If I ever had to business with this company again I would go withoutThey have by far the slowest customer service I have ever experienced and the shipping time from time of order until delivery is absolutely horribleNo one ever had any answersI have waited now over month and still don't have my chairThey were the cheapest I could find by about dollars however I would have gladly paid dollars more to get it in a reasonable period of time Save your aggravation and but somewhere else

customer stated he wasn't aware of the delivery day/time is incorrect , the shipping company called him on 05:00-09:00DELIVERING TERMINAL18:06:05PM nevertheless, we are still working to resolve this issue as the parts have been ordered ?

Our records indicate we have processed and emailed return authorization number for the customer to return the item , we have days return policy and since the return request still within the days the customer is entitle to receive return number .we will credit the account in full once we received the time in our warehouse

Same story as many peopleI purchased an oven, the company charges my credit card but forgot to deliver itEventually, the delivery company calls at 5pm for a delivery at 9am..to not show up the next dayA couple of days later, same thingsFinally, a week later show up unannounced at the door After many yelling and screaming on their chat system, they show up a month laterBut then the delivery man wants a cash 'steps' charge, to be paid in cash to him without a receipt before he could do anythingif this isn't a rip-off, I don't know what is..to be forgotten..STAY AWAY!!!!

Upon reviewing the complaint we have ordered replacement hood which was shipped and delivered under FedEx Tracking Number: [redacted] . As for the installation, our records indicate we have refunded the customer $219.97 since he cancalled all installation.

When I placed the order on 10-**-on the telephone with *** we had a firm understanding and agreement the item would be shipped to arrive at my residence on 11-**-14. I spoke with someone on the telephone on 11-**-and again confirmed the item would be shipped to arrive at my residence on 11-**-14. When it did not arrive on the *** I called and was told it was shipping that very day. I called on the *** and was told it had not shipped but would be out by the end of the week. For them to say this was my fault is pure nonsense. They tried to blame the delay on the weather but it was not snowing on the *** when it should of shipped. This company either did not have the item to ship or they are amazingly incompetent. It is 12-**-and I still don't have the item although they have allegedly shipped it. At best it will be delivered three weeks after the twice agreed upon arrival date. ***, the *** ***, tried to tell me they don't guarantee shipping dates but two different employees gave me a firm date

I had tried lots of recliner sofa's in different stores and decided that toletta is the one I wantI found out I made the right choice when the sofa was delivered yesterday but to my disbelief the fabric is torn at couple of places and looks like it will give away at a 3rd place as wellSee attached picsI am highly disappointed with the damageThe sofa in itself is very comfortableOnly if I had got an undamaged piece I would be rating it stars for sureI would recommend to buy it but then the damaged delivery is something you should account forI have shopped at *** *** *** *** and more, big or small brand customer satisfaction should be the top prioritySince I got it yesterday I want to see how appliance connection provides customer serviceWill update the review very soon as to did they provide a damage free item

After reviewing the complaint we have emailed the third party trucking company in regards to the issueThe order was set up for standard delivery which does not include haul away of debris from customers locationAs a one time courtesy we can go ahead and offer reward point of added to our
