the last response from the customer stated its immaterial to sign for the goods ,we ship the merchandise fully insured we have emailed the customer times prior to delivery stressing the fact of inspecting the product at the time of delivery , signing the product free and clear limit our ability to file for damage claim however , in order to maintain customer satisfaction we are willing to credit the customer in FULL once the item is returned , we have processed and emailed the customer RMA (return authorization number ) to return the item for FULL refund

Our records indicate this matter has been resolved we have contacted the manufacturer, service has been scheduled on 01/**/Please note this stove was delivered on 12/**/the customer signed for
it clear of damage, the customer called us on 12/**/to report damage to the stove ordered , the photos we received showing the stove has been installed , nevertheless we contacted the manufacturer and schedule service to fix the stove Kindly , update your record and close the case

Upon reviewing the complaint, the issues presented have been resolved we have shipped new washer and the defective washer has been picked up on the same day 10/**/

Ordered a new dishwasher The price was very competitive and the shipping was fast and free The first place I will come in the future when buying more appliances

Upon reviewing the complaint the customer stated in his complaint that he returned the unit in brand new condition and never used it ,then he said it was broken and defective , then he mentioned the unit is noisy ,it seems the matter at hand is buyer
remorse the customer changed his mind when the product delivered , we have arranged with the shipping company to pickup the product , once the item returned refund has been issued as a greed

This is all FraudThey told me the return shipping is $and when I return it they said its way return, so it will be $and they "kindly" said they waived the restocking fee when they didn't even mention it and the box was unopenedI cannot believe this

Awful, awful company There service department is rude and very unhelpful Ordered furniture weeks ago and we still cannot get a delivery date from them Do yourself a HUGE favor and shop somewhere, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with

We have emailed the customer return authorization number as he requested to return the chairs we have yet to receive the chairs , upon receiving the chairs we will process and issue the credit

The BOL that I signed indicated that the walls were damaged. The delivery company does know what happened. As I bought the item from appliancesconnection, they are the responsible party. As I have explained to them, they can either pay me directly ($500) to get this fixed or they can have their insurance company contact me so this can be handled professionaly.

Upon reviewing the complaint our records indicate we have issued refund in the amount we received from the manufacturer *** , the credit amount issued is less “wear and tear “ and less shipping we can’t control
the manufacturer in this matter .However , in an effort to resolve this issue we are willing to ship replacement unit for the same amount of the credit had been issued

The customer placed an online order for GE stove the order was processed and shipped , at the time of delivery customer refused it stating the stove is less quality than her older stove ,since we shipped what the customer ordered a refund issued less restocking and less shipping

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I believe I have no other choice then to find that this resolution, at the bare minimum is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedHowever this in no way represents the amount of the countless hours that I have had to put into this effort since March in an effort to get to this point for which I will not receive any compensation when with Appliances Connection it was all done within their business practicesAlso this does not take into consideration the second breakdown of the refrigerator which occurred prior to their refund or any notice to me that they voided my warranties and therefore should have also been honored by the Extended Warranty companyBecause now, as a result of Appliances Connection unscrupulous business practices I am left with a refrigerator that has a malfunctioning defrosting system and have no Extended Warranty in which to address the defectAppliances Connection should be barred from conducting business in the manner in which they are allowed to do without any fear of retributionIts disgusting and is unfair to the consumer.I am not very happy with the way I was treated and dealt with by Appliances Connection but feed I have wasted enough of my life to have to deal with them any further and grudging accept their offer

This company is a scam If there is ANY hiccup in your product/order, you will be STUCK with it In my case, defective/damaged items, I called to report/replace, they LAUGHED at me over the phone I've never dealt with such a lack of regard for customer service DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY
