*** *** signed into an month membership agreement, which expires on 2/18/In this agreement, he signed acknowledgement of the cancellation policyThis cancellation policy clearly states that to cancel within the term of the agreement, the member must satisfy certain requirements,
including proof of relocation outside of miles from an Anytime Fitness location, or doctors note stating medical reasons why the member should discontinue gym useIf the member provides the necessary documentation, they can be cancelled within the original term with a $feeThis is the policy for all Anytime Fitness clubs across the world.***'s account went past due months agoHe did not reach out to us until last month, after we have repeatedly reached out to him to update his payment informationAt that time, he explained he wanted to cancel, but does not meet the early cancellation requirements and cannot provide the necessary documentation needed per our policy and the agreement he signedI have explained to him his options of transferring his membership to someone else, putting it on freeze (pausing payments until he is ready to resume), and offered free training sessions to help him get back into a routine and get value from the gym againHe is currently months past due, and our system will automatically send his account to a collection agency soonInstead of letting that happen and hurting his credit, I reached out to him and offered to waive two months of his past due invoices if he paid the 3rd to get caught up, which would get his account current and allow us to put it on freeze so he can look around for someone to transfer it toHe has refused all free training ($value) and me forgiving over $in debt on his accountInstead, he has verbally attacked myself and Anytime Fitness and submitted this complaintI can send supporting information if necessary. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from meThank you :) Sincerely, Nick ***

I'm very sorry this has taken up everyone's time, but I have tried to deal with this issue, as you see by the attachments that *** does owe $which includes $late fees' which I have taken off already for her I have not refunded *** her bank fee's which I did promise, I still have not received a copy And I don't really have to do this I would like somebody from the Revdex.com to contact me to see what I should do I have obviously did everything and *** does not want anything to do with us I will have to take a look at her contract but I cannot do anything until her current $is paid up I feel like i've done everything i've could, tried to contact her, settle, but she just wants to hide behind her keyboard I think it would be good to meet and hug it out if *** is willing I have a business to run and I hope the Revdex.com can see what's going on here, because I look for no trouble, please call me at *** anytime

We hired a personal trainer specifically with his expertise in sports injuries We prepaid for months of training (big mistake!!) Approximately weeks into the training, the trainer notifies us that he will no longer be training at the gym because of payment issues We requested a refund for the remaining portion of the trainer and were told that we were not due for a refund because we had signed a contract We had not signed a contract at any point in time I asked Pam L*** specifically to produce the signed contract She sent a BLANK contract with neither my name nor initials on it I had to contact my attorney for a demand letter, which she has ignored I have now had to file a claim with the state licensing board and will now be filing a lawsuit....all because of the unethical business practices followed at this gym
Product_Or_Service: personal training

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I would like you to read the full complaint againIt seeems you have chosen to select of the issues that were in the complaintI acknowledged the day window in the complaintAlthough I do not agree with it nor do I agree with the archaic means to cancel the contract my complaint clearly states that I cancelled this contractAfter mailing out a 2nd attempt to cancel I am willing to pay the original days additional that I oweI should not be billed fees or additional months as I had already requested to cancelI didn't mail certified mail either time I mailed inhowever, it's hard to believe that the post offics failed twice to the same businessI've mailed plenty of letters and it's more of an anomaly that one goes missing let alone I will pay what owe but I feel I owe days from my original letterPayment was taken after I mailed the 1st so I owe one more after that (due to day window) which it what I'm willing to pay.

Premier Appraisal Services only looks to get advantage of any situation and will try to get more money out of youThey did an appraisal for my new house which I paid for and they didn't want to convert the appraisal to another type of loan and lender when I switched to another lender due to a better deal (Deal that the first lender hide to get more money out of me)At the beginning they said it could be done and after weeks they said it couldn't but they were able to do a new appraisal for same charge! How come they cannot convert an appraisal if it was for the same customer (me) and the same house? Sounds to me they only wanted to get another dls out of meOf course I ended up paying a second appraisal but with a different company, there was no way I was going to give them more money, but it was time consuming, I had to move my closing date for weeks and paid another fee for moving the closing date! ugh my first house and was a very exhausting process! very disappointed on this company

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I was offered, as the best option, a several months "freezing" of my account as the worst case option during my last face to face visitIs this being removed and, if so, why? Additionally, we have established that I did not know I was signing a contractI still have not even had establishment, exactly, on what that payment contract is? I have yet to receive oneI request an answer to the first sentence aboveAlso, I request, in any case, a detailed layout of what contract I was led to signing in toI don't know the duration, any details, or any financial details as they were never provided to me after signing for the charging of my credit card (which I now understand to have been a contract despite not being informed it was a contract)I cannot find a copy of that contract online either

