I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseTh  
 The defects could not of been noted at the time of delivery-period.  I don't understand why your company is trying to make it out that I am at fault for not inspecting the furniture at the time of delivery.  I DID look at the furniture to best of my ability.  Your delivery company would NOT place the furniture in my house.  Also, I have noted a couple times that the chair WHICH IS DEFECTIVE was in TWO PIECES when it arrived at my house.  The delivery company would not stay while I assembled the chair and I had NO WAY of knowing that the chair was DEFECTIVE until is was assembled. PERIOD.  So, the fact is, it doesn't matter if I looked at the furniture or not while the delivery company was at my house.  I didn't know that the chair was DEFECTIVE until it was ASSEMBLED and at that time I made contact with your company to notify them that the chair was DEFECTIVE.  So, I don't see that it is my fault in any way.  As far as the sofa, the delivery company would not bring the sofa in my house for me to look at it.  They would only put it in my garage!  I could not see the under side of the sofa in the garage!  I could only see the top and the sides.  You are not being fair about this situation.  And as far as the technician, he NEVER COMPLETED ANY WORK.  I have the email from him for the ONE VISIT he made to my house.  He never worked on my sofa and he never fixed my chair.  He ordered material for the chair and the sofa.  He never came back to my house.  Your company stated that they would pay me to have someone come out to fix it.  I have the documentation and I will be happy to take this evidence to the appropriate people if necessary to prove my point.  Your technician is lying in his report.  It has NOTHING to do about meeting my STANDARDS.  The work was NEVER completed.  The furniture was defective in the first place and should be replaced if your company is as reputable as you state.  I will not pay to ship this furniture back to you and I will not accept your 30 day time frame.  It's honestly ridiculous for the consumer to have to pay shipping for defective merchandise.  Facts are facts, the chair could not have been noted defective at the time of delivery nor could the sofa/sectional.  That's the point here.  Your company fails to see that point.  You need to realize that you sent defective merchandise to the consumer and the consumer in no way could of known until later.  It's not that difficult to figure this out.  It has nothing to do with me having help putting the furniture together, or the technician, or really anything else.  The furniture was defective and it was noted as soon as I could note it.  There was no way to note the defects on time of delivery. PERIOD  I attached a picture of the back of the chair which show how the fabric does NOT line up correctly.  The chair came in two pieces when delivered.  There was not anyway to know that this was a defect until the chair was put together.  Again, the delivery company was not going to wait for me to assemble the pieces.  Also, there is a picture of the bottom of the sectional/sofa which show staples in the leather!  Again, I could not see this until I had the furniture INSIDE my house.  The delivery company REFUSED to put sectional/sofa in my house.

After reviewing the complaint we do see that the 10 year major component warranty  was mailed out to them back in 2013 and that needed to be registered within 30 days. The customer did call back close to three years later and indicating that the warranty company needed the membership...

number  it seems as per the warranty company that the warranty was never registered. We did try and help the customer and get them another set of membership numbers and because the invoice date was from 2013 they could not register his product.  We as a company did mail it out and they needed to mail it to the warranty company so it can be registered . Thus we are not liable for any costs incurred by the customer due to the warranty not being registered. The  warranty that they have not registered is only for major component and does not include labor so if the customer refuses to pay for the labor that is the customers liability. If the customer still has any further questions or concerns please have them reach me at [redacted].

There only damage to the stove other than what was reported and I did everything the customer service rep told me to do, including the RMA number she gave me to put outside the box, which had to be in it's original packaging which wasn't much, the stove was shipped from Appliance connections with out any protection to the range, they just slid it out the box and the box was damaged and tattered upon delivery. Let it be know this company will not refund the full amount only a partial in my case $368.89 was deducted from the amount $1,689.00. Don't buy from this company CHEAP MERCHANDISE

They have not responded to my complaint, but my order has been cancelled. They received my refrigerator 5...

weeks past its expected arrival time, and then dropped it off of the loading dock when moving it to the shipping truck (4 days later than it was supposed to ship). Since the time I placed my order, the refrigerator has been discontinued, so they cannot replace it. As a result, after over 5 weeks of struggling with them, they cancelled my order with no apologies or inclination to do something for the customer who has been suffering through this for over a month. Absolutely would not order from this business again, and would warn others not to either.

I have never had a worse experience with online shopping in my life than this one. I purchased an amazing sofa online which would have been the perfect addition to our family time evenings, it would have made my family complete. My wife and I were ecstatic every night we would check the order status hoping this week was the week we would all be able to sit together for the first time. And then the news came not only were we never going to get the sofa but the sofa never existed. We were scammed out if our money and hopes. I can explain to my children that I will get my money back for this but how do I explain to them that they should trust [redacted] in the future? I know I never will and I don't see a reason my children should and nor should yours. Merry Xmas.

