The company NEVER offered any kind of RMA ? regarding return of item. They initially flatly denied my request for return stating that I had had the item for too long. Frankly, I had filed a work ticket with them at the time of receipt regarding the dent.  We then waited 10 weeks for the shipment of two different replacment doors, neither of which were appropriate, one wrong color, wrong hinge side, and the other the wrong hinge side. When I was fed up with waiting for over 2 months for the problem to be addressed and stated I wanted to return the item I was treated rudely. And at last they offered if I shipped back the item at my own expense, then they would refund the cost. If this was a wallet, it would be fine. But it costs over $500 to ship a fridge back to the east coast and the cost of the fridge was near $800. I am still stuck with the disposal of the wrong door.  And now with a dented fridge and this started on ** November 2014.  No, it is not resolved to satisfaction.  Whether or not I ordered a mis-matched pair of items is moot. They sent a product that was damaged and have been unable to send a replacment item after multiple tries. They say it is all in the manufacuturer's hands. But frankly, I don't get to call the manufacturer in the Far East and get any traction on this issue.  They were the vendor and are providing a damaged product, poor customer service, and despite their promise to have someone come and install the new door, that is irrelevant if we can't get the right door!
The follow on of saying that we have had the product too long to then return it when we filed our original complaint at time of receipt is not valid ground.

Our customer placed an order with us, upon placing this order, customer had agreed to all terms and conditions upon completion of the order. Per our records, this order was shipped and delivered on August [redacted], 2016. After careful inspection of the unit and only after inspection, is the customer to...

sign off on the proof of delivery. The proof of delivery (which will not upload, due to customer's personal information being on it) was signed for free and clear of all damages. There were not any notes indicating of any damages on the delivery slip. This shipment was sent through a freight carrier which specializes in deliveries of large/heavy items such as appliances. Freight carriers perform 2-man deliveries for merchandise that is fully insured for damage or loss, providing the ability to fully inspect all merchandise received before signing for, and accepting delivery. The delivering freight company allows 15-30 minutes per item for inspection of the unit by the customer - per unit. From the moment an order is placed with us, we send multiple emails indicating the importance of fully and properly inspecting all merchandise received at the time which delivery is received. Furthermore, this shipment, per our customer's instruction on the original order confirmation indicates that this order is to be shipped with threshold delivery. With this shipping method, deliveries can be made either: past the first threshold of the house or to the garage. From our customer's ticket, it has been indicated that the delivery personnel had delivered a partial of the order into the house and the rest into the garage. The customer's statement in the ticket is as follows: "[redacted]" This was told to us on August [redacted], 2016. With this, customer had indicated that this order was delivered to different areas, without instructions, the delivery personnel would only deliver to the house, they would not default to the garage. Customer had also clearly indicated there was no damage upon delivery.Threshold delivery does not include unpacking the order that was shipped, it does not entail furniture assembly - as this option is not available either as an additional service option. It seems that the trucking carrier had provided the unpacking of the furniture pieces with our customer as a courtesy and would not including assembly. Customer called and indicated that there are defects to the units received. We had scheduled a furniture medic to go out and remedy the issues for our mutual customer. We have a service report from the technicians indicating that the service was complete. We cannot attach it as it contains customer's personal information. Service company was Guardsman Professional Services. Parts were required to further complete the service, thus we ordered the parts required and informed them to complete the service again. Our customer was still not satisfied with the results. We had previously advised the following options:1. Aside from the parts and services already provided, we are willing to provide a partial refund of $200.00 to resolve this matter.2. Customer can place a new order with us, for 50% of the price of the units in question.3. We issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so that our customer can return the units to us for a full refund. Though the RMA had already expired we are willing to extend this to March [redacted], 2017 as a courtesy. *Please note, the RMA issued was as a courtesy, as all items in this order has been with our customer since August, 2016, has been used and serviced.Return policy can be located here: [redacted]We are sincerely asking that this complaint is to be resolved, as we have delivered the merchandise to our customer, having being signed free and clear of damages. Additional options were provided to our customer however refused. We are willing to keep these options open until March [redacted], 2017.

It's a shame she was taken advantage of because she gave this company the benefit of doubt. We are going into 3 months now? Not very businesslike way to do business. STAY AWAY!!!! The delivery service that they use is terrible. The delivery guys were very unprofessional and shook my father down for an extra $50.00 at the time of the delivery....Which went directly in their pocket...When I called Appliance Connection about it got the run around and they refused to credit me for the funds...Their loss....I will never order from them again, and neither will anyone I know

To whom it may concern, I have already fax over proof of documents to your company. when I first filed my complaint; the documents that I fax were the amount that the company agreed to pay for my refund were less the amount. I paid for the applies and my refund were subtracted from the purchased price of the first order, I was responsible for paying for the returned items. AS I stated in my former complaint I suffer from depression and stress knowing that my ill father needed cooked meals on a daily base and a place to store his medications. Also I explain to their company about family members were coming in town for the death of my nephew who had just pass of away; and I needed my applies. they kept lying about the pick-up from JB Hunt; stating their company put the ticket in for the returns, however they never placed the ticket. I am asking for pain and suffering as a monetary payment.

