At this point, if the customer does not like the response then we will proceed with collecting the remainder of the monies she owed per the contract she signedIf she does not pay the remainder, we will send her to the collection agency that we use to pay to collect unpaid debtsIf she pays the balance in full, then we will allow her to use all of the sessions that she paid for that is if she does in fact still have an active gym membershipWe have been more than fair with this individualShe completely ignored our communication for weeks and then attempted to get out of a contract illegally by telling the credit card company we charged her for something she didn't authorizeAt this point- our generosity has run out as we should have pursued her for what she agreed to in the first place instead of being lenient

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I find it very hard to believe you don't have other complaints against these individual employees and even if you don't I sincerely feel uncomfortable beIN in your facility due to the lack of cleanlinessI mean there is BLACK MOLD, HAIR, FECES AND URINE all over the bathroomsAnd they Calum they are cleaned everydayWhy is it there I never received a response from anyone regarding my email if you are so aware of things happening in the gym? This is not a strategy to get out of my membership this is bringing attention to the fact that members are paying for services they aren't getting AND the fact I feel so uncomftuncomf to step foot in the gym that I cannot use it the benefit my healthI'm note sure if you're aware but my partner also works out at this facilityOn several occasions we have gone to the gym in the same car he will come to work out and let me know if anyone is available to talk to or if can because again I feel uncomfortable and unsafe in the gym due to the lack of appropriate attention on behalf of the staffWhen I do get attention from them it is rude comments or looks at my breasts and buttPlease check your records again and consider the fact that my partner checked for me during those months as wellI also tried calling from his cell phone and my direct office line which also is not in your filesAgain the staff is not being held accountable for actions and conversations or lack there ofAs an active member of this community I can say I do not support this business and what they support and that I cannot recommend people here because of the unsafe feelings I haveI don't want to pay money to feel like an object that should not be a strategy to get out of my membership, I simply feel unsafe Regards, [redacted]

My name is [redacted] ** In August I became a member of Anytime Fitness Before my year was up I tried to cancel my membership, it was cheaper for me to finish out paying for my one year versus paying a cancellation fee so that is what I chose to do I was told my membership was over in August so I just had intentions of paying each month until then when my membership would be over I was told this by a worker I met with when I went in to talk to someone about cancelling my membership I recently was contacted by ABC Financial because my billing information had changed and they needed an update it so they could process my payment I was never informed that I was still a member of this gym after my one year was supposed to be over in August I have been getting charged each month for a membership I do not even use I have not stepped foot into an Anytime Fitness since I have been charged over $total for over a years worth of a membership I did not know I still belonged toI contacted the owner of the store, (previously located on Greenfield Ave in West Allis, WI and now it moved to Forest Home in Greenfield, WI) [redacted] in June to try to understand why I was still being charged for the past months He told me I signed an automatic renewal for my membership I did not know I opted for that service, when I went to try and cancel my membership before my year was over in the woman working there did not mention to me that I was signed up for the automatic renewal service That is something I should have at least been reminded about in that time [redacted]  told me he was going to cancel my membership as of June so that I would not be charged anymore for something I have not been using for months I got a call today (August 1st, 2014) from ABC Financial about them trying to charge my account My membership should have been terminated in June I do not owe anything to Anytime Fitness or ABC Financial If anything, I should be repaid for the months I was wrongfully chargedAfter my year was over in August 2013, I did not get any reminder that my year was over and my membership was still active During the months I was being charged for my membership I was not using, I was a full time student and worked part time I am still struggling to pay my bills, and to hear that I have and still am being charged for this is killing me I do not make much over minimum wage so I cannot afford to pay or have been paying for any of these charges [redacted]  told me to email this address to try to get at least some repayment for what I was charged for I talked to a woman today in customer service who told me emailing or talking to her basically would not get me anywhere and that it was in [redacted] hands to pay me back if he chose to do so considering my situation with not knowing I was still a member I have decided to write this email anyways because I have been tossed from person to person with out anyone being able to help me I want my story in writing so that my words do not get twisted up between whoever is "dealing" with my situation With that said, I am contacting the Revdex.com today with my story because no one should be put through what I have had to pay for and deal with I have tried to contact [redacted] about times already today and I will not stop until I get in contact with himIf there is anything you can do to help me, repay me, or any solution you find to my problem, please adviseThank you for your time, [redacted] *

The member (***) was in a month contract that would not expire until 3/17/She sent an email on 4/29/asking to cancel her membership sating she was no longer interestedShe did not indicate any other reason, such as medicalPer the cancellation policy all request are subject to approval & are processed within days with receiving of proper documentation of medical or relocation paperwork or 1/the balance is paidProper documentation in this case was a doctor's note and was not received until 6/18/at 5:pm, after office hoursThe account was cancelled immediately on 6/19/All monies that were charged were prior to receipt of proper documentation

At the beginning of the year, I had the new years resolution to join a gym and try my best to become a healthier person I stopped at this gym and sat down with the manager, ***She talked with me and ran through all the payment plans and different length contractsThe most appealing was the two year term, at around $per month She explained to me the payment process, and got my information to start the contractShe explained to me that my payment would be pulled from my account on the same day of each month, for the same amount each monthShe explained to me that there is also a charge once every six months for the gym for any maintenance things, and that is a universal charge between every gym and their members She went through all of the payment information with me, training information and fees regarding the tanning portion of the facility as well Everything sounded like a good deal, and so I agreed to become a member of the gym At the end of our meet

I've been a member since day one at this fitness center, and they truly care about us (their members) I have always been ask or fan of excellent customer service, and I feel I've received top-notch service from this business Kudos to them and their staff for providing that personal touch that most businesses lack in today's face pace world

Please find attached pictures of the area in questionOur response to the complaint are as follow: The streets are in poor condition due to overwatering from home owners in the neighborhoodThe pictures were taken on 10/15/during a period of no rainfall and still show water in the streets; a clear indication of overwatering This problem will be addressed after completion of the remaining two homes in the neighborhood by doing a 1" overlay, or other acceptable remediationThis was communicated to Mr [redacted] on 11/18/at the annual HOA meetingThanks [redacted] Woodside Homes South Texas

[redacted] entered into a membership agreement with Anytime Fitness that included tanning When she moved, the club closest to her did not offer tanning We have removed the tanning fees from her agreement I have called and left [redacted] a voicemail that we have removed the tanning, but that she is still in agreement for her club membership until May of Our contract states that you may cancel early if you relocate more than a mile radius from an Anytime Fitness There is an Anytime Fitness miles from ***'s new residence Therefore, we are unable to cancel her agreement early

[redacted] is not one of our members He is a member at the Logan Utah location and was dealing with them We called him and he said he would be contacting you (Revdex.com) to resolve this issue He did say that he entered the Logan Utah location in his complaint

Hello, [redacted] is in month to month at the end of her membershipAll she has to do to cancel this is to come down and pay her day notice payment of 54.95, sign off on her cancel form, and she would be good to goWe have told her this twice, but she refuses to come down to sign the formShe joined 10/21/16, and the contract part of her month membership ran out on 10/21/At the end of our memberships it automatically goes month to month, she was told this when she signed up and after that as wellShe had free months on the end of her membership after that, so she didn't make a payment at all on 10/21/or 11/21/Then billing on the month to month portion resumed for 12/21/So, once again, all she has to do to cancel her account is come down to the club, sign off on her cancellation form, and pay the that is past due, and she would be good to go Thank you!

Hello, I reached out to this member to apologise for the miscommunicationThe issue has been resolved and the member received a full refund for the asking amount

After being told my membership would be canceled I noticed they continue to charge me after the date they said it would be canceledAfter calling them I was told I never sign a cancellation form (which I was never told I had to)During the meeting to sign the cancellation forms the new [redacted] informed me that shady thing like this were why the old manager was let goSo I assumed it wouldn't be a problem to get my money backI had him print the usage sheet sawing I hadn't used there club in 6months or soI showed him me phone records show I had called times to make sure it would be canceledI have since been informed that my assumption was incorrectThey are refusing to refund months of club fees
