I was able to locate the information for Ms [redacted] andour records show that her claim is currently processingAt present the billingfor claims processed in February are out for auditng and our office has not yetreceived authorization to release payment for these claims, so at this time Ido not yet have an exact date for when this rebate claim will be issuedBut thiscustomer’s claim has been added to the priority list of checks to be issued assoon as authorization to issue payment has been receivedI have made a note tocall Ms [redacted] when I know that the claim is being mailed out

I am rejecting this response because:? As of July 17, 2016, I have received no check from Arriss Rebates.? I check every day because it is so late--almost a month at the very outside date that it was promised.? My zip code is [redacted] and they claim that they used [redacted] and transposed the number.? I rechecked all of my correspondence and my zip code is correct.? Thank you for your assistance, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: they stated "At present the billing for claims processed in September are out for auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims " My complaint is if they received the rebate form information first part of August, why was this not processed then and not until September? This is total unacceptable Especially since the claim form states "allow weeks from August 6, for delivery of your check."

I am rejecting this response because: Five months is a ridiculous amount of time to process a rebate There was no mention in their response of why it took this long, only another date for a check to be mailed, not received No apologies, no excuses and zero reason for the delay Very poor business practice I'll wait to see of the check actually shows up and clears the bank, then consider an appropriate response

Business states that they are now currently able to cut and send rebate check of $The check will be sent out on March 23rdOnce again, business apologizes for the delay

Customer states: I have not received any contact from the company yet but I did receive the check

A $rebate on our new Samsung washer and dryer was submitted to Arris over months ago We have yet to receive our check nor do they answer their phone or respond to voice mails left