I ordered a dishwasher a week ago. 6 days later, I received an email at 9:30 am on Monday morning for delivery for that same day for the window of 10 - 4 p.m. I was not contacted by phone prior to the email or after the email. I was already at work when I received the email. I called Appliances Connection to schedule the delivery for Wed. Their customer service said they would provide me with an update by end of day. No one called or email me with an update. I spent another 36 minutes on the phone in the evening talking to a different representative only to get the response of we will update you first thing in the morning. I did not get an update. I called again & received the same answer. I then requested to cancel my order but I was told they can only do that after they can confirm cancellation w the delivery company?! So now I have to wait to cancel order (i don't want to place another order w a different company just in case they come back with some crazy reason...)

[I'm not aware of ever receiving the stated response that the warranty company would pay for shipping to a service center, the last message that I recall getting was that I would have to uninstall the appliance and carry it to a service center and once the appliance was repaired I would have to go get it and reinstall it.  As the appliance was broken for an extended period of time and that I received notice from the Revdex.com that they were going to close the complaint because they hadn't heard back from the company and there was no indication from the warranty company that they would honor the on-site service warranty, I have seen replaced the appliance.  The long and short of it is that the warranty that was sold was misrepresented.]

I ordered a sofa from this company and the delivery service they contract with is EXTREMELY unprofessional and incapable. First of, they are not actually a furniture delivery service. They have no idea how to tilt furniture pieces to bring them through the door. Secondly, they only knew approximately three phrases in English, which made it impossible to instruct them on tilting the sofa. Third, after the company assured me before I purchased the unit that all I would need to pay if I returned it was delivery costs (which they confirmed were free given the amount of my purchase). However, when the awful delivery service had no idea what they were doing, and I had to send it back, I actually had to pay $200 for return shipping and restocking. The "customer service" representative told me I was lucky she was nice, and she could have charged me twice that amount. Do NOT buy from this disingenuous company. They will rob you.

Our records indicate the customer called us the day of delivery for the washer & dryer ordered asking to exchange the dryer, as he noticed that the dryer he ordered doesn’t have a stain steel drum , please be advise the customer made his decision when he called to order this very washer and dryer, below is copy of the email was sent to confirm the Model of the washer and dryer ordered, the email clearly stated that ONLY the washer has a stain steel drum , the customer has the right to exchange the unit, therefore we provided the customer RA# to return the unit for either refund or exchange at his preferences, as of this date we have yet to receive the unit .

I made the error in deciding to purchase a washer dryer set from Appliances connection. I was able to find a wide variety or products and prices were good and also with rebates that made my decision easy. So I placed my order then my issues started.
1) despite the web page said that the item was in stock, I did not get a shipping notification till 3 weeks later
2) When freight showed up at my house they only has the washer, no dryer.
3) After many calls they said they will send another dryer out. I decided not to get it and opted to get a refund.
4) at this point I had lost the rebate time and did not get the rebates
5) It took over 1 year to get my money back and only because I opened a formal dispute with my credit card company.
details of these conversations are horrific and such a shady company.
You can get the same deals even better at your local harware stores like [redacted] and [redacted] with better customer service.

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues presented have been addresses as follow :

I purchased a high end microwave from this company about a year ago and everything was perfect including speed of shipment, quality and of course price. As such, I just purchased a pair of LG front loading washing machines and pedistals on June [redacted]. All I can say is, " What a difference a year makes". I purchased machines that were available on a quick ship according to AP however that might be a quick ship to some other country or planet because my machines sat on their shipping dock for no less than 2 weeks waiting for a shipping company to pick them up. I have called AP no less than 5 times over the last few weeks to inform them that the machines had not yet been picked up by the shipping company. Each time I speak to someone they tell me they will do something and then they don't follow through; no phone calls and no e-mail replies. Each time I call I get a automatic e-mail stating that they hope my question or concern has been mitigated. LOL
Hence, I now have $3K worth of appliances that just sat on their loading dock for over two weeks. By the time I might receive these, assuming they are not damaged, it will have been over a month from the original purchase date. I wished I had just purchased these from BB and had them in my home already even though I would have paid an extra $1400 for the two machines.
I guess I should also say as a comparison to AP that I just recently purchased a set of 6 Telescope Patio Chairs which are custom made. From the time these chairs were custom built, it took Telescope just under five days to get them to my door and they are located in Granville NY. The fifth day was my fault because I was not available to receive them so actually it was four days from NY to Houston. Now that is a company who knows how to do it right!
Sometimes; saving money can cause more headaches than the savings is worth. I will update this review if and when my machines actually show up.

The sofa was picked up over 2 months ago now and I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card. I also still have my dispute open with my credit card. I have asked multiple times for a full refund and also a letter that they will fully refund me. I have yet to receive either. I hope this issue can be resolved asap.