*** *** signed a contract with Anytime Fitness her complaint is not valid. We have very extensive notes and *** did not visit the clubOur entire staff knows our cancellation policy and would not have informed her she needed only to send an emailShe was emailed multiple times about
the cancellation process and even offered special conditions for canceling (which we did not have to offer)She was told over the phone about the cancelling process, signed documents upon her gym membership and was also told by the billing company about the cancel policyShe refused all attempts and then put stop payments through her bank knowing she had still not cancelled her contract and owed duesHer argument has no standing as personal issues do not cancel a contract and she refused to follow our cancellation procedureShe will continue to collections as she has a signed contract and refused all options to help her when offered. Thanks!!Fitness Ventures Unlimited, LLC. Anytime Fitness, New Braunfels / Spring Branch,
I did sign a contract with them but they have not provided the services promisedFirst display of indifference toward customer: I signed up on a Thursday and was told they would phone the following Monday to set an appointment for later that week to discuss my goals, get my statistics and discuss a dietAlso at this meeting, another meeting was to be scheduled to show me how to operate the fitness equipment They did not callAfter waiting until Thursday I returned to the Spring Branch location to again see if we could set something upI looked all over the place, found no one in the office, nor, for about minutes did anyone approach me to see if I could be helpedI leftAfter another two days I returned, a person was in the office but was not a trainer and could not help in that regardI was given contact information for New BraunfelsI phoned New Braunfels and was able, finally, to set another "indoctrination" appointmentI must admit, I was about minutes EARLY for the appointmentNo one was in the office and for about minutes no one approached me to see if I could be helpedI did leave about five minutes early, and do not know if their representative arrived or not
I then decided to tell them I wished to cancel the membership and phoned the Spring Branch officeA gentleman there told me the people at New Braunfels Anytime Fitness said since I had signed their contract I could not cancel my membershipHe then gave me contact information for the New Braunfels officeI have emailed and phonedBoth contacts have been unsatisfiedThey refuse to terminate the membership, even offering their opinion it is alright for them to not honor their oral commitments because it is not in writing, while at the same time a person can not cancel a membership (after three days) because of the contractA contract, I might add, with their signature being an un-readable scrawl

I purchased a year contract with Anytime fitness that expired December unaware that it rolled over and did not automatically cancelIn February I noticed payments were still being pulled so I called to ask whyKayla, the manager, told me I needed to fill out a form and send it back to cancel and if I did that my last payment would be pulled March I faxed back the form and thought it would be taken care ofCome May I noticed payments were STILL being pulled so I called the manager back and she basically told me I was lying and that records showed no email was ever sent to me and that I could (again) fill out a form and send it backI did thatI then found the email she originally sent me and sent it back to her to remind her an email was indeed sentShe then tells me oh well she never received the form? "Never received the form" just like an email was "never sent"I just feel like customer service is horrible and the employees are extremely unorganized

This Has been resolved and Im awaiting a call back to get her resigned back up at our gym per her request.*** ***District Vice PresidentAnytime Fitness

This response is submitted on behalf of SEO Gears, which provides online marketing services for ***.The customer purchased a keyword SEO Campaign and a $1,PPC (Pay per click) Campaign which started on June 30, 2015.The customer's biggest complaint is that he had broken links on his site
that were affecting his PPC campaignOn July 22, 2015, the customer sent us the following notification from his *** *** account:--------------------------------------We wanted to alert you that one or more of your ads or keywords havebeen disapprovedUnfortunately, we won't be able to show your ads on***, our search partners, or on Display Network placements until youedit your ads or keywords to make them compliant with our policies. If this is an error, we want to get your ads back up and running asquickly as possible, and your *** team is here to helpBelow you'llfind the reason why your ads or keywords have been disapprovedAt theend of this email, you'll find a Problem Report that includes detailsabout which ads or keywords have been disapproved and what you can do tofix them (if possible).====================Disapproval Reason====================[Destination URL] Invalid HTTP Response Code: To ensure a good userexperience, your destination URL must work properly and not return anerror code beginning with a or a (such as a error)Yourdestination URL or some component on that page (like ***) isreturning a status code indicating an error.-------------------------------We researched the issue and contacted the customer the following dayThe customer claimed they didn't make any changes to their site so they weren't sure why *** was finding broken linksOur team subsequently fixed the issue with the invalid links for the customer as a one-***e courtesy. On August 24, 2015, the customer again notified us about invalid links within his campaignWhile performing an audit, ***, our PPC specialist, discovered that the customers links on his web site were invalid once againSpecifically, the following links:***, the customer’s marketing manager, spoke to the customer on August 24, and the client indicated to us that he believes he fixed the link issue*** also got on the phone with the customer on the same day and they agreed to redo the campaign from scratchWhile redoing the campaign, our team didn't set the budget correctly and his campaign didn't produce any clicks for days (September 2, through September 3, 2015)This was fixed and the customer started getting clicks again on September 4, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and thank the customer for bringing this to our attention so we could fix the issue. The customer believes it is our responsibility to fix any invalid links on his websiteWe can assist the customer with fixing links, but it's not part of the scope of the project to update a customer's web site without their permissionThis disagreement caused the escalation and the request to cancel his services. As far as his campaign, we felt the progress was going very wellFor months of SEO, he started popping up on page and of *** for:-shower door replacement new jersey - #***custom shower door new jersey - #**-frameless shower door new jersey - #**-shower door new jersey - #**-shower doors new jersey - #**For PPC, his campaign generated clicks with conversions (3.63%) between July 7, to September 5, (while his campaign was active with us).***, a different marketing manager, tried to take over the campaign from *** per the customer's request who reached out to the customer on September 8, 2015, but was told that he already contacted *** and requested that the campaign be cancelled and refunded. At this time we have cancelled the SEO Campaign and PPC campaignThese services will not renew which means the customer will no longer be billed for these services going forwardThe customer also requested admin rights back to his campaign which have been granted to him on September 9, We do note the customer was automatically charged $1,for the renewal of the PPC campaign on September 8, but we successfully reversed the payment so the customer should not see the charge on his credit card

