We have reached out to our customer and *** *** is aware that we are working on the replacement unitWe did receive the damaged unit back from *** on 10/**/and in process of getting the replacement ordered and shipped,Once it does go out *** *** will receive
the tracking number so he can track it online

Hello,Please update your records for the above complaint ,our records indicate the matter has been resolved the customer has agreed to accept delivery of the item ordered .Due to the inconvenience and the delay in delivering the product ordered, we are going to extend 10yrs extended
warranty ,we hope the customer will accept our offer and close the matter

gather the information needed , we have contacted the manufacturer and schedule service with local authorized repair service center .Your service appointment has been scheduled with SOS Appliance RepairThe tech will call you to confirm a time window or feel free to contact the service center direct and schedulePlease provide the tech with a copy of your invoice for warranty purposes onlySOS Appliance Repair Phone: *** ***Kindly , update your records and close the case

Void this place! One month after paid still no delivery date, while on their website says is - days to deliver, told them I cannot wait any longer as have my vacation planned and no one will be there to receive and sign, so they cancelled shipping, weeks of demanding refund they finally refunded less $usd !? No explanation as of why they kept mine $They never delivered purchase yet charged me what?? What is their right to keep that amount without any explanations!? Shipping costs? They thought clients willing wait for years for the purchased item? Makes totally nonsense this $they refused to refund for item never even had delivery date

customer never paid for white glove delivery he was scheduled for threshold delivery which not includes driver unpacking shipping material and disposing it, However the drivers where nice enough to go ahead and unwrap packing material and take it to customers garage please see picture attached showing its only trash of one Sofa and not full truck load of trash as customer stated in his initial complaint, As a one time courtesy and in good faith appliances connection is willing to give customer $credit back into same form of payment made in the original purchase we ask to close this complaint as appliances connection didn't do anything wrong nor third party freight carrier and we are still willing to offer credit as a courtesy

February **,I ordered a VIG SECTIONAL Sofa from Appliance Connections and was given an ETA (EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL) date which was JUNE *** I was told the sofa was a special order, and this caused the delay WISH THIS WAS MENTIONED BEFORE THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD!!! JUNE *** COMES STILL NO SOFA WITH REPEATED PHONE CALLS, appliance connections then moved my ETA DATE TO JULY *** STILL NO SOFAseveral more calls they then moved the date to JULY **, When this FAILED they moved it to JULY ***This became annoying!!! by AUGUST **,MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHASE I STARTED TO DEMAND A REFUNDAppliance Connections then told me my VIG SOFA was on the truck to be shipped but the truck broke down in which it should arrive on August ***Like an it I gave them one last chanceWhen this failed I called my credit card company to dispute the transactionLucky me they did and I received a FULL REFUND!! LESSON IS WELL LEARN!!! EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS GOOD AND SOUNDS GOOD ISN'T GOOD AFTER ALL!!!!

I ordered appliances from them including the white glove service to bring up floor in my houseThey were very communicative and kept me informed with the status of my delivery and when it would arriveThe customer service staff was very helpful with my questions regarding the rebates and assisted with status updates
I will use them again on other projects and have recommended to others

our recrods indicate this matter has been resolved we have scheduled for service the tech was able to fix the unit , if the customer still not satisfied with the unit and would like to return it we will email him the return Auhtorization number .we will provide Full refund upon receiving the unit

Shipping takes way too long They charged my card immediately and it took more weeks to receive my bed, chest and chair The bed was missing hardware The chest was completely damaged and we refused to accept it and sent it back It has been weeks of us asking for the hardware and refund for the chest They only want to give us a partial refund on the chest, citing that we forfeit the discount on the bed (that we still can't assemble), by returning the heavily damaged chest This company is horrible and I don't recommend it all!

I purchased a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer setTheir price was easily the best I could find even when the very same equipment was on sale at other more well known appliance stores like *** ***I originally tried to purchase the washer/dryer set online, but could not the package I wanted with the warranty and stacking equipment I wanted into the cartSo I called AC and spoke to a salespersonHe reviewed what I was trying to do and quickly understood my dilemmaI was trying to make a package that they didn’t offer, however, he went ahead and gave me the discounted package price and even discounted the warranty for my troubleI added the “White Glove” service because even though I am a pretty good size man with a couple of sons, I did not want to have to deal with damage either to my door, floors, or the washer & dryersThe sales person said they had both of the machines in the warehouse and they should be shipped out within three days, which they were…actually they were shipped the next day! I purchased it on the April *** and it shipped April ***I was notified when they shipped and provided a tracking numberThey arrived in my town on the ***, which is pretty good considering AC is in New York and I live in CaliforniaWhen it arrived her e I was notified by the local delivery company and arranged a delivery for a couple of days later on the weekend when I was going to be homeIt was delivered by them at the promised timeThe unpacked it and put it where I instructed them to without any damageMy son’s and I were able to use the stacking tools to complete the installation pretty easilyThe washer and dryers look and work beautifullyAs I said, I saw some of the negative reviews but I can only say my experience with AC was greatThey did everything they promised, easily gave me the best price, delivery was very timely, and my equipment works perfectlyI will definitely use AC again

