I am rejecting this response because: As of July 17, 2016, I have received no check from Arriss Rebates. I check every day because it is so late--almost a month at the very outside date that it was promised. My zip code is *** and they claim that they used *** and transposed the number. I rechecked all of my correspondence and my zip code is correct. Thank you for your assistance,*** ***

I have been waiting for my rebates since the middle of March They will not respond to my emails They do not answer their phone but tell you to leave a message that they never return I finally had to contact the company that I purchased my washer and dryer and they are try to help resolve

I am rejecting this response because: Five months is a
ridiculous amount of time to process a rebate. There was no mention in their response of why it took this long, only another date for a check to be mailed, not received. No apologies, no excuses and zero reason for the delay. Very poor business practice. I'll wait to see of the check actually shows up and clears the bank, then consider an appropriate response
