We understand your frustration and we are working diligently in resolving this matter for you. We understand that you took delivery of this dishwasher on January [redacted], 2017, and signed for this delivery free and clear of damages. However we were notified of the a small dimple inside of the dishwasher...

a week after receiving it. Due to the time delay between receiving the product and notifying us of the damage, we could not determine whether it was a manufacturer defect, damage caused in transit, or damaged on your premises. Regardless of where the damage was incurred, we had offered a 10% partial credit and a 10 year major component extended warranty for you to keep it as is. The credited amount was higher than the 10% but regardless, you had agreed to keep as is. After having used the unit for about two weeks, you then discovered that the arm that sprays water is damaged. As a courtesy, even though you had already agreed to keep as is, this unit is under a manufacturer warranty, you could have contacted Samsung to replace the parts for you, we ordered them for you regardless. With that being said, Samsung's master distribution warehouse, they do not have one on U.S. soil, the part is ordered and shipped out from Korea. You had notified us on 1/**/17, we ordered it on 1/**/17. The part is normally shipped within 5-10 business days, you should be receiving it soon. Please let us know when you have received it, do make sure that it is in good condition, and we will advise a service technician to go out and install the parts for you.Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience, we are doing everything we can to remedy this issue for you, and we thank you for your business.

I have no idea where all these positive reviews are coming from but buyers beware. Check the 125 negative reviews at pissed consumers, 386 complaints at Revdex.com and [redacted] before buying from appliances connection. They are a bunch of crooks, if your items come undamaged then you are one of the lucky ones, if like in my case products are damaged you will get completely screwed, the company will give you the run around until you just give up. I spent $4200 on an entire appliance suite, the only product that came undamaged was the dishwasher, the fridge has creases on both sides, the stove and microwave were without a doubt dropped and not lightly. They first offered to repair which I said I didn't buy scratch and dent appliances then they said they'd send me new appliances if I paid for them again which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of, finally they said if I paid the return shipping they'd give me a refund which I reluctantly agreed and after all this they won't ever honor their agreement and pick the units up. Yeah their prices are good but when you are delivered unusable appliances it's not really much of a savings. If you choose to ignore this review and order from them pray you never have to call customer service back and make sure to set aside an hour while you wait on hold.

This is our second time ordering from Appliances Connection, and we are as pleased with this order as with our first. Fantastic service, lowest prices, and super-fast shipping!

Ordered convection micro and arrived dings/dents. Had to send back and in order to get replacement they charged credit card again. So we have paid in full for 2 and have none until the next one arrives (long time) and the 1st one is processed thru [redacted] for damage report. This process took weeks even though Appliance Connection had proof the item was AT [redacted] not in our hands. 2nd unit arrives and it too has dents but was acceptable. Still had to wait more time to get original order refund. Not good service. We should have learned our lesson but our daughter and a close neighbor needed to replace their micros so we ordered 2. Arrived and both had dings/dents inside and out. Now we have had 5 sent out, all with different levels of damage. These damages were not little dings but rather large and in areas that would be seen outside and the ones to the interior were in areas of the vents making one wonder if they would cause the unit to not work as should. One of the units had a door that would not close because of the big dent to the side of the door. They claim they sell NEW not open box stock. IF [redacted] keeps damaging these WHY do they continue to use that shipper?? WHY do they charge for replacement even though the original payments are kept for so long. They didn't like us very much as we sent many emails on these facts and called the rep Lori (who was the only one that seemed to care enough to help at that company but couldn't speed up anything)
Finally when the 3rd micro replacement was received it too had damage and the company sends us letter to say they will not be able to ship us a replacement again??? Do now it looks like they wanted to shift blame rather than send through [redacted] or [redacted] like we suggested if [redacted] was at fault.
Again getting our money back took forever and now we had NO replacement. Buyer BEWARE if getting appliances

I purchased a couch, a coffee table and a set of nesting end tables. The wait time was long and the "white glove delivery" which includes haul away for crates and such. They did not haul away any boxes and did not stay to allow me to inspect products before leaving.

Here's the short of it:
- Products arrived months after ordering. It took me 6 months to deal with all the paperwork.
- Products on backorder with zero communication on status
- Customer service actually lied to me. They are also bullies and will berate you on the phone. The mob basically.
- Their shipping and restocking fees are ridiculous. Check the fine print.
- Lost $600 by shopping with them. They sent the wrong product and would not take it back unless I shipped it myself. I had to do that to get back at least a portion of what I paid for the unit.
SO! Don't be lured by low prices and free shipping. If anything goes wrong with you order you will be absolutely screwed. Not worth the risk.
P.S. You'll notice that all the positive reviews are fake and duplicated on all the review sites. They must have an army of people writing those things.

we spoke with the customer today in an effort to resolve the issue we offered the same dishwasher in different color (stain steel ) which is more expensive at the same price or we can place another order for the white dishwasher to be shipped in 2 weeks as the item is on back order ,customer asked to cancel the order , therefore the order has been cancelled and full refund has been issued .

