HelloFresh contacted me to let me know that they would be refunding only half of my moneyI told them that this was not acceptable as, since I had received NO food, they did have the right to keep any of my moneyThat was several days ago and I have yet to hear back from themI will not resolve this complaint until I have received all my money back

We are sorry you feel deceived, however, the website says "from per person/per meal" then gives the option to view our boxes which informs you we have recipes per box serving or peopleIt is not legally advertising because It is not an advertisement, it is part of information
on our website not in an ad sent to you or viewed on televisionYou do not have to purchase anything to see this information on our website You did not have to divulge any personal information to find this information, the details of each box is not hidden and all information is completely disclosed prior to purchaseWe are sorry you do not wish to use your $off coupon, however, we have not billed you for anything, forced you to buy anything, or knowingly deceived you into doing anythingWe understand you do not like the wording but again all of the information about our company and our product is available to you prior to purchaseWe apologize that you cannot get just meal shipped to you but it is not how our subscription is currently set up and it did not cost you anything to find out this information

My complaint was given this ID - ***I want to thank you Revdex.com for your help with this issueI received a refund from Hello Fresh as I had requestedWithout your help, I do not think they would have issued me a refundI continue to feel that Hello Fresh is participating in dishonest advertising that the public should be warned aboutTo me, a free gift does not equate to signing anyone up for a subscription serviceWhat Hello Fresh should have all over their website is - "*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***" Their check out isn't clear about how to retrieve the free giftI saw on the website information explaining their service but I was trying to retrieve my free gift and it wasn't clear on how to retrieve the free giftI think this is done on purpose by the company to trick people into signing up for their subscription service.After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com, I also put a full copy on my complaint on their *** pageAfter this, I received at least emails from Hello Fresh asking me to contact them so they could refund me my moneyI previously had numerous conversations with them by telephone and email in which they refused to reimburse meBut after my Revdex.com complaint and the posting on their social media page, they quickly contacted me for my information to reimburse me.Thank you very much Revdex.com. I defiantly paused the week in question, I even double checked on the app when I received an email asking me to choose my mealsAt the top of the app it said unpause this weekI assumed that meant it was pausedIf I had known this was even a possibility, I would have taken a screen shot as proof, but this had been my first time using the app instead of your website, and I was not made aware that there was any possible glitch with the app, nor did I realize that you would deny any computer mistake so vehemently that I would have to contact the Revdex.com to resolve this problem That day I went and checked my app, and it no longer showed that week, had weeks paused and gave me the option to pause an 8th week which I didAnd your company couldn't even prove at that time, that I hadn't pausedThough I'm sure by now you have gone into the system and changed it Your system had a glitchUntil you admit it, refund me the money from your unauthorized charge, and apologize for your original poor customer service, I will not accept this issue as resolved.
