accessory part for the actual machine- it is not the entire machineAs we stated to you, we can sell you not only 3, but as many as you want- but this will not be the entire machine, it is the swivel joint. I apologize sincerely if you were led to believe you were going to buy a $1,for $It explicitly states it is the swivel joint for the unit only, not the entire unit.If you still want the product- we will be happy to sell you the swivel joint, or the entire unit. After being referred to Appliances Connection by a family member, my wife and I decided to purchase a washing machine from the websiteOnce the order processed, I began tracking the packageThen, I noticed the package sat in the same warehouse for a few daysI called AC about the issue, and they informed me that they don't ship to my area (Southern Maryland), and they had to get another trucking company to deliver the washerIt's been over two weeks from the original ship date, and I have yet to be contacted by the new delivery company to set up a delivery timeI am currently waiting to hear back from the delivery company via emailI am disappointed in how AC allowed me to purchase an appliance without informing me they don't ship to my area or about the extended delivery timeAlso, when I was told about the alternate trucking company, their was no apology on AC's part or attempt to make things right

It is pointless to debate with this company Potential customers can review their Revdex.com claims and other reviews online and come to their own conclusion about whether they want to deal with the hassle They are willing to damage future business with potential customers by refusing to provide a $refund for my out of pocket costs to ship back a defective out of the box appliance Take from that what you will
I have the complete record of correspondence regarding the return with the company agreeing to provide a refund for a defective (upon receipt) washer I followed the manufacturer's service policy and the tech rep who came out said that it was non-repairable, which I also indicated to this company, but due to Maytag's policies parts needed to be ordered to attempt a repair The parts were ordered in January - guess when they finally came in? months later in May after the washer was returned It is unreasonable to wait five months for a repair of a defective washer because of policies such as this company's Even the Maytag repair person shook his head when I relayed this story.

I do not think appliance connection cares about the issues besides the repair and I question if they are even understanding or reading these messages This is not resolved just because they paid to have this item fixed (which they didn't pay in full until I contacted Revdex.com) they are acting as if there were no other issues we had over the many months I have been dealing with this I hope that the Revdex.com understands and can see now that they do not seem to care about how they treat and handle their costumers I have sent message after message describing the issues that have gone above and beyond just fixing the item I could repeat it again but at least it is logged here so I should not have to They seem to have no remorse for making people waste their time and money on issues (not just taking forever to fix something) they never should have had to deal with in the first place I understand that mistakes happen but at least show you don't want to make the customer go though all I had to I have never contacted the Revdex.com with any other business before which should say a lot and I mostly write good reviews about companies and ones that were not that good I just left alone I have maybe written or bad reviews in my life and have done many good reviews and have gone out of my way to called business to say what a pleasure it was working with them.This seems to be going no wear if I have to communicate with this business You know most of the facts with all the issues appliance connection has caused so I leave it to the Revdex.com to make their decision I have looked at appliance connection rating from Revdex.com (which is a F) and have read the reviews I hope after all is said and done appliance connection will at least learn from their mistakes so this doesn't happen to any other costumers.Thank you

Upon reviewing the complaint the appliances ordered have been delivered in two separate shipment , the refrigerator was delivered on 06/**/14, and the stove was delivered on 07/**/14. it has come to our attention that the stove has been refused due to damage but our service and parts department spoke to the customer and offered to repair the stove and have it redelivered , the shipping company will contact the customer to redeliver the stove .

I see all the negative reviews for this place, but I ordered a GE cooktop from their website, and it arrived on time and in the condition promised. I have zero complaints, but didn't have any interaction with their customer service.
