Upon reviewing the complaint , first we would like to apologize for the delay in shipping the chairs ordered as the customer aware the product is not available and the manufacturer awaiting shipment to arrive from overseas which we expected to be on 12/**we have contacted the manufacturer for an update if there is any unexpected delay we will notify the customer at that point if he would like to cancel the order we will do so at his preference .?

They have the best price, good quality products, and fast delivery I received my whirlpool double ovens in excellent shape and were installed quickly and wellWould definitely use again for other appliances

Again the amount we received from the manufacturer it was less than the amount we originally paid for the unit ,we are not sure if they deducted the shipping fee or the technician fee who assessed the units we do apologize we are not able to issue any further credit and we consider this matter concluded Kindly , update your records

This company should be sued and shut downIt is a complete scam, and it does not protect the customer I placed an order for a stackable washer and dryer (Bosch) on December ***, 2015, along with installation, removal of previous appliances, and deliveryFrom that point, they sent me emails every five days for three months stating that my ETA was approximately one week awaySince we had just purchased the home and it did not have a working washer or a dryer, it was pivotal for us to receive these items in a timely fashion There is no number on the website, and when one tracks down the number, the wait time is usually over minutes, and then they tell you that they will ask a manager and call you back Finally, three months later, I am scheduled to receive the washer and dryer todayHowever, when the delivery person called to confirm, he did not know about the installationWhen I was able to reach customer service after several tries, they said that there were no installation people on the delivery truck, and I would have to pay to rescheduleHowever, I already paid for installation! Furthermore, I have had the inconvenience for three months without a washer and dryerThey deceived me by writing an email every few days to say the ETA was just a few days awayhad I known it would take three months, I would have canceled the order immediately This business should be shut downPlease do not ever use them, and please take steps to fine them, negatively review them, and prevent future customers from such negative experiences

Hello,We would like to address the issue with the installation refund the customer has mentionedWhen a customer files a dispute with his or her credit card company, the money in the transaction between the customer and our company is put on a holdWe are unable to refund a customer until the dispute is lifted by either the customer himself, or by the bankAs the customer supported his argument to his bank, we are also held liable by the bank to respond to every dispute with our support of what happened on our side of the transactionUntil the customer lifts the dispute, we are unable to refund the customer his money and it takes up to days for the hold on the dispute to clear up for us to refund/credit a customer unless the customer takes off the dispute on his or her ownSince the customer refused to remove his dispute on this order with his bank, we let the dispute go in his favor as the customer was already issued the money by the bank so would not be able to double dip from the bank and from our own funds.During the same time, the customer was also refusing to work with us and was defaming us all over the internet.We are not sure what happened with his warranties but we spoke to the customer today and issued him brand new ones that will be good for yearsPlease close this case as the customer was given brand new warranties for his products.Best Regards,Appliances Connection

At this time, I have been contacted directly by AppliancesConnection.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Appliances Connection said their installer had notes written that they installed everything as ordered and removed all cardboard My mom's paperwork doesn't have any of this documented and she would have initialed each line item b/c she's very detailed! Their [redacted] (social media) customer service person contacted me and said they'd get back to me No response yet and it's been about weeks If an installer writes additional notes onto paperwork, they should provide the exact copy to the customer using carbon paper or a copy machineIt's too easy for the installer to write notes after the fact and say the customer has signed Also v suspicious that the notes are exactly what we've complained about If one pays for white glove service, it's not likely that the person would write that the 'cardboard was removed from property' as that seems obvious My poor mom had to lug all that cardboard downstairs by herself and we had to pay for someone to install the ice maker and change the door In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

This was the WORST experience ever I placed the order in the beginning of October I had nobody call/contact me regarding the order I maybe received emails here we are the end of November and I gave up, I spent MORE money purchasing the item somewhere else They received payment right away, but it will take 3-business days to refund This company sucks!!! I recently shopped for a wall air conditioner unit and was limited to a specific model that would fit the current opening in my wall. The unit was hard to find, but Appliances Connection had it. When I called them the sales people were knowledgeable, and very helpful. They also offered the best price I could find, but offered a price matching service if I did find a better price with one of their registered websites. I was really concerned about receiving the unit undamaged because I've read many reviews online from various companies that the units often arrive damaged from shipping. When I expressed this concern to the salesmen I spoke to, they informed me of their standard delivery service included delivery inside my unit, and the delivery man will wait there while I open the unit and look to see if there's any damage. If there is, he will take it back and re-delivery another unit. This peace of mind is what sold me on Appliances Connection. I've had a great experience so far, and am looking forward to receiving my new A/C!

On 0214 ,we contacted the customer In an attempt to resolve this ongoing issue, we have presentenced the following options : 1- $300.00 discount to keep the bed ASIS or the customer can fix it locally . 2- Return the bed to our warehouse for full refund . The customer decided to return the bed , the RA # had been emailed before and still open , we will credit the customer’s account once the bed is returned to our warehouse.
