I purchased a $dresser from Appliances Connection, well, because they had the lowest price overall I never had any issues with their communication and received my dresser a few days ago No damage or other issues with it Shipping time was about a week and a half (pretty quick) even though it was ordered from the manufacturer I would recommend them

Great experience buying washer and dryer! Highly recommend!

Change you over 200$ to cancel an orderThis is not mentioned at all on their website, they just make it upStay away from this company, customer service is horrible

Please update your records about this complaint , we have attempted several times to issue credit for the return sofa , the credit didn’t go through due to the disputed was filed by the card holder We highly recommend the customer to close the dispute once we get access to the account we will be able to process the credit

Although this not an error on our end as the description been copied from the manufacturer site , as a one time curtsey we will issue credit in the amount of $please allow 3-days for the credit to get processed

Our records indicate that this matter has been resolved we have reached an agreement to credit the customer 30% off of the unit price, Although the customer had signed clear of damages and the shipping company denied the damage
claim stating the receiver inspected and signed clear of damages .below is copy of the email we received from the customer confirming our agreement:

How will I receive this credit? Will the credit card I made my purchase with be credited back?

I have never had such a bad experience with a company as I did with Appliance connectionIt has been over months now and I never received the couch I ordered and paid them over dollarsThe shipping date was changed times over the month time span until I had finally had enoughEvery time I called I got a different answer and none that correctly explained where the couch was, it even wen t as far one person said it got lost in transitNever the less I finally said cancel it and refund my money, then it became every excuse on why my refund was being delayed
Now the current issue that is still on going with appliance connection, I received a television from this company that was brokenI called appliance connection back and told them it was broke and they made me go through this ridiculous process to prove that it was brokeni told them to get the shipping company back out here to pick it back up, weeks later they finally put in the order, and the only reason it got done then was because I called the shipping company and they did a way call to appliance connection to find out why an order has not been placed for pick upOn that phone call I refused to get off the phone until they put in the order to the shipping companyFinally within a week the shipping company picked up the broke television, it is now weeks later and I still have not received my refund for the television, I have called multiple times and they are making every excuse why it is taking so long
Consumer beware of appliance connection, they are class act scam artists!

I will never order from this company again!! I ordered a king storage bed on July *** and it took weeks to get it! Ridiculous, I think, considering it was in stockSo after I receive it weeks later it comes with one of the drawers damagedCustomer service is terrible at getting back with you...in fact most of the time they don't, you have to keep contacting themTo top everything off, they sent me an email to write a review and because it was negative they didn't post itThat doesn't seem right to me to only post the positivesI consider that advertising because nobody can read the TRUE reviewsStay clear of this place

I received a damaged ottoman that did arrive on time However, it arrived poorly packaged & damaged (tears & scuffs) in multiple places, not to mention rickety construction The ottoman is a reputable name brand, and did not arrive as structurally sound as it would have directly from the manufacturer I contacted Appliances Connection immediately & have been given the run around for weeks now, despite their "hassle-free" return/exchange policy

This is regards to complaint filed against Appliances Connection for order #***China hutch delivered was damaged so I refused delivery
I thought it was returned to them for exchange but it was not the caseSame hutch was brought back with promise of sending 'furniture doctor' to make repairs and giving me a check because of damage
Now I'm being told my phone number does not work and that I have to pay to have it repaired and Appliances Connection will reimburse meConsidering the length of time it has taken to this point, I do not see them reimbursing me at allAll I ask is for a refund of $(two hundred) so I can have it repaired and have no further dealings with this company.

we do apologize the customer received one of the chairs missing the cushion , we have contacted the manufacturer regarding the missing cushion , the manufacturer did ship the cushion twice but according to the customer he received the wrong color or the wrong size , the manufacturer is waiting on shipment of the correct cushion to arrive from overseas early May , upon receiving of the correct cushion it will ship to the customer
please accept our apologizes we are following up with the manufacturer for an update on the missing cushion

The online shopping experience is very good - the price and quality is extremely competitive with other online store options Delivery was prompt and no issues - the appliance is in excellent working condition and exactly what we wanted

They are unprofessional special there management crew they are lies

I ordered a sectional on *** and was told it would ship ***, then ***It did ship *** however now days later I have no sectional and no update from the carrier or Appliances Connection even though I have inquired daily since ***They completely ignore my open support tickets and e-mails I paid $for express 4-day shipping, which they also refuse to credit I would never do business with these people, extremely poor customer service

I would never order from them againI don't care what someone paid for I did not pay for there trash from the whole day to be thrown on my property I have had to spend $dollars, trips to the local transit station to get rid of itWhy would I want to invite for the company to comeback to my property and dump more trash in my woods? Especially a company that's claiming you have to pay them not to dump trash in your woodsI would have been more then happy to take any trash that belonged to the couch if they would have asked but not throw all there trash in my woods

Even though the damage was not notated on the bill of lading, we gave the option for the customer to return the unit to receive a full refundThe customer refusedWe gave the customer an option to keep the unit as is for a damage credit, the customer refused. We are unfortunately unable to go further than the $credit we had offered the customer as an act of good will as we have tried processing the insurance claim for this product several times and was denied. Since the policies were not followed, we are both at a loss- we had offered the customer what we could- the difference between what the customer paid and an offer of credit that is higher than the profit we made on this unitPlease ask the customer to accept our offer and close this case. Customer received this order from the trucking carrier on 10/**/At the time of delivery customer was not on the premises, the delivery drivers were instructed by security where to leave the packagesWhite glove could not be performedThe unit ordered was left in the boxes it came in, as
white glove does not include assembly of the unitThe cost of white glove was already refunded as customer requested on 10/**/As per our company policy, an authorized adult has to be present at the time of the delivery, which was scheduled with the customer for time and date prior to deliveryAs this order was signed for free and clear of damages, we had tried to file claims against the trucking carrier but the claims were denied as no damages were noted on the proof of delivery, as attachedOur email correspondence with the customer states instructions to have authorized adult present to inspect the unit prior to signing for the deliveryRegardless of how the damage was inflicted, we are willing to offer the customer the following options:Part replacement of damaged parts with a year extended furniture warranty to keep the unit as isKeep the unit as is for a substantial damage allowance creditReturn the unit to us for a full refund, as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was already issuedWe can schedule a trucking carrier to pick up the unit on behalf of the customer to return the unit for a refund less the shipping feesPlease reach out to us, as we are willing to work with the customer in resolving this matter as soon as possibleThank you for your time and consideration
