I purchased an LG dishwasher (LG LDF7774ST 24" ENERGY STAR Fully-Integrated Dishwasher)from [redacted], and the purchase went great! Not only did I get the dishwasher at a better price than I could find elsewhere, but there was also $100 rebate on the dishwasher that made it even more affordable! Purchasing was easy, and the shipping/delivery (I got free in-home delivery) went smoothly. Dishwasher arrived in mint condition, and I have been completely pleased with my purchase. I would recommend [redacted] and would definitely shop there again

per the manufacturer policy if they cant fix the issue after 3 repairs they will exchanged it at no cost to the customer.
we can dispatch the tech again if the customer agree.

I am so picky so you don't hear this from me often but I would 100% recommend Appliance Connections to anyone! I absolutely loved my bedroom set! The pictures online don't do it justice! I have had my fair share of issues with customer service and ordering from other companies in the past but trust me when I say this company had awesome customer service! Both Richard and Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy costumer! I seriously have never been treated so kindly and felt like a priority! I was so skeptical at first, I mean being that the furniture was lower priced than other furniture stores, I was waiting for something to go wrong. Im just the paranoid person who always has the worst luck!!! But Richard and Eric both reassured me everything would be ok and helped me every step of the process from the purchase date to the day I received my furniture. Thank you so much Richard and Eric! Companies depend on people like you to make sure their customers have a great purchasing experience! You guys rock! And companies strive because of people that work for them like you guys! I shopped around and found Appliances Connection to be the cheapest place to get my new range. They were cheaper than all my local stores and there is no sales tax it was a win win!

Had ordered a washer from this place and did not get a tracking number until 15 days later, the washer was barely leaving from the shipper's place. Not to mention that it also said the estimated arrival time is 7 to 10 days later. I think that is going to be still okay even it is going to take 25 days for the washer to be delivered. I have specifically requested in home delivery because I am working mostly day time and my wife and kids are not capable to move the washer. When I placed in the order on line it does not give me any response and I made sure that it is marked in home delivery because I knew I will not be home when the washer arrive. I do not get off until 10:30 pm because of my shift. When I got the tracking number from this place on my e-mail, it is marked as curb side delivery. I just think that they had made a mistake and called customer service to try to correct it. What I got was I should read the fine print before I order the washer and said that they reserve the right to change it to curb side delivery if the service is not available for the area. The female representative also told me that I can call the trucking company to request for in home delivery for extra charge? They offer free in home delivery on the web site and now they ask me to call their shipping company to request for in home delivery for extra charge and than they said the service is not available for where I live and said because it is a remote area. I have to call their shipping company to request that service when they offered it when I ordered the product? Not available but can be done for extra CHARGE ? I live in El Paso Texas inside the city which is the fourth largest city in Texas and ranked number 19 biggest city in US and they called that a remote area? I started to get upset and said that this is bs. The female representative said that I should not use that language and said I was rude. Of course I am rude because they said one thing and than an other which is really all a bunch of bull [redacted]. Than suddenly a male voice cut in and said he is the supervisor of the call center and said that if I do not want the washer, I can cancel the order and just to agitate me more that he said the same WASHER IS ON SALE NOW FOR 200 dollars more for what I paid for and be glad to sell that somebody else if I do not want it. Further more because El Paso ( the 19 biggest city in US) is a remote area, he is doing a one time courtesy a favor to delivery the washer. Hen also claimed that if anyone call back to the calling center, he will tell the customer that this review I am writing is all lies. I hung up on him and said this place of business is deceptive. He even call me back and asked me in a very harassing tone if I wanted the washer or not after about 2 minutes I hung up on him. I told him after waited for 15 days and the washer is on the way, it will be a waste of time for me. I told him not to call me back and I will get to the bottom of this.

Great service! Easy ordering, quick confirmations, quick and easy delivery. Would definitely use them again.

