they stated? "At present the billing for claims processed in September are out for
auditing and our office has not yet received authorization to release payment for these claims....? ? "? ? ? My complaint is if they received the rebate form? information first part of August, why was this not processed then and not until September?? This is total unacceptable.? ? Especially since the claim form states "allow 12? weeks from August 6, for delivery of your check."? ?

The check was received on 05/14/2016, eleven days after being issued and a full five months after the rebate paperwork was submitted.? Hopefully this company gets their act together and I don't have to deal with them ever again

I am rejecting this response because: I just don't believe it takes longer than 2 weeks for mail to come from...

California to upstate NY. They can say they mailed out that Check but who really knows if they did. I'm suppose to take their word thinking maybe I will forget it. This process has been going on sense June when I submitted the rebate. I think if they had any intention of sending a check in the first place it wouldn't have taken 4 months.[redacted]
