Upon reviewing the complaint , our records indicate the customer submitted an online order on 11/**/2014, for four appliances , our website clearly indicate delivery will take 10-15 business days , the entire order was delivered on 12/**/2014.During the entire process of the...

order, the price of the appliances ordered didn't change , nor the customer called us about price match with other local competitors ,keep in mind we don't charge shipping or tax for orders ship out of the state of NY.kindly , update your records and close the case.

Washer and dryer are delivered but dryer has both sides dented in. Refused delivery for dryer and was shipped back. Was called to negotiate a reduced price day later. Opened claim explaining I paid for undamaged merchandise and was told new dryer would be shipped but days later no email or phone call to substantiate. Was contacted by Eric who explained that no new dryer would be shipped even though a damage claim had been paid to Appliances Connection by the shipping company. Eric was very belligerent and rude during the phone conversation and when I mentioned I was an officer in the military he berated me even more. Eric decided on his own even though I requested a return phone call the next day to issue a credit for the dryer. Shameful experience in bait and switch tactics by this company. I hope all military personnel read this review first before having to waste valuable time and effort dealing with this company.

Upon reviewing the complaint the issues have been resolved the damage sofas were returned , the customer had filed dispute wth his credit card and refund was given through the dispute process.Kindly ,update your records and close the case..

I placed an order for a Stove, Fridge & dishwasher through Appliances Connection (AC) as a gift to my parents who were remodeling their kitchen. I also opted for the white glove delivery. Buyer beware... don't waste your money, the delivery people will take it up a flight of stairs for no extra charge. I placed my order on May **. As of that date the fridge & stove were in stock & the dishwasher would be available on May **. On May [redacted] I received an update via email stating that the availability date of the dishwasher had been pushed out to May **. I had the option to split the order & get the items that were currently available delivered right away. On May ** I requested my order to be split. On May ** I also received a phone call from [redacted], my sales rep at AC stating that the dishwasher was actually discontinued & it would never be available. Ok, fine. Since these items were a gift, I told [redacted] to scratch the dishwasher & get the stove & fridge delivered to my parent’s stat. I would ask my parents to select another dishwasher or see if I could locate the discontinued one elsewhere. He did as I asked & on May ** I received a confirmation that my order had been processed & sent to the warehouse.
On May ** I received an email that the items had been picked up by the shipping company. Then there was silence for a couple days before I received notification via an automated phone call that my items would be delivered on June *. Great, my parents would have some appliance soon! My mom was ecstatic. On June * around 7:51am I received a phone call from the delivery company stating that my items did not make it on the truck & the delivery would be rescheduled.
If I were to reschedule my delivery of these items I would have been charged $75.
Ok fine, stuff happens. I was told I would receive a new delivery date soon. I did, & I was told that my items would be delivered on June *. On June * around 2pm I received a phone call from the driver stating that his truck had broken down. My items would not be delivered yet again.
If this had been me rescheduling the delivery, I would be charged $150 now as this was the 2nd reschedule.
I called on June ** after trying to use the tracking service unsuccessfully to find out when my items would be delivered. Every time I called AC I was on hold with them for 15-60 minutes. I was told that it would definitely be delivered on June **. On June **, I called back to confirm the June ** delivery as I did not see updated tracking info & I had not received an automated phone call yet. I was told it would be delivered either June ** or June **.
If this had been me, I would be at $225 in rescheduled delivery fee charges.
I asked AC about this & the possibility of providing me a discount equal to these charges & was told NO. I was also very upset as the day before I had been guaranteed a delivery on June ** & now it was either June ** or June. I was fed up & requested a cancellation. I was told that I would incur a 15% restocking fee as the items were already with the delivery company. It was now one month after the original order had been placed, my card had been charged nearly $5,000 for high end appliances & yet I had no appliances to show for it. I called my parents & they gracefully stated that I should give them one more chance & wait until Saturday since cancelling the order & then reordering from another vendor would increase the delivery time, especially if the items actually showed up in two days as promised by AC.
I agreed to wait… if they could wait then I could wait. I felt like a terrible daughter feeding them a string of lies that their items would be delivered & then having the items not show up, but alas, in their infinite grace & humility they simply thanked me for the gifts that were coming.
On June ** the delivery truck showed up. However, instead of a fridge & a stove, they only delivered the stove. Apparently the fridge never made it on the truck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! On June ** we were graced by the delivery company yet again, this time with the fridge. They unboxed it & took it up the stairs, but they did not remove all of the clear plastic on the fridge. My mom did not notice that the plastic was still on & upon inspecting it & finding no damages she signed the paperwork & thought she finally had two of her appliances, both in perfect condition.
The contractor arrived to install the fridge & noticed the plastic still on. He removed it & revealed a large dent on the bottom door of the stainless steel fridge. By this time I was too aggravated to call AC back & I knew I would be told that the paperwork had been signed so there was nothing they could do. The fridge appears to function fine with the exception of the eyesore dent on the front. Lessons learned: NEVER PURCHASE FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION; the price difference is not worth the aggravation it will take to actually receive your items.