The volume of the music has remained at the same level since before this member signed up and the speaker in question is located on the main floor in the cardio sectionWhen the member first complained about the volume we turned it down to his desired level and
he was happyUnfortunately later on that day we received multiple complaints about the music level being "at a whisper"The TV remotes are labeled and were attached with velcro to the machines but they continue to be moved and not returned to their original spotWe do have the dish boxes set at an easily accessible level for members when the remotes are unavailable so they can change the channelsAs for the controls on the equipment they have never moved because they are built into the consoles on the machinesWe change the batteries in all of the remotes as soon as it is brought to our attentionWe continue to work with this member and all our members to make sure the music we play is enjoyable to everyone and at an acceptable level

*** signed a contract for personal training sessions that were nonrefundableThese sessions are purchased between the client and the facility and not a specific trainerThe trainer she had left to pursue other work and she was contacted multiple times by another trainer at the facility which
she chose to ignoreThis new trainer was in constant communication with management and explained that after multiple attempts over the course of weeks, *** would not respond to her callsMoreover, *** signed up for $of training and only paid $which the gym could have held her accountable for, but did notInstead of contacting the gym in any capacity, the gym was notified by *** that she contacted the credit card company pretending as though the gym charged her for something she didn't authorize (which is illegal) and we had to provide documentation to the credit card company showing she did actually make the purchase and even provided the credit card receipt with her signature on it as well as the detailed contract she signed in places*** will be receiving nothing further back from the facility as she signed up for $worth of expiring, non refundable training sessions at our facility which she never paid forShe trained a couple of sessions and cost the gym in bank fees when she lied to the credit card company that we charged her without prior authorizationThe $she is arguing over was spent by the customer multiple times overThis customer has tried to work every angle and has attempted lie as much as possible to get her way and unfortunately she is wrong, the facility is notI would be happy to provide any and ALL documentation substantiating every single thing I have listed aboveIf necessary, I would be happy to send it all overPlease let me know

Upon review of Kelly's latest agreement she renewed her original membership for another months and was able to receive free months for doing so. This made her term start on 6.2.14, with receiving her June and July months for free and invoices starting on for payments at a
$rate, with the term ending on and then running on a month to month basis after that. She did make payments on that month to month basis, which with review of her agreement she had initialed on the nonrenewable agreement line. The club called the financial company today and had those last two invoices refunded back. Kelly will be receiving $back on her credit card within 3-business days. The last time Kelly used the club was on September 16th, at 10:am. All memberships include unlimited support and our staff is available over hours a week. We also have a contacting system for members who haven't visited the gym over days in attempts to re-motivate them or help them with their membership payments if something has happened that they can't pay, such as medical or financial etcin which we then can freeze their membership for them. Kelly had taken advantage of these freezes back in June of 2012. There are cancellation policies while within an agreement term that will release a member from membership, those being medical or military and relocation of residency. These policies are as follows: (1) if a member is to be diagnosed physically disabled, with proper documentation from primary physician then member is released from membership(2) if member is called on for active duty with proper documentation of orders, member will be released from membership(3) if member shall move miles away from home club then proof of move needs to be submitted to club along with a $relocation fee and member will be released from membership. The cancellation policies that Anytime Fitness has in place for members who are in their current membership term didn't pertain to Kelly. The club also offers for members to transfer their membership to anyone with a $transfer fee. The member is responsible for finding a person to transfer it to. Membership agreements are not based on usage, but as a payment schedule that is agreed upon at time of sign up for either a or year agreement that the member gets to choose from. The year agreement comes with a lower monthly rate then the year agreement. Kelly had chosen the year agreement back in when the year agreement was at a $35/month rate. With her renewal in 2014, the club was able to honor her rate instead of making her pay the year rate of $39/monthWe have reached out to Kelly and left her a message to call the club. She will be receiving the $as stated above which is $payments that were taking once the membership went on the month to month basis. This leaves her then with fulfilling the payments on her latest membership agreement. The club will also be offering her a month gift certificate with no expiration date that she can use when she would like. I just spoke with Kelly and she thanked me for taking her feedback so seriously and is thankful that she will be receiving $back. She said she had enjoyed her experience here and life just threw her a curveball last year. She did mention that she was offered the freezes when she spoke to the club last year, but chose not to go that route at the time. She also said that she knew that she could transfer it to someone, but couldn't find anyone to take it over. She is happy to get the month gift certificate and is highly satisfied with the outcome

This issue has been handled by our General Manager, Jeff, via phoneIt is our understanding that this issue has been resolved and the member is still active