 The business did not read the complaint as it was stated in the complaint that I was sent to a manager who's first words were "[redacted]". He did not introduce himself, nor give me his title, until I had asked for it. I had told him that this is the worst customer service I had ever recieved. To which he replied,  it doesn't matter because I cancelled your order therefore you are no longer a customer. If this is how the conversation went. I wonder where I had the choice. In the end... I asked for something fair to them partly less than what I should get back as a customer, yet their response is. In gist, '[redacted]
 At this point. I've been so miserable with this company I just want it known how bad I feel. II was to have my fair way. I would get the washer and dryer at the black Friday cost (when I bought it) get the 2 major parts warranty coverage for 10 years. And at least 1 of the manufacturers warranty extension for free.  Thats basically what would covered almost 2 months of hassle, no equipment, no Christmas present, lost discounts and rebates due to how long it has taken for this situation to not be resolved yet.

have now ordered 4 appliances and 2 couches from them. All of them needed delayed shipment and they helped with that. Had a couple minor issues with the order (not because ofAppliances connection) and they corrected them. I would use them again! Speedy shipping and they also brought my orders inside my house!

With reference to [redacted] complain, kindly review the below: -          We never lied to any customer before. Never did, never will. -          Facts are just as customer stated hem self. Customer has 2...

items ready to be shipped, the 3rd item is back ordered that delays the total shipping. -          If customer split the delivery into 2 orders, system will automatically recalculate the discount given to customer and it will be reduced by $56.81, which still an option to customer, and yet we still free delivering both items. -          Once item is available, as a courtesy, we will offer the customer a “In home, Exempted delivery” instead of the “Curb delivery”. Please consider this case resolved.

Worst purchase experience of my entire life.
Took 2 months to ship couch.
Delivery crew signed "on my behalf" when I wasn't home.
Product was missing parts and severely damaged.
Followed instructions to file complaint, but faulty system prevented me.
Called and got push back saying I didn't file a complaint.
They asked for pictures of damage.
I sent pictures of damage.
They said we could return it.
Checked on status, they said claim didn't go through.
Reneged on acknowledgement of damage, asked for more pictures.
Said we signed for delivery, refused return.
Told them to have the delivery company produce my signature, I never signed.
They pushed back.
I pushed harder.
It's now 6 months since our purchase.
They say they will take return if we pay shipping.
I say, no way, I already paid for shipping for a whole couch and I'm still waiting for one.
They said sorry, then no return, our insurance won't cover.
I said, too bad, don't care. Give me my money, or send me my couch.
They stopped responding
I threatened legal action
They said they'd pay half of shipping.
I said, what are you, crazy and crooked? No. I'm not paying you a dime.
They said no return. Stopped responding.
I sent info on the Consumer Rights act, giving specific date when they could expect legal action.
They said ok, we'll send you a return number.
Nothing for two weeks
Contacted them again, and said, where's the RMA?
5 days later, they responded with an RMA, and lied about having already sent it.
It's now 7 months after purchase, we still have the defective couch, we still don't have a refund, and now we have to find some way to package this couch and trust that they won't pull a fast one on us and deny our return once they receive it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We would like to touch base and update you , we have issued Full credit for the broken bed , the customer should see the refund posted to the same credit card used for the purchase in 2-3 days .. Kindly , close this case for full satisfaction ..

We ordered a Panasonic TC-P54V10 and overall everything went great! Ordered it on the [redacted] and it arrived on the [redacted] (I live in Northern California). I'm not sure why the other reviewer stated that they didn't get an email regarding the shipping status, but we did receive an email that allowed us to track the status of the shipment on the shipper's website (R+L Carriers). The day before the delivery date we called the carrier, as per instruction, and scheduled them to deliver the TV sometime from 11am-1pm. They actually showed up exactly at 11am, it was fantastic!
Actually the only hiccup we had was when the truck showed up and the delivery guy didn't have a dolly to bring it into the house. I mean, how do you not have a dolly and your job is to deliver stuff? Anyway, the TV made it safely into the house undamaged and without any other issue.
Overall, great TV, the lowest price I could find anywhere, and no compromise in service. I would definitely buy from them again

in an effort to resolve this matter now the only options we have available is to offer the $200 discount and the repair kit ..Unfortunately , the reason for the back and forth is because the pickup is not available at the customer location and we cant pursue with this option we have tried our best .the damage are minors and will not affect the use of the purchased item .its only minor cosmetics scratches .we hope the customer will accept the offer so we can close this matter ..