Our records indicate the sofa ordered has been picked up on 11/**, from the manufacturer facility in CA and currently in transit to the customer's location .we do apologize about the delay we have notified the customer multiple times of the item being on back order .

We do apologize that you have been given the run around, however the email that you sent, was not to us. It looks like you have emailed the trucking carrier. We do see that from the tracking number, there is a delivery scheduled already [redacted]...

This desk is completely cracked in half. It is not in anything that would resemble usable condition, nor was it when it was delivered. That is not my name on the delivery receipt, for all I know they forged some person's signature. I did not sign for anything and this was supposed to be "white glove" delivery. Not only did I find a great price when I purchased my washer and dryer from Appliances Connection, but they provided great customer service, too! I had a specific delivery request, and they were more than happy (along with their shipping partner) to accommodate. My credit card was charged correctly, their communication was great, and I received high-quality appliances just as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Purchased:
1) FISHER PAYKEL RF135BDLUX4 25" COUNTER-DEPTH LEFT HINGE BOTTOM-FREEZER REFRIGERATOR
2) AVANTI ELITE SERIES FREESTANDING SMOOTHTOP ELECTRIC RANGE
3) FAGOR LFA-45X FULLY INTEGRATED DISHWASHER
The bottom line is [redacted] had the lowest price on some of the highest quality appliances ([redacted]) on the market, and they fulfilled my order perfectly. A potential customer should be aware that delivery times can be fairly long, but if you can stand to wait several weeks for delivery it's worth it.

Upon reviewing the complaint , the unit left our warehouse on 10/**/14 , due to the customer live in Rural area an extra time is needed ,the item was scheduled for delivery on 11/** , the customer called to cancel and he was aware of the refund less $175.00 shipping fee .on 11/**/14, the...

customer called again stated he prefer to accept delivery , our billing department called him requesting credit card to charge ONLY the amount which was refunded  , he said since I got refunded keep the order cancelled .per the customer request this order was cancelled.

There is no way I would ever use these guys again for anything. I was shipped a fridge that was the wrong one. Once we figured out that the numbers didn’t match and that we had in fact had ordered one fridge and received another, we ordered a second fridge and were told that we could not return the original fridge. We were working on a commercial apartment job with liquidated damages and had to act fast to avoid charges. We were told that since the mistake was not ours, that the second fridge would be rushed to get there in time so that we could avoid paying the owner by the day for not being completed with the job. That didn’t happen. We went over our completion date by 10 days and paid about $2,000 extra over a fridge. We ran across the same fridge at Brandsmart and they had it in stock. Paid $100 less for it. Now I have 2 extra fridges that I do not need and cannot return. The last fridge I received from them is still within 30 days but I am being told that I have to pay for shipping to get it back to them and who knows if I will ever even receive a refund. Terrible customer service! I will never purchase anything from here again.

I recently purchased a refrigerator for my client from Appliances Connection. We were very happy to find exactly what we were looking for and at a great price! Unfortunately as the kitchen remodel was under way, we ran into multiple permitting issues and my client chose to cancel the remodel, therefore she no longer needed the refrigerator. At this point we had already received it and we were past the time of return. I contacted Appliances Connection and was immediately greeted by a very helpful representative who saw my case through. Upon further explanation of my situation and understanding that I am a small business owner, Eric was able to make an exception for me and allowed a full refund. I cannot say enough great things about how the whole process was handled. I would definitely recommend buying from here!!

I have had a bad experience with this company. Their web site listed the items I wanted as "available", so I ordered them, and my credit card was immediately charged 1100 dollars. My order was being "processed" for two weeks, before they informed me that the products were discontinued and no longer available. So, I changed my order to another similar product. Two more weeks, of "processing", "preparing to ship", tracking numbers issued, and me contacting them to see what the delay was, then they tell me that, yet again, the products are discontinued and no longer available. I requested a refund. I feel like I just gave them a 1100 dollar loan for a month, interest free, and all I got out of it was frustration and headaches!

Mostly good. Happy with stove. Delivery guys were nice but gave only 5 minute window. Stove had small dent but I didn't really care. Works great with no issues
