no more classic bait and switch tactic than this

I want financial compensation, IN ADVANCE, before they come to reinstall the defective blindsI want to know the exact amount they will compensate me. I do no want my credit card charged again UNTIL all the blinds are reinstalled and they meet with my satisfaction this time.Further, they have upset me even more because they just placed the reorder on July11, causing more delayIt takes weeks to get blinds Why did they delay? Then they have to installI won't have these blinds until August when they were first ordered in May!

The contract signed at the point of sale states that custom product may only be refunded within days of orderingAs there is no way to tell what was discussed verbally during consultation, all orders are manufactured according to the specifications outlined in the contract authorized by the customerThe contract makes no note of an existing valance the ordered product would need to be installed around, and the invoiced shutters were manufactured to the specifications requested through the contract

Attached is the signed sales contract for this customer's purchase Please note that each window treatment is specified individually on the sales contract The customer's signature was their agreement and approval for us to produce those specified window treatments

Day Blinds has agreed to pay for the repairs for a total of $and a representative will be reaching out shortly to process the request

Due to an IT error, an incorrectly colored valance was shipped repeatedlyThis error has been corrected and the correct valance part had been delivered to the installation company on 6/30/This allows us to meet the previously requested installation date of 7/6/A refund for the full cost of the valance was pending successful installation however considering the additional delay in installation of this single valance a larger amount will be consideredFinally, it should be taken into consideration that all product save a single valance valued at less than $has been installed correctly and on schedule.

For number ***, we have simply decided to order the shades for the customer at no additional charge

this is not true and I have call logs and emails to verify the installer did not make all of those attempts to reach me, in fact I still have not received the completed project to dateThe installer only began to follow up once I contacted the Revdex.com and my credit card company At this point we are no longer interested in their products or services and it's been months to get some blinds installed for standard windows we just want our money back this is fraud at its bestFurther please ask company to send proof of the complete shipments and see they will only send you the first incomplete order no other products were shipped prior to contacting Revdex.com We have verifiable photos of the incomplete work in our home

This encounter was on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Perhaps the consultant did not document this visit due to her behavior. I have written proof that she was at my house and tried to harass and bully me. Not acceptable and the company needs to take responsibility for the behavior of those consultants they send into peoples home. It was an unsafe environment and the consultant was not emotionally stable. Your response in not acceptable

The installer has the product and has been attempting to contact the customer to complete the project The last attempt at contact was this past Saturday We will continue to attempt to reach out to resolve this

Please provide a copy of the contract the company is referring to Somewhere there should also be a guarantee that the quality of the product should be exactly as the quality is advertised and promised to the consumer The quality of the product I received is junk Half of my order broke upon first usage.If you bought a car and drove it off the lot and block away it broke, you would consider the car a lemon You would not want to begin the process of repair or replace for equal make and model at the company who sold you the lemon You would not want to be stuck with the model of car you were promised was excellently made You would rather do business at another dealer who sells a different make altogether This is why I want a refund and return the product I have every reason to believe these blinds will continually break and I will be inconvenienced with having to miss work to have them repaired frequently and eventually absorb the cost of repair as well I would rather order from a reliable product from a reliable company.Your goodwill gesture of gracing me with the opportunity to credit my initial expense but to spend more of my money on another product and put more profits into your company is ridiculous.Regards,

A repair to correct the issue was created at this customers requestA voicemail has been left for the customer a the phone number provided and a case created to follow up and make sure all issues are resolved to the customers satisfaction under CAS-***-***
