At this time, I have not been contacted by AppliancesConnection.com regarding complaint ID ***. I have contacted them (which took several hours, over several days), and after ridiculous hold times, being hung
up on, etc, I was told they are not going to do anything about my complaint, and they closed my compliant online. I have since had issues with the microwave they delivered, as several parts were broken, and this, to remains unresolved. I would recommend staying away from this companyI even tried emailing people directly, and received no responses

Terrible, dishonest company...My order " shipped " but didn't arrive for nearly weeks later, this fraud Co is Selling damaged merchandise, (concealed ) so you don't know by looking at the packageThen when you call to complain you can't, you have to submit email and they offer me $to keep it as is when I paid over $500, the door won't close properly, frame is bentI read many reviews after on this awful company, I won't stop until my refund is received

I would never order from them againI don't care what someone paid for I did not pay for there trash from the whole day to be thrown on my property I have had to spend $dollars, trips to the local transit station to get rid of itWhy would I want to invite for the company to comeback to my property and dump more trash in my woods? Especially a company that's claiming you have to pay them not to dump trash in your woodsI would have been more then happy to take any trash that belonged to the couch if they would have asked but not throw all there trash in my woods

Upon reviewing the complaint we do apologize for any inconvenient the delay may have caused , the customer placed an order for appliances which some of them like the FiveStar cooktop is special order ,However, the entire order is ready to leave with *** , tracking information
will follow up in the next 24-48hrs

Please be advise that we have come into an agreement to resolve the issue and the customer accepted our agreement, below is copy of the resolution we have set forth to resolve the issues :1- We have issued the customer $credit 2- Provided the customer with 10yrs extended warranty value of $each for the washer and dryer purchased

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They may reel you in for a cheaper price than the other competitor, but you may end up paying even heavier price later If you EVER have to return or need support on your purchase, EVEN IF IT’S THEIR FAULT, you will end up paying very hefty price for it especially if you are an out of state or online purchaser
They will not hesitate to sell you the returned or the opened items to you as newAnd if you ever have to return it for those reasons they still make money off of you for a restocking feeAnd YES, you will have to pay for your own shipping as well
I recently purchased an oven that have returned item written all over the box with the bill of lading number from the previous purchaser Top of the box was caved in and duct tape was used to reseal the box They told me to return the item on my dime…if I wanted to return it for a refund; they will deduct additional 10%!!!
Also, they will not honor the price drip on their own website unless you cancel the order well ahead of the delivery day They will not price match you even on the day of the delivery!!! If you get your merchandise on Friday afternoon and you see that the price has dropped 20% you are out of luck…because support close early and don’t work on weekends
Another lesson learned from trying to save little money! I’m sure not all of their merchandises are second quality, but is it worth the taking a chance? I’ll be shopping from *** from now on and taking the AC price to *** because they will PRICE MATCH! Buying a major appliance experience ought to be a good and I just hope no one else have to go through the same thing I did

Per our return policy any return is subject to 10% restocking fee and less shipping and handling
The customer requested an RA to return Garbage
Disposer he purchased through us, per his request we have processed and emailed him the return number
The customer has agreed and sign on the RAOur policy listed on the website prior to placing the order
In order to bring this matter to full satisfaction we have waived all the fees associated with this return and emailed the customer a new RMA reflecting FULL REFUND
Kindly , update your record and close the case

Upon reviewing the complaint the customer had placed an order for an item which wasn’t available for immediate shipping ,the replacement model which was available for shipping its more expensive being its different configuration ,unfortunately we can’t match the price since the item cost more
,customer request to cancel the order .per the customer’s request the order was cancelled and FULL refund was issued

I placed an order on December *, and received an email that furniture (couch set) was ton arrive on Dec **I have had to contact Alliance Connection timessage since placing order because they fail to tell me that my order will actually not arrive until January **...hopefully called this morning upset and demanding get answers to an illiterate rude numerous ignorant excuses as to why AP has no been proactive in communications with me regarding the continuous delay of my furniture The supposed manager Calvin B*** had thug mentality and harassed me by calling me xs after I hung up on him out of frustration I woukd never recommend this company idea to extended delay of product, poor cimmunization and lack of apathy for the customer

Worst buying experience EVER! They delivered a frig and stove that was damaged (I think it was shipped that way because there was no damage to the boxes or wrapping) and they gave me the runaround for over a month The shipping company told me that I could not refuse the items, and to instead contact AP That was on August **, and it is now October **, and nothing came of itI had to file a claim with PP and it is still pending Meanwhile, I can't rent my apartment, and I had to order appliances with another company These people are scammers, and they should be in jail!

That is completely inaccurate and they know itGiven that they admit in their own messages to me on their website that they never shipped the second chair. I had three orders with themThe first order was deliveredThe second was cancelled at their request because theRe was a "processing error"The third order is the order described in my complaint itThat order was NEVER canceled by meThe promised endlessly to deliver the chair, offering excuse after excuses for the three month delayIn the end I was finally refunded by *** after I filed a claim against this companyThey made no effort to either deliver the chair or to refund me and niw, just to add insult to injury, they lie about what happenedHere is a copy of my last message from their customers service agent, it paints a very different picture of what happened:
