resolved because:
The business has contacted us to remove the claim but refused to honor the full credit that they have originally offered.  This is very upsetting because it is now taken 4 months and it's as if they are toying with us.  Please help!  Thank you.

No complaints. Appliances arrived in a week or so as promised, no visible damage seen. Prices were competitive.

As per your request, we have reinstated the hutch replacement. From the manufacturer as the one that was in stock during the transgression of this complaint was shipped out since a confirmation was not given:"We apologize for the multiple delays, we have experienced significant problems with our old manufacturer. We now have the factory under new management and feel confident we will not have any more delays. Now that the containers have started shipping, the products will be back in stock very soon.
The replacement hutch is currently out of stock but it is estimated to arrive at our Riverside, CA warehouse 05-[redacted]-17. We still have the replacement order in our system. See attached. We have been out of stock on the hutch since August 2016. I know that is an excruciating amount of time, but we cannot ship product we do not have.

This is the first time my email was even mentioned and I received an actual answer with information regarding my claim. Thanks for accepting the fact that I HAVE emailed you ASAP and this was the very first interaction you have received from me regarding the delivery. I emailed with one main cancellation reasons and stated the fact you sell the same sofa for a higher price to someone that is still waiting for a delivery. Bad practice. If you know how to read you can clearly see that the  MAIN reason the delivery was the fact that you did not schedule it 24 hrs in advance and I was unable to accept it!  I don't know how this can even go back in forth. They themselves just attached the proof that I have cancelled it for THEIR delivery reasons. I refuse to keep this going. Not a good business practice at all. I can only hope that others read this complaint and don't even dare to order from you. If they can't accept the order due to delivery issues on your end, you just try to blame it on the customer, charge them and completely ignore facts that you have right in front of your eyes. Worst business I have ever had to deal with.

upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addressed as follow :
we have contacted the manufacturer and ordered the correct part ,the manufacturer mistakenly shipped the wrong size part , we have contacted the manufacturer again to make sure the correct parts get...

shipped to the customer , the manufacturer is on back order for the parts and it will ship shortly .
the latest update we received in regards to these parts that should be available on 08/**/14.
we do apologize for the delay and will make sure the parts get shipped via express shipping .

We purchased 6 Samsung appliances through Appliance Connection. We also purchase the 5 year warranties for each appliance. The customer service representatives were all very helpful and nice. Yes, it does take several weeks to get the appliances but it's worth the wait for the savings. We're getting ready to build a house and went ahead and ordered the appliances. We're in no hurry to use them due to construction. They went into storage upon delivery. We checked everything out for shipping damage and all was good and then, we signed off on the appliances. The two delivery guys from A&M were very helpful and knowledgeable of what they were suppose to do. We are VERY pleased with our overall experience with Appliance Connection. We would have no problem ordering from them in the future. Thanks again for a smooth transaction and delivery of such a BIG order.

Customer service was great! I gave them the dimensions available for installing a glass stovetop and they were able to show me, online, the options available to me. I purchased the stovetop. It arrived in a timely manner and in one piece. Can't ask for much more. Thanks Appliance Connection!

They continue to refuse to pickup the dryer and refund us the $689 we paid for the dryer. They told me they will pickup the dryer and give us a full refund if we drop the complaint with Revdex.com and withdraw our dispute over the charge with [redacted]. They claimed they were sending you a letter to confirm they we would process the refund and pickup the dryer[redacted] has strongly suggested that I do not withdraw from the dispute or my complaint with Revdex.com until Appliance Connection has picked up the dryer from our home and refunded my [redacted] card for the purchase. This merchant has done everything to avoid handling this issue. Lots of e-mails and a few calls but no real action other than avoidance. They are not ethical.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it as long as the business can: - Process the refund of $200 to the original form of payment within 30 days.     If the business cannot refund it to the original form of payment, then they can mail a check to the address where the bed was delivered within 30 days.  (They should be able to provide a tracking number for the check in order to avoid further delays)- Send the leather repair kit to the address where the bed was delivered within 30 days. Thank you,

Our customer has advised us that the motor on the unit had went out .We have replaced and shipped out the motor  under the manufacture  and scheduled an authorized tech to go out and replace the motor for our customer. They technician as been advised that our mutual customer did receive...

the part and have reached out to set up service date and time.

Worst consumer experience I've ever had.
1. Ordered wall oven online, after continued delays, it arrived 5 weeks later.
2. It arrived damaged, with a large dent in the bottom.
3. I immediately filed a claim & called, the customer service rep was rude & said I needed to pay for them to come pick up the unit.
4. They indicated the cost for pickup would be $220
5. I pointed out their return policy indicates a cost of 0.75/pound which would have been $82.50 not $220.
6. They said the 'fine print' said 'estimated return cost'. I looked & found no fine print that said this.
7. They said I needed to upload the photos again even though they were clearly attached to the ticket. This made no sense but I complied.
8. I decided to return the oven myself via [redacted] it costs me $150, this was on June [redacted].
9. It was delivered on June 29th, they requested time to review the return.
10. They finally responded on July [redacted]. After holding on the phone forever, Calvin came on from the "billing" department. He was incredibly rude & said I shouldn't have tried to save money by shipping [redacted] it was damaged further upon arrival.
11. He asked me to create an insurance claim with [redacted] When I told him I would do that and send [redacted]the pictures I took of the oven before it was shipped, he got even more rude.
12. On July [redacted], I asked them to make sure the unit was ready for pickup by [redacted] They said they would.
13. As of August [redacted], [redacted]had tried to inspect or pick up the oven 6 times and Appliances Connection had not made the oven available any of the six times, after saying they would on multiple occasions.
14. After the [redacted] unsuccessful attempt to pickup the oven, [redacted]cancelled the claim.
14. I called on August [redacted] & talked to Nutsa. When I told her about the [redacted]problem, she said my refund had been processed on July [redacted] to my [redacted] account. I looked & it wasn't there. I asked her to make sure, she put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back & said yes, it had been processed, please call [redacted] to confirm.
15. I called [redacted], they were very nice & worked with me to call Appliances Connection back together on a 3 way call. After 15 more minutes on hold, Max came on & said the refund hadn't been processed because of the damage by [redacted]
This has been an incredible waste of my time & the worst buying experience I've ever had. Please don't use this business, they are not only incompetent, but will delay, delay, charge you extra & do whatever they can not to pay a refund.
I am lucky that I paid with [redacted], they helped me get the refund finally, but Appliances Connection was never any help. If I hadn't used [redacted], I would be out $1000 dollars.

Due to a lack of action on the part of the company in question, this complaint is still open. They are asking that I update reviews and close a complaint before they actually refund the money owed to me. They have proven through months of bad business, threats of suit over reviews, and unfaithful practices that they cannot be trusted. Thus this complaint is still open and all reviews stand as is until the money has been refunded to my credit card. Thanks!

[redacted], please be advised this matter has been resolved we found there was a system error we have fixed the error and issue the credit for the full amount ,customer is aware of the refund being issued .   I want touch base with you regarding your credit , upon reviewing your order we found an error in the system , the error has been fixed a refund in the amount of $244.9 has been posted to your account on 10/**/15. Upon reviewing the complaint the customer was well aware of the product ordered is specialty item and only build to order, on 07/**/2014 when the customer called to place the order we have emailed him an estimate shipping date for...

08/**/2014, we have kept updating the status whatever the manufacturer sent us an update, the stove was shipped on 09/**/2014 and delivered on 09/**/2014.