I buy a lot of things online My experience with AppliancesConnection is the worst online shopping experience that I'v ever had My order was delayed by weeks, with no communication about this initiated by AppliancesConnection I had to write to them, using their internal ticket system When I did write to them, the answers I got were either unresponsive, or wrong The only reason I stuck with them, and didn't cancel the order, was because they offer in home white glove delivery They told me multiple times that the item was shipping to their warehouse, and then would be shipped by them to me They lied The item actually drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer The manufacturer doesn't offer in home white glove delivery I wasn't told about this at all I noticed on an invoice that the white glove delivery had been changed to curbside deliveryAppliancesConnection never told me this change had occurred I had to point out to AppliancesConnection that the white glove delivery that I paid for wasn't being provided Even after I pointed this out, they didn't apologize of offer a refund for the white glove deliveryI had to demand a refund They agreed but didn't send me any confirmation of the refund I had to demand that Also, when I contacted the actual freight company that had my package, it turned out that they had been trying to get in touch with me for over a week to deliver the itemI arranged for delivery, and the item arrived the next dayAppliancesConnection didn't even send me notice that the item had shipped from the manufacturer until days after I received it from the freight company - who had already been trying to contact me for over a week That means that, the item that I had complained multiple times abut being delayed, had actually been available at a warehouse waiting to be delivered for about days before AppliancesConnection even sent me notice that it had shipped This place should be avoided at all costs

Lowest prices, poor fulfillmentJust ordered an air conditioner and associated wall sleeveThey sent a LOT of shipping information, most of it wrongThe air conditioner arrived after weeks, but the sleeve never didThey kept saying they had to talk to the manufacturer, even though their website showed it in stockIt was always a week away from shippingThey cancelled and refunded Visa quickly, although the update email was wrong, again

I bought a Samsung 36" French Door Refrigerator, everything is running perfectlyThe shipping is fast and the price is very competitive

as shown here: *** White glove service does not entail carrying units up flights of stairsA trucking carrier standard , each flight of stairs includes stepsUpon pulling up customer's address on maps, we see that there are roughly steps just to get to the first floorCustomer lives on at least the second floorStairs were provided to our customer as a courtesy, the driver did not need to bring it up two flights of stairs to get through the front door, and then prepare for more steps to followThe trucking carrier contracted was not prepared to carry this unit up two or more flights of stairs, as it would be preferable to have a third person helping them, also the fees for these services were billed to AppliancesConnection, customer did not pay for it Customer had indicated that the unit was left "lodged" in the hallwayPrior to delivery, we had informed our customer that they are fully responsible to make sure the unit's dimension can be brought through the doorsIf the unit was lodged, then that means the unit got stuckMeasurements were not properly doneNow, instead of h***ng the unit taken back, our customer signs for the delivery, therefore accepting it as is, customer also signed for this order free and clear of damages; thus at the time of delivery, there were no damages to the unit or the propertyCustomer had indicated that this unit was broken down by her fiancé and herselfDespite all of this we had provided our customer with an offer to refund her for $to keep as isNow, being that our customer did not measure well enough for delivery, services were provided as a courtesy, customer had broken down the unit herself, she is requesting to return the unit for a full refundWith this said a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was provided to the customer so that the unit can be returned for a full refund but the customer refuses to do so on her ownOur return policy - *** - indicates that units must be returned in the condition that it was delivered inWe tried to resolve this matter with our customer amicably, however our customer had refused all optionsWe are sincerely asking that this case is to be closed, as options were presented but all were declined

This company is a jokeYou can't get anyone you can even understand on the phoneI bought a couch and days later they tell me there is an error with the shipping addressSo we changed it and she said it was fixedI got a shipping notification after that so I figured it was on its waydays later I get another call from the same girl saying it's still on hold because we haven't verified our shipping address and billing addressWho freaking cares?! Ship the dang thing so I never have to deal with you people again!!
