Thanks for allowing us to respond to this complaint, although I was not the manager when this agreement was signed, we do have a signed contract from *** ***These agreements based on how I was trained are walked through with each member and properly verbalized their portion of the agreement***
*** signed an month agreement totaling 19th months, where he received free monthThe total cost of the agreement is place on the contract in which *** has signed, is $plus $for his key, plus tax = $808.06Each month he should be paying $per month for payments, his first payment starting on 11/24/and last payment being 5/24/2015*** made payments from 11-24-until 10-24-and then stopped making his payments.After three or four straight months of no payments the balance due is sent to collections*** should owe us a balance of $which includes his remaining months of membership and our Club Enhancement Fee of $ *** has signed all the proper places on the agreement and has initialed all proper places on the agreement. We also have a picture of *** when he came into the club to start his membership We are always happy to go through the agreement with a member who feels like they did not agree to the terms, each member is given a copy of the contract that they have agreed with We do offer many options for people to temporarily put their membership on hold, for a number of reason, if they are unable to use the gym Please let me know if you need any additional information or actual documentation.Thanks *** ***Club Manager *** *** *** *** ***

I am very sorry that *** was charged after he had sent in proof of address change and signed his paperworkI made sure that he was refunded for the months that he was wrongfully charged to try to make it rightWhen he was charged again this month I made sure to
call our financial company and make sure this never happened againI also refunded him for this chargeI have made sure he was reimbursed for all the charges after he was told his membership would be cancelledI tried to make this right and I hope that Mr*** will see thatHe absolutely will not be charged again from our company.Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because: there was no way for me to come into the business and sign anything because I moved to a different stateThe previous manager told me they would cancel my accountThey did notAlso I signed a year agreement and they charged me for months after that agreement was voidAt no point have they attempted to contact me even though I have not used their services for over a yearMy account was just charged every monthThis is very wrong

I have just received letters from Revdex.com to a location that we rarely receive mail. I have spoken with this member and his wife multiple times and thought things were resolved with the options we had discussed. Not sure if this complaint is before or after our communications? I will call
customer again to see what I can do to further resolve any complaint.

In response to *** ***'s complaint, Ms*** signed a 24-month agreementThe agreement states the beginning date as 10/1/and the expiration of 10/20/I am not sure where she feels it is for only three monthsWe have never had a manager at the club named ***, so I am not sure who she spoke withWe did receive a cancellation form on her, but it states that the form is only a request and can be rejectedThe form also states that when you are cancelling your account must be current before any cancellation will take effectShe did say she moved, but she gave us information that she moved to PennsylvaniaThe cancellation request was rejected due to a past due account, and the information that she provided for a move was not approved documentationThe manager was made aware that she was not approved for cancellationShe closed her bank account, which no more drafts were able to come out, and that caused her to be turned over to collections, We have the agreement that she signed and she is welcome to receive a copyShe is responsible for the past due balanceIf you need any further information the club email is *** and my email at ***

There was a delay in processing his request due to a change in Management at the Club. I left the member a voice mail this morning apologizing for the slow response to the request and letting him know that his refund for dues has been processed in the amount of $(dues of for the
months of November, December, January and February) He will have the refund within 7-business days

We contacted them in March cuz they were pulling more money out of our account then our membership fee was they said they would look into it never got back June comes around we are $into their extra pull outs from our account! They tell us to sen bank statements and we do just marked out the first part of our account numbers everything else you can see they then told us we need to send it all with out marking out our account number at all! Which my husband denied todo cuz they dont need our full account number to see they were double dipping each month! Magical the extra fees stopped when I threatened to contact the Revdex.com on themthen Oct comes and they double dip again I called no answer left a message waited all day no call then called again the next day left another message this went on for 10! Days I contacted my bank they refunded and blocked any payments to anytime now they are calling me harassing me about fees we havent even touched their gym for a year just got stuck in a

Very happy with the service and honesty The owner told us that we didn't need to have one service done and had a very fair price for the other

I was never given a copy of the contractI cannot produce what I do not have

I am rejecting this response because:when I went an canceled I was current! In fact I had just made a payment several days prior which I can provide proof of! Of course I will always have a balance if these scam artists won't stop the payment!! I also find it funny they asked for proof of the cancellation when I payed in cash! Thought the cancellation I signed was proof but I guess not for them! I am happy though that someone has had to waste there time addressing this situation finally since then been avoiding for so long and wasting my time! Good job team Anytime!:)

Although we have two entirely different recollections of how this nonsense went down I am glad to be done with Anytime Fitness. This entire situation is a shame because it’s a decent little club but could be much better with a more responsive and professional management team. Ultimately we ended up exactly where we were back in December - I fulfilled my commitment and did not owe any additional payments

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness in Blandon PA for a few years and recently began going to the Anytime Fitness in West Lawn PAI was told by the owner that the gym does not accept the *** insuranceI called the corporate office and was told by the customer service representative that they allow the owners to decide if they would like to accept the insuranceHowever I was never told this at the time of membership and was under the impression that I could utilize any Anytime Fitness facilityShe said that because I frequented that particular Anytime fitnesss my membership was transferred to that facility thereby making our membership at that facility voidThe owner told me that participating with *** he receives no reimbursement and those members clog up his gymTherefore he wanted me to pay a membership fee along with my *** fee to maintain my membership at his gymAlthough I was told today by the customer service representative that is another gym mem

Hello- *** *** joined out gym on 3/22/*** joined during a promotion sale that consisted of a certain monthly membership price for a standard agreement term that applies to all of our membersAt that time we also gave *** an additional 10% discount because of an
agreement we had set up with his employer- we are not supposed to "double dip" on membership discounts but in this case given ***'s situation we went ahead and processed his membership at a doubly discounted rateAll was well until *** wanted to cancel his agreement long before it's expiry dateWhen we informed him that that is not the type of plan he signed up for *** became verbally aggressive to myself and to another staff member*** also proceeded to strew equipment all over the facility as well as flood the toilet when he could not get his wayDespite all of this we are willing to go against company policy AGAIN and offer *** the option of buying out of his contract at a steeply discounted rate- we are not willing to put up with his disruptive presence at the club any longer
