Hi there,Thank you for reaching outWe are so sorry for the confusion with pausing your accountWhen pausing your account, you will see your delivery calendar with green squares indicating the delivery datesIf you click on a green square, a box will appear with the menu for that particular weekYou will need to click "Skip This Delivery" at the bottom of that box in order to skip that particular week’s delivery It will turn redRed indicates that particular week will be skipped, so you will not receive a box or be chargedYou can do this as often as you need, just make sure any changes to your account are done days prior to your delivery.We also send confirmation emails once the account is paused for a certain week(s)Again we apologize for the confusionIf there is anything further we can do to assist, please feel free to reach outI will be sure to forward your comments over to Marketing and IT Department

I am so sorry but all we can do is the refund for half of the box that we have already issuedIf tell me what items we not fresh in your box we can issue a credit to your hello fresh account that won't ever spoil but in none of your previous correspondence did you make reference to spoiled ingredients which is why it had not been addressed sooner

Today, 1/**/I decided to cancel my complaint against
Hellofresh because I don't think I will get my money backI contacted Hello fresh and spoke to Julian and I have decided to take what they were selling which is a box of their food productsI will get a box of their food products this Saturday February *, This company Hellofresh is determined not to give me my money backI know not order anything from them ever again