The delivery driver did place the ottoman in the living room and the chair (which was not put together) they REFUSED to put the sofa and the love seat in the house when asked to do so.  They did not want to put ANY of the items in my house and they did not want to stay for any inspection.  The fact that the furniture company is stating the delivery company allow such a time frame for an inspection is ridiculous.  The delivery is what is called curbside.  I inspected what I could before they left.  They were not going to stay for 30 minutes let alone 15 or 20 minutes.  And furthermore, a technician was called out to my home and did order parts which are still sitting in my house.  The furniture company states that I am not satisfied with the work.  The work was never completed.  I have a box of fabric sitting in a box that has never been touched.  The furniture company told me that they would send someone out to repair the chair and sofa initially, and then told me that they would pay me to find someone to make the repairs, then said it would be late in February before they could find someone to come out to make the repairs, then it was they would offer me 50% off a new furniture set and then I finally got tired of the hassle.  They are trying to make it out like I didn't inspect the furniture.  I did look at the furniture to the best of my ability.  The chair after it was assembled did not line up and the fabric needs to be fixed accordingly.  That is something that could not be detected upon an inspection when a delivery is made.  The chair had to be assembled first.  The delivery company was in no way going to stay for me to assemble my furniture.  And the sofa was the same way.  It had to be removed from the crate it was in and have the legs assembled in order to see the damage to the underside of it.  I informed the furniture company as soon as I assembled the furniture.  I didn't wait weeks or months.  The furniture has defects.  I just want to have new furniture like I paid for without any issues.  The technician stated on his visit that he fixed the chair and sofa-he lied.  My mother was here while the technician was her and he never made any repair to my sofa.  The technician stated that "parts" needed ordered for the chair and the sofa.  That technician needs to be questioned as to why he lied and got paid for a job he did not complete.  That's fraud I believe and his company should be aware that he did that on my work order.  As far as the furniture company, I paid for NEW furniture.  I should not have to pay for anything else.  I don't see how I should have to pay for the defects in their products.  And I don't understand why I should have to find a repair company.  I have all the emails from the company and me.  I want my furniture replaced.  I do not want their "deals" or bargains.  I want the furniture in new condition with defects that I paid for last year.

 They are frauds. They charged my card multiple times. Then called me with my bank on 3 way. I had to let my bank have have because no one is suppose to able to call my bank and then expect me to give personal information with a fraudulent company on the phone. They tried to break a privacy policy by doing that. I called my bank back without appliances on the phone. My bank returned the money to me. Also they were charging my card my bank said numerous of times but it was blocked after the first time because appliances connection was entering my expiration date wrong. Please do not allow this company to try and rob anyone else. They are very rude and hung up in my face numerous of times. They do not conduct honest business.

AppliancesConnection provides quality products at the best prices with extraordinary service. Employees from management down are knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient and pleasant--even if there is a problem. I had to call back several times re: a situation, and my calls were answered immediately or within a couple of minutes. It is great to be able to talk with a person when you need to. Efficient as the employees are, they take the time to explain. Appliances Connection is like the [redacted] of appliance companies--problems are no problem for them. Appliances Connection is the best experience I have had purchasing from a company--and the GE microwave I bought from them is excellent.

We have been notified that [redacted] picked up the dryer on 07/**/14, we currently awaiting the unit to be returned to our warehouse but regardless of the status of the return item, the transaction is in dispute with AMX , we have notified our merchant service and are awaiting to resolve the dispute so the customer can get his refund for the return dryer .

We hear your frustrations with this order and do sincerely apologize for the inconveniences in delays. As you said, this item was labeled as quickship. At the time of your order, through our archives, we do see that there was one in the warehouse, but another customer got to it before you did....

Regardless, we placed an order for you through the manufacturer. Quickship items would be shipped out within two business days as the item is physically in stock and unallocated. In this case, the manufacturer was shipping it out directly to you. Prior to checking out, there you have agreed to the terms and policies, of which the shipping policy does indicate that shipping will be between 7-14 business days. This order has already been picked up by the trucking carrier. We have already informed the trucking carrier to prioritize this delivery, to schedule yours first once it reaches the terminal in your local area, total delivery time to be less than 7 business days. On another note, prior to the shipment of this order, you requested to change the address, which did impact the shipping time from the manufacturer to be delayed as a change in paperwork on our end and theirs as well was necessary. .

This desk is completely cracked in half. It is not in anything that would resemble usable condition, nor was it when it was delivered. That is not my name on the delivery receipt, for all I know they forged some person's signature. I did not sign for anything and this was supposed to be "white glove" delivery. We understand that you do not want to adhere to the return policy that you had agreed to at the time of checkout. The trucking carrier had attempted to schedule delivery multiple times with you. The initial order confirmation from your order does not state that installation was included. When the...

order was in transit, you asked us to add in a COI and installation services for the appliances. You had requested late evening deliveries, however the trucking carrier works a normal 8am-5pm schedule. They could not provide deliveries for you after 5:30 pm. After a few deliveries, you decided to call your bank and chargeback the invoice that included the COI and installation services. This was then refunded, thus delivery up to your apartment was then not possible without the COI. Installation also was therefore cancelled. As such, delivery became curbside because the trucking carrier was then not permitted to enter the building. Delivery was attempted on the following dates:[redacted]After a succession of delivery attempts that did not succeed, for each time a delivery is not met, we are charged by the trucking carrier, a redelivery fee. As the delivery could not be met, you placed a dispute on the order, defaulting to refusal of delivery, thus fees per the return policy was applied.Please refer to the tracking logs here: [redacted]We are sincerely requesting that this complaint is resolved as we have tried to deliver this order on multiple occasions, without a compromise for an earlier delivery, by our mutual customer.

Very Disappointing..
Ordered 3 tables, never received 1 of the tables, one table was damaged on delivery.
When table was finally replaced, the replacement was the wrong color.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. Only method of communication is via email.
Will NOT use this vendor again.