I had unpacked item and had it installed. Gas line was connected and open. Dryer turns on but does not heat on any settings and turns off after 3 minutes. I ordered a brand new appliance for the cost of a brand new appliance and I explained I wanted to have a refund the same day I received it and I do feel it is your job as a company to have quality standards.  Looking at numerous complaints made by other customers with the same issue it is alarming. I feel that as a company toubshould issue a refund and not put the burden on the customer of having to pay to send it back. Or offer a replacement to make it right. The burden should be that if the company who sold this appliance not the customer.. I have talked with Samsung and they will not send anyone out until march [redacted].. in a 5 person home this is not something we can afford to wait for. We are not satisfied with the product you have given us don't it not working properly and we invested a large sum into this for our family. I still wish to have this item refunded so I can purchase another dryer that works to the expectations we have from another company. Also no I do not have propane it is gas from the gas line connected to our home

I recently shopped for a wall air conditioner unit and was limited to a specific model that would fit the current opening in my wall. The unit was hard to find, but Appliances Connection had it. When I called them the sales people were knowledgeable, and very helpful. They also offered the best price I could find, but offered a price matching service if I did find a better price with one of their registered websites.
I was really concerned about receiving the unit undamaged because I've read many reviews online from various companies that the units often arrive damaged from shipping. When I expressed this concern to the salesmen I spoke to, they informed me of their standard delivery service included delivery inside my unit, and the delivery man will wait there while I open the unit and look to see if there's any damage. If there is, he will take it back and re-delivery another unit. This peace of mind is what sold me on Appliances Connection.
I've had a great experience so far, and am looking forward to receiving my new A/C!

The dishwasher the customer ordered has been discounted hence the manufacturer credited the customer, the replacement model is DV455GVGSGR , the replacement model is a bit cheaper ,the customer is welcome to place his order on line using our website , we will ship it to him for free and due to the inconvenience we will extend 10yrs warranty on the product for free.
Kindly update the case.

presented have been addressed as follow:
On 07/**/14, the customer called us requesting the order cancelled, when the order was already shipped on 06/**/14.
The customer was aware that the item ordered has been in route to him, per the customer’s request we contacted the shipping company and stopped the order, on 07/**/14 we have attempted twice to credit the customer’s account (check our notes below )to no avail, we have told the customer to contact his credit card to close the dispute he had filed, as the credit doesn’t go through if the dispute is active, till today the customer didn’t closed the dispute, we are willing to resolve this issue and issue full refund once the customer close the dispute , we have approved the dispute with our merchant service so the charge back will close to the card holder’s favor but this process it can take up to 90 business days.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The customer stated the refrigerator delivered is damage and defective , the delivery company state otherwise as the delivery invoice was signed clear of damage . regardless, we are in contact with the manufacturer to fix the control panel , due to the inconvenience we are willing to offer 10% discount and 10yrs warranty to cover the unit .
we look forward to hear from the customer .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:After repeated discussions with the company regarding the falsely advertised chairs they refuse to provide me with a prepaid shipping labels to return the chairs I received. I do not wish to buy additional chairs because this company uses unethical business practices and I do not trust what they say. They have a series of similar complaints against them and I refuse to allow them access to any more of my funds. The right and only option left is for them to provide the shipping labels in order for me to return the product. This is an issue of classic bait and switch advertising. The chairs I ordered are sold as a set on their and other similar websites, I ordered 4 sets and recieved 2 (4 chairs) and now they want to charge me more to complete the original order.  With $100 off that is still $500 more they are trying to take from me to complete my order. Thank you for your time.

Customer stated in his complaint the GE washer he purchased through us delivered to him in damage condition , upon reviewing the delivery documents (attached ) the customer received the unit...

purchased on 01/**/14, and signed for it clear of damages , the customer called us on 01/**/14, to report the unit damaged . Apparently the damage occurred while the unit at the customer’s location .regardless of where, and how the damage happened, we offered our help of calling the manufacturer and scheduling service where the technician will assess the damages, in addition, we have offered to order and pay for any parts needed to complete the repair at no cost , the customer declined all our offers and requested to return the product for refund , at the customer’s request we have generated RA # (return authorization) and told the customer to ship the unit back for full refund.
As for the pedestal , it was shipped from different location via [redacted]it can be tracked :

I ordered an LG dishwasher delivered freight free on Black Friday from Appliance Connection. After a month of tracking and calling I figured that I had been scammed. Then one of the people with Non Stop Deliveries told me that the dishwasher had been sitting on a loading dock in a city just 70 miles from my home for over a week. I got the phone number and address of the third or four party freight company and drove in and picked it up myself. The hassle was not worth any amount of savings, there was no savings with the 140 mile trip in a flatbed truck on icy roads. The boys at the loading dock said that not enough money had been paid to deliver it all the way to our home and that it would have been returned to the sender. On larger items I will avoid the internet sales, buy local and save the hassle, peace of mind is priceless
